Chapitre 12: Travelling Further
I was, once again, flying fast above the clouds. Today was more interesting than yesterday, as there were not as many clouds, so I could watch the ground below to pass the time. Also, after learning how to conceal my aura, I could see more birds and monsters flying around. Once, a large falcon-looking thing even flew over to me. I think they were just making sure I left their territory, but it probably would be good to learn some sort of telepathy or communication ability. I thought about this as I flew further.

As the sun was setting, I neared a majestic mountain range. It was a lot taller than my original home and felt quite imposing. The perfect place to spend the night.
After flying round the mountains a bit, I located a nice secluded cave that was about four times my size rather high up; I didn't want to be disturbed again. After deciding where I would sleep tonight, I flew in and walked to the back before going to sleep.
Not too much later, Rontu was awoken by a loud roar. 'Again!? Really? I am I not allowed one good night of sleep?' I thought, opening my closed eyes and looking at what woke me up. What I saw surprised me, as it was another dragon, who was a dusty brown colour. Intrigued, I used Inspect.

It's a juvenile earth dragon. Seems that it has been throwing its weight around quite a bit, to give it the courage to roar at me. This is a good chance to try and practice my Telepathy. I tried sending my thoughts to Tosaiss, I knew he should be able to understand me as he recognized something as his name.
[If you leave right now and let me go to sleep I will forgive you]
Judging by the look on his face, he actually heard me! I can communicate now! This is awesome! If I wasnt so tired and angry with him, I would probably ask him how his day is.
[No! Fatty! First come first serve, get out of my bed!] it responded
[But you weren't here when I came in, and I'm not fat.] I tiredly responded
I was about almost thrice Tosaiss' size because I was full grown and a rank above him.
[ Well I found this spot first, so move or I will make you move!] how did it have so much energy this time at night? Young people sure are a mystery.
[If I win in a fight will you leave me alone?] I asked, yawning. In response Tosaiss just grinned and charged at me.
... That is a terrible charge. Even that hero had better form than you. You are small enough to move easily in this cave, and you attack me by running straight at my claws? Do you not realize there are wings on your back, or a brain in your skull? It seems I must put this child in his place as the only responsible adult. I don't play nice with idiots.
As soon as he came close enough, I whipped my tail round, striking him in the side and sending him into the wall, all without even getting up. I'm not worried about his health due to his high endurance, but his ego might suffer more damage. Immediately after extracting himself from the wall's embrace he said
[You just caught me off guard! I'll get you this time!]
And I just remembered something else. What type of dragon was he? Earth. What magic do Earth dragons specialise in? Earth magic. Where are we right now? In a cave. What magic would be really effective? That's right, the answer is Earth magic. I have no hope for the next generation. He was, once again, charging directly at me. This little idiot thought he could defeat me? I felt a little humiliated, so I decided to get rid of the disturbance and go back to sleep. My actions decided, I used wind magic to lift him slightly off the ground, I then stood up and unceremoniously slapped him all the way out of the cave. If he couldn't open his wings in time and died, that was his own fault. I wanted to get more sleep. I set up a few soundproof barriers and then fell in to a deep slumber.
