Chapitre 3: Chapter II : New World Order
Peeking in the cashier lane the man quickly thinks on how he will extricate himself from the building. The New World Order is definitely not a nice organization or group of survivors. This organization was built by former politicians and army officers that want to instill a new order to the post catastrophic world through a totalitarian rule. This organization laws over people with a iron fist, they require everyone to do certain jobs for them to receive food and shelter this include the young and old, children are separated from their parents and will go through brainwashing making them the soldiers of this organizations while teens, most of the boys were either recruited as a grunt or moved to work in factories or farm. While the women if beautiful they were sent to the houses of the upper echelons of the New World Order to be maids, servants or if they have outstanding beauty a sex slave. If you are just an average looking woman, you will be sent to the farms. In New World Order's Forts beauty is a curse. Old people along with middle age people are working in the construction sites and other areas of the New World Order's forts.
The Man loves his freedom, he would rather die than be part of any organization especially this organization. While the man is thinking on how he will get a way the soldiers from the New World Order is moving through the parking lot and on one of the soldiers hand is the speaker that The Man used for distracting the mutants he walked towards another soldier that has a beret clearly an officer with a higher position.
" Capt. Lacson we found this on a hood of a car. We suspect that it was used as a distraction for the mutants we killed earlier" said the soldier.
" Good work Private Drilon, now move to secure the area " ordered by Capt. Lacson
" Sir yes Sir!" response by the soldiers.
The soldiers moved through the perimeter of the building and slowly got their way to the main entrance of the grocery store. While in stack formation they moved towards the door and saw that it was locked from inside.
" Sir, the door is locked from the inside of the store" Shouted by Pvt. Drilon
" Corporal Revilla go with squad 2 and search for the fire exit, Pvt. Drilon ready for breaching" Shouted back by Capt. Lacson.
Cpl. Revilla with squad 2 made their way to the fire exit. Capt. Lacson wants this operation to be fast and efficient, he knows that humans are much more dangerous than mutants.
" Mutants are just mindless predators while humans have minds and they can think, now that's a different factor" muttered by Capt. Lacson
On the other side while the soldiers from the NWO are making their way to the grocery store, The Man readied himself, he has a plan so first he removed from his backpack another item that is covered with clothes inside this pack are two bottles of Redhorse Stallion which is filled with a mixture of car oil and gasoline this will make a good ol' big fire, after putting it aside he tore some of the clothes to use it as a igniter, he carefully removed the seal of the bottles put a substantial amount of it in the cloth for it to easily ignite then he wait for the soldiers to enter the main entrance and fire exit.
He hears a shout of orders from outside, so he slowly reaches for the lighter on his back pocket and readies himself.
"Breaching!!" shouts by the soldiers then they smash the glass of the front door with a sledge hammer. They throw flashbang inside the building while the other team opens the door of the fire exit. The Man ducked to take cover from the flashbang after that he ignited the molotovs and threw it on the main entrance and fire exit. The soldiers from NWO just saw a bottle flying towards them. It was too late to run and it ignited them and the area around them, they started screaming.
" NO, NO, NOOOO, Captain HEEELPP USSS" A hoarse voice rang out from the burning soldiers.
Capt. Lacson was baffled, things happened so fast he was not ready.
" Shit, Goddamn it" shouted by Capt. Lacson and he motioned for the remaining soldiers to help those people but what can they do that these people are burning. Some of the quick witted one ran to the back of the pickup truck to reach for a small fire extinguisher.
While the NWO soldiers were scrabbling from the attack The Man runs towards an aisle and climb the shelf to reach a nearby air vent it was large enough for a man to crawl in after getting inside the vault he quickly moved towards the other end of the vent which is the rooftop but there was a problem although it was large enough to crawl in the bent towards the roof top is too small for him to get through.
" TANGINA!!! I'm so unlucky" shouted by The Man and then he punched the wall of the vent.
He backed up and tried to find another way, now that he's backing up his speed was greatly affected. After some time the NWO soldiers outside the grocery stores put out the fire, some of the soldiers that had been burnt were still alive although most of them were critically wounded, Capt. Lacson made his way to these soldiers and he slowly pulled out the gun from his holster then aimed at the soldiers that were wounded and killed them one by one.
Other soldiers were shocked by this but Capt. Lacson just threw them a glare and sneered while saying " These people died due to their weakness and in this world there is room for one. They should have died in the fire. Now clear this and call for backup while the rest should be with me and kill those motherf***kers. Let's go! Capt. Lacson and his men quickly go to actions.
" Stacked formation on me, Pvt. Odie, throw some tear gas, men masked on" ordered by Capt. Lacson. Pvt.Odie threw some tear gas inside the building after that they stormed inside.
As the NWO soldiers stormed in the grocery building, The Man find a way to the other end of the air vent which leads to a dumpster, he kicked the covering of the vent and slid down the dumpster on the back of the building the trash in the dumpster made his fall much easier and without injuries. After falling down he quickly ran away from the area going from car to car as a cover then slid through a nearby alley vanishing from the periphery of the grocery store. After sometime a man climbed down a wall 1.6 kilometers away from the grocery store this is The Man, he successfully ran away from the NWO after climbing down the wall he moved along the streets that he knew off then opened a gate to a large suburban house.
"Whew" exhales by The Man while closing the door and reinforcing it with three wooden planks then slowly makes his way to the door and opens 5 locks. He gently closed the door the reinforced it with metal bars.
" This trip ain't worth it, I almost got caught" muttered by The Man, he put his bag down then slumped over the sofa he was too tired to eat.
