Chapitre 345: Her wish

"Oh dear Emily!" Max was awestruck, but was quick to pull himself together as he took large strides towards Emily who stood looking at him.

Max doesn't like that expression. He wants to raise her with warmth and innocence. For her to study, fall in love, get a good job, get married and have kids of her own.

He wants all for her, but darkness. 

And that darkness loomed over his precious sister at the moment. 

"What is this Emily? What did you just say?" He asked, pulling her to his embrace.

Emily nearly choked in tears, but she was done being a fool and a weak girl.

She was someone with a strong will and no one had even tricked her like Alicia had done.

Others may think she was naive, but that wasn't the case at all.

She knew all along that Alicia wasn't being entirely genuine with her love for her.

She knew Alicia liked Max at some point and felt Alicia's ways of getting closer to her brother weren't that bad.
