Chapitre 69: Seriously?

"Yes. Up, down… . Just a few more, yes… up….." 

Huff…. Huff

Brian let out a shaky breath and sweated profusely, as he lifted a weight up and lowered it down to an inch before his chest and kept repeating the process under his gym instructor command. 

He was laying down on his back on a weight bench, with all his mouth-watering upper body out in the open. 

His lower body was covered with a short sport trouser. His chest heaved up and down, same as his arm muscles. 

His cheeks puffed, as if keeping some buns in it and constantly letting air escape through his quivering lips. 

"Five more….. Careful, up… down.." The instructor urged him for more. 

By the time Brian was done with the assigned goal, he was already dead tired and had to rely on the instructor's help to place the weight back to its place, as his hand shook violently. 

"Oh God!" Brian exclaimed and let out sharp breaths.

His instructor, who was a bulky man in his late 30's with a silk black hair, smiled at him.
