Chapitre 69: Chapter 66: The Ice World Part 1
As I thought, the trip toward the Ice World was uneventful and boring, boring because nobody talked. Daniela was still angry, refusing to talk to me.
As for me, I decided to ignore her, I had something else to think about. I need to quickly heal all my injuries before they come. I'm talking about the people coming from Emea's world to bring her back. I'm sure Nui will be brought back with her. I need to be ready, there's Aatox and Elliam. I don't know what the two are planning. I'll wait for Elijah and his team to come back from their investigation to tell what they saw.
While thinking about these things, I didn't even notice that we had already arrived at destination. I heard Daniela shout ''Kyle, Kyle we are entering.''
After hearing Daniela shout, I finally look up and saw a gigantic ice wall. This ice was at least seventy meters tall. If you look clearly you could see that at the base it was man-made, which is to say that it was stonewall, however the cold energy emitted by the Ice World on the other side transformed this stone into Ice wall over time.
There was a giant door in front of the gigantic wall, facing the door was a something that looked like a fortress. It's a medium-sized fortress.
Daniela and I went into the fortress filled a few formalities before being granted the entrance access. We entered the world of ice with two supervisors through a small portal, we all wore a thick coats on our clothes.
What welcomed us after we passed through the small portal was a white world, a world made of Ice, as far eye could see.
It was a frozen world, in this Ice world as the name suggested, the ever-present cold was our nemesis(they nemesis not mine). For every step forward we slipped backward almost as much. The wind made talking impossible, howling sharply. The two supervisors gave us a special shoes, specially made for this kind of situation. With those special shoes we started advancing without much of difficulty.
Icicles dangled from the shadowy skeletons of trees, each one like an ominous sword. The chill breeze slicing through the air seemed to whisper "ice... ice... ice..."
I muttered ''Beautiful''
The others looked at me and one of the supervisors and said ''It indeed beautiful, however do not be swayed by it beauty or else you won't know how you died, frozen forever.''
I only chuckled in response and we continued walking, two kilometers later we saw a house made of ice. This house was one of the checkpoints. Until now we are still at the entrance of the forbidden zone, reason why we didn't see any mutated beasts.
The two supervisors who were following us decided to go back after they brought here. One of the supervisors cautioned us before leaving ''You two will wait here until the other students coming from the other schools come, specially the students from Star Academy. You will then form a team of five with them before starting your mission. Believe in me, do not play solo here. I know that you are proud of your personal strength, still do not act recklessly by going solo or else you'll die easily. In team your rate of survival is high. I hope you understand. See you later and good chance.''
We nodded our heads. We had taken into account their warning, the two supervisors left with smile on their faces. We have chosen each one room before deciding to sleep.
Even though this building had a system to keep the rooms warmer than the outside temperature, one could still feel a bit cold. I walked into my bed and acted like I was asleep.

In the room just beside Kyle's room was Daniela.
She was sitting on her bed with leg crossed. After checking something, she snapped her fingers and a light coming from her body covered her room. Daniela muttered ''Now, I can remove my disguises.''
Immediately, Daniela body changed, she became more beautiful, her hair changed to light blonde color and her eyes became green, she had elongated ears.
Strangely, Daniela had transformed into Jasmine Rhea Yydrassil, the Principal of the Heaven Manor Academy.
"Fuh! It's tiring to act like someone else. It was still fun. I can't believe you'd suggest me to leave my fake fiancé for you, just so I could get into your village. You're sure daring, little Kyle. Jasmine murmured playing with her hair.
"Perhaps I should make you fall deeply in love with me (Daniela). So you'll slowly tell me your secrets.''
''It's a good solution. Let's wait for a while before trying to make you fall for me. To do that, we must be alone, just the two of us. Which means we're not going to form a team with no one." Jasmine says.
She remained silent for a moment, as if she thought of something before she reopened her mouth and said.
''Let's play a little game. This game will consist of going on mission solo. And when you will be on your own, I'll stealthily follow you for a while, before I'll show up and I'll say it was a coincidence. Then we will start traveling together. So, like that my plan to make you fall in love deeply with me will begin.''
Jasmine decided to sleep after transforming back into Daniela and removing the barrier covering her room.
Unknown to her, Kyle whom she thought was sleeping smiled after she removed the barrier covering her room. The latter muttered ''So, that's the plan, Dear Jasmine. Let's play.''
The next day morning Daniela talked about her plan on going solo to Kyle. She said it was a reconnaissance mission, nothing serious, they will not enter the core region of the Ice world, besides the two of them are already Half-step Supreme Tier mutants, if they are careful enough nothing will happens.
Surprisingly, Kyle easily accepted Daniela's suggestion. After eating their breakfasts they took from their spacial rings, the two left. They went in different directions.
