With no other choice, he then spent another 2 billion pp to repair it.

After repairing it, he then invited the only three NPCs in Mechanus and had them seated together with the other Inheritors, to discuss how to rebuild Mechanus as well as the development on Silvermoon.

The three NPCs were an Appraiser, a Machinist, and an Alchemist.

Two NPCs of a secondary class and one NPC of a main class.

The other main cities also had their own Appraisers, but the Machinist and Alchemists were classes unique to Mechanus.

That meant that if he used the two NPCs, he could use Mechanus to earn a lot of money.
