CHAPTER 554

Everywhere went still almost at the same time. The deafening silence seemed so thick it could be pierced. 

Even the rumble from the fallen mountain seemed to have calmed down as well but the slight force at which it still pushed against the barrier was much.

Indeed, Astrid had managed to get things to calm down a notch but – something else caused it.

A few minutes ago, the war zone was so in great chaos with panic spreading everywhere. No one knew what to do to render their assistance but more importantly, no one knew how to quench the calamity that threatened to break forth.

At the same time, the people who had once feared and hated her looked up to her for saving and protection. It was now they saw that the person hated or feared was just a normal girl in search of happiness and normal life.
