In as much as that wasn't a sight she wished to see, she found herself not leaving and admiring their love. Irrespective of their obstacle they still wanted to stay together.

A small knowing smile formed at the corners of her lips. She was like that days ago. She would have given up anything to remain with Blade and love him all her life irrespective of what had happened but reality was such a bitch.

It took from her, her dream but not her will. Just because of a failed love, doesn't mean she would give up on life or her mission. If one failed then simply destiny did not want it to happen but the one of her mother and people, come rain, come sunshine, she swore to fulfill it.
