Meng Sen Xi was kneeling and holding the bouquet before her.
Li Zi Yun thought for a minute and then said in a low voice "Ok let's try dating."
Meng Sen Xi was grinning from ear to ear. He was ready to spill out his secret to her because he did not want to hide anything from her. Li Zi Yun is the only girl whom he loved truly and so he wanted to go out with her without hiding the truth about him. He started, "Zi Yun, I have to…."
"Li Zi Yun….." Chu Yan's loud voice stopped him from continuing. They couldn't have found a worse possible time to disturb Meng Sen Xi. He had at last picked up the courage to tell her everything and here they were, to spoil everything. Meng Sen Xi couldn't help but curse them in his mind. Since Li Zi Yun had said yes, he was sure he would get another opportunity to speak to her freely.
Wu Li Shu and Chu Yan had seen Li Zi Yun going up so they had followed them upstairs and saw Meng Sen Xi proposing to her. Both of them were shocked by what was happening there. Wu Li Shu and Chu Yan had rushed to the hospital when they heard Li Zi Yun was injured and admitted in hospital and Wu Li Shu knew that Li Zi Yun hated hospitals. But what was happening there was entirely out of their imagination.
Chu Yan offered to take her home. Li Zi Yun agreed to this and Meng Sen Xi couldn't refuse. Though he wanted to be with Li Zi Yun, he did not want to go with her friends. After Li Zi Yun got inside Chu Yan's car, Meng Sen Xi gave her the new phone which he had gotten for her. When Li Zi Yun was least expecting it, Meng Sen Xi kissed Li Zi Yun's forehead, then with a smiley face he waved bye and left. Not only Li Zi Yun, even Chu Yan and Wu Li Shu were shocked.
"Li Zi Yun, don't tell me you are going to date him" Chu Yan started speaking, almost yelling when the car started from the hospital.
"Yes I am." Though Li Zi Yun had woken up only before some time, she felt both sleepy and tired.
"Do you even know anything about him? How can you say yes to him?"
"I said yes for dating. It's not like I'm going to marry him tomorrow. Why don't you relax?"
"Chu Yan, Be quiet for some time" Wu Li Shu interrupted them. "Zi Yun, do you know how long we have been searching for you? We went to your house, you were not there. We tried calling to your phone but couldn't reach you. Do you know how worried I was? Now tell me what happened last night"
"Mmh…" Li Zi Yun looked at Chu Yan pointedly thinking about whether she should say it out or not. Then she continued, she did not want to hide this any longer.
"It was Li Shu Chen, my wonderful father wanted to meet his daughter so he sent some men to kidnap me and bring me to him so that he can 'TALK'"
Chu Yan chuckled, "What an amazing dad, Li Zi Yun are you sure you are his own daughter?"
"Do you think I don't have this doubt?" if this had happened in the past she would have reacted differently, but now she was no longer surprised by her father's actions. She was only astonished if he spoke lovingly, wondering what requests he had now.
Behind them Meng Sen Xi was following them in his car. He knew Li Zi Yun was safe in their hands but still he wanted to see her enter her house. He had also asked his men to follow her 24*7. Though he did not want to do that, the situation had made him take extreme measures. He had not expected Li Zi Yun's own father to try and kidnap her, so he wanted to ensure her safety.
