Gin stood face to face with Rafe and Rodrix who were leaving the third floor. Silence prevailed between them.
As soon as Rafe and Rodrix noticed Gin, they were stunned and their eyes soon turned red. It was because of him that their smooth sailing lives turned hell.
The bluehorn family and Old man Mesryth vented their anger out of them since their supporter Zhyho disappeared and gone into hiding. From the genius level figures, they turned into a bunch of nobodies.
They lost their family support and even their friends were unwilling to help them, fearing Old man Mesryth's wrath. Without cultivation resources and proper guidance, they can't improve much even if they are geniuses.
Having no choice, they came to Acron city and planned to take part in the Contest of the Gifted ones. Now, the top academies are the only place they can attempt and enroll, after losing their family support.
The person who's responsible for all their misery is now standing before them. How should they react?
"Oh, it's you two. How are you two doing?." Gin asked with a smile as if they were his childhood classmates.
As soon as he spoke, teeth chattering sounds echoed and the hatred ingrained deep in their bones can be seen on their face.
"I am going to kill you!" Rafe snapped and the air around him suddenly swirled fast.
Rodrix is still the clever and witty one, he quickly stopped Rafe from launching his attack. "Rafe, it's not a place to fight. Look around you!"
Hearing Rodrix, Rafe calmed. Only then he noticed the guards of ShadowMoon shop who were stationed on the third floor. All of them were now staring at them, ready to strike at moment's notice.
"We will meet outside." Giving a murderous look at Gin, both of them left the floor.
"Who are they?" Luna clearly sensed the killing intent they had towards Gin. Hammer and Astro were also curious.
Gin recounted the things that happened between them.
"So they are the reason for the whole mess and why you were targeted by Garyx and Silver Dragon domain people?" Luna asked.
"Not them. Their teacher named Zhyho, he's the instigator." Gin replied. "Forget about them, let's go."
On the third floor, Hammer and Astro selected a combat dress made from a magical beast that formed three elemental cores.
In fact, the combat dress produced from the magical beasts of three elemental cores is the highest grade a human technology can make.
Because once a magical beast forms their fourth Elemental core, their hide will grow much thicker and sturdy. Making a combat dress out of them is nearly impossible.
After selecting a combat dress, Gin's group moved to the other floors. Various potions made from the Alchemy association and other pioneer potion-makers widened Gin's knowledge.
He could easily guess the level of Potion-makers. Even though there were many types of potions, none of their effects can rival the potions made by him.
For example, Body strengthing potion made by the Alchemy Association --it's their trademarked product. But, its effects are just one-tenth of his Physique strengthening potion.
Gin purchased a vial to test the effectiveness. Apart from having a good strawberry taste, it's just trash; impure, and crudely made.
Even so, the cost of the product is 150 Elemental stones the same as the price he sells his potion to the Blue Orchid academy. Noticing the price, Gin grimaced. 'Miss Reyna's cheating me. I need to revise the price of my potions.'
If even this trashy product is worth 150 elemental stones, then what about his potion which offer ten times better result? It's should sell for 1000 Elemental stones!!.
What Gin didn't know is, the potions made by the Alchemy Association are truly top products in this world.
Their potions made by the perfected Potion recipe they acquired from the one of the 5-star ruin, developed and improved by many geniuses over long years of deity realm.
Even in the Deity realm, it may be described as First-grade products. But how could it compare to the Potion recipe personally developed by the Empyrean Chaos himself?
It's just Gin doesn't know this. If he had, he wouldn't have sold it to Reyna for measly 150 Elemental stones per vial.
On the fifth floor, the protective treasures and various Alchemy items caught Gin's attention. For example, Array plates carved by cryptic inscription symbols, space-type treasures, and various other items.
Gin didn't purchase anything. Even though many items caught his attention, they aren't worth the price.
After paying for the weapon and combat dress picked by Hammer and Astro, they left the ShadowMoon shop.
Rafe and Rodrix were waiting outside the shop for Gin. As soon as he came out, they blocked his path.
They know Gin already joined the Blue orchid academy and have a powerful backing behind him. But do the two of them care about that? It's a big NO.
For the last three months, there isn't a day they didn't think of killing Gin. It's how deep their hatred is.
Their colorful future shifted into a bleak one and they don't have anything more to lose. Their heart desires nothing but revenge, only killing him will quench their hatred.
In fact, the very reason why they decide to participate in the Contest of the Gifte ones is to join the Blue Orchid academy and kill Gin when the opportunity presents itself.
But they didn't expect to meet him here, in the Acron city. Fighting inside the Acron city is prohibited, and they aren't planning to.
They wanted to test Gin's strength and it would help them in understanding his skills better. The next time they meet will be the true confrontation.
Unlike a few minutes before Gin met, both of them masked their hatred and murderous intentions well. It surprised him a little and increased the alertness towards them.
'These two have changed a lot...' Since they can restrain their hatred towards him, then it means they are ready to do anything to kill him. 'I need to be mindful of them in the future.'
"We knew we can't kill you, considering your status and background. But we aren't your only enemies.
Because of you, Young Lady Beshrin was stripped of her status. Old Man Mesryth is still mourning for his grandson and Bluehorn family won't stop until they kill you.
You made yourself the enemy of the entire Silver Dragon domain. The only thing hindering us all from killing you is the Lady Reyna of the Blue Orchid academy.
She can't protect you all day. You won't be alive for much longer, the next time we meet will be your death." Rodrix calmly stated.
"Are these two, your friends? we will take care of them well at the contest." Rafe asked, staring Hammer and Astro.
Regarding Rafe's threat and Rodrix's intimidating statement, Gin simply smiled. Grinding their teeth, Rodrix and Rafe turned around and disappeared in the crowd.
"Snort, who are they trying to scare with their words." Luna puffed.
"Their claim isn't baseless and reminded me of the people who will try to kill me. If I don't get strong soon, someone, someday, somewhere, will definitely kill me." Gin said.
"With my sister as your backer, no one would dare to even think of killing you," Luna said while Gin shook his head and thought, 'She's your sister, not mine.'
"Brother Gin, will they bother us in the contest?" Astro asked with a worried expression.
"Naturally! Since they know both of you are my friends they won't leave you alone. I am sorry guys, I didn't expect to meet them here." Gin apologized.
"Let them come, I will show them what it means to be smashed under the hammer," Hammer exclaimed, oozing with battle intent.
"Don't underestimate them, both of them are very strong and have already reached Seal Opening stage.
Rodrix opened his first hidden seal after discovering 10 Hidden seals so he isn't an opponent that you can guys can confront and Rafe opened his first hidden seal after discovering 9 Hidden seals." Gin reminded.
"Nearly 10 million students will participate in the contest, so the probability of you two meeting them is minuscule to nil. Even if you meet, you can just surrender without putting up a fight.
You will only lose 10 points. Killing is forbidden inside the contest, so you guys don't have to be worried about getting injured or killed." Luna said.
Hearing Luna's reasoning, Gin nodded. 'She has a point.' Astro and Hammer relaxed a little.
"The contest starts tomorrow morning, at 9 am sharp. Use your time wisely and enhance your strength as much as possible. The potions I gave will help you two in that." Gin said.
After accompanying Hammer and Astro to the Inn that Skyfire academy students stay, Gin and Luna moved towards the center of the Acron city.
