Chapitre 37: Elemental Incarnate

'Seems like the quest said fifteen miles, since the Augustmore house probably wouldn't dare take captives from the beast-kin country.' As I look out I n front of me, I see a border city of the beast-kin kingdom of Friedia. (This is the Kingdom name.) As I look toward the border I see countless beast-kin lined up. There were cat, dog, lizard, and even bird-kin. The sun resting on the the horizon casting a variety of hues over the city. 'As much as I'd like to assign all this now, I'll wait till I can sit down and rest.'
"Tess, Tess, there you are you've been staring of into space for a while not you okay?" Talia calls out to me making me realize that I zoned out a bit.
Looking at her I reply saying, "Oh ya, sorry I was just thinking, didn't mean to zone out." Reassuring her I try to move past the awkward situation. "So, are you ready? We'll probably have to figure out how much we want to tell them. I'm guessing that even if we tell them about the lab, they won't be able to get there fast enough. He's probably almost back and will destroy the place and move somewhere else, unfortunately. Thankfully, adventurer cards can't be lost since they are merged with our mana. I don't know how we'd get in otherwise."
Walking for a moment we finally arrive in line, waiting for our turn to go through the gate. Not to long after we arrived at the gate and presented our adventurer cards by summoning them from our mana. Thankfully, we didn't have any complications in trying to get past the border. By this point it was starting to get dark, so we made our way toward the adventurers guild.
Arriving at the reception counter the girl there is a relatively young adult. From my analysis she was a dog-kin and had ears and hair similar to a German Shephard. Her hair had brown and black intermixed in it and she had a petite figure, and brown eyes. "Welcome to the adventurers guild, how may I help you today?"
"We were looking to find a good inn, do you have any recommendations?" After a moment she got us a list filled with guild recommended shops and inns throughout the city. After expressing our thanks we made our way to a decent in with everything I wanted. Getting two rooms Talia and I said goodnight to each other and made our way to our separate rooms.
Arriving in my room I plop down onto my bed, and started thinking about what my new ingenuity tree should be. 'I want it to complement my current ability, what should I do though.' Thinking on it for a while I finally settled upon my new ability, keeping a clear image of what it could do I created it.
-Due to mission award, 2500 points and 5 Ingenuity points will not be deducted for new Core Ingenuity ability.
Elemental Incarnate
-Passive: You have the ability to make physical constructs of mana, power depends on mana used and size.
-Active: You can turn into an element of your choice that you wield, abilities gained depend on the element, and you will only be able to wield a weapon if the form is tangible.. Your current elements have the following effects:
Ice: you have two forms, Ice and snow. With Ice for each of your attacks will slowly slow and corrode your enemies speed and defenses. In snow form you become a blizzard for a short time, slowly freezing enemies in the area. you are able choose who to affect.
Lightning: You become lightning and gain a massive increase to speed and damage. Each of your attacks has a high chance, depending on your opponents strength, to momentarily stun them.
Life: Life flourishes around you when you are in this form. Allies around you gain high speed recovery and your healing magic gains higher potency.
Satisfied with my new ability I fi ally took the time to assign all of my points that I had accumulated.
