Chapitre 88: Silent Confession

All throughout the event, Anton and Yanmei were glued together. As Anton met the executives of Lionheart Entertainment, Yanmei came along with her and she was proudly introduced as her girlfriend.

Yanmei never felt left out. It was only after Anton was asked to speak on behalf of JKW Investments did he leave Yanmei's side for a moment.

Sarah Han, the actress, saw it as an opportunity to irk Yanmei from her comfortable seat. She walked hastily to Yanmei's table and stood close to her left side. "Excuse me, miss. You are Mr. Yeong's girlfriend, right? Miss Xia Yanmei?"

"Obviously, I believe Anton had already established that earlier," said Yanmei. She gave her a quick glance before adoringly looking at Anton from the stage.

"Look, I apologize if I almost hurt you. I did not mean any harm. I swear. Can you accept my apology?" Sarah asked, trying to be polite.

Yanmei did not want to appear rude thus, she turned to her and said, "Your apology is accepted."
