Eddie was choked up because she never thought about how Stuart would feel when he first saw her that night. She imagined if the situation was reversed and she saw Stuart lying in a fire, not knowing if he were dead or alive, she would have gone out of her mind too.

Eddie lowered her head, "I guess you are right, but I hope that if something like this happens again, you will talk to me about it, and we can make a decision together?"

"I did not make the decision, and it was Todd's way of apologizing to you. I didn't find out about it until after it was done."

Eddie was relieved when she found out Stuart did not do it. She didn't want to talk any more about such appalling things. So, she took the initiative to change the topic. After they returned to the Villa, they parked the car and walked into the house.

They had just stepped into the entrance of the house when they were interrupted by an excited voice, "Stuart, you are finally back!"
