By far one of my favorite books. If you like the superhero and other movie worlds, then this should be a nice way to kill some time. It would have been more enjoyable if the protagonist didn't become so OP, so quickly. I prefer it when the character wins through cunningness more than an OP power.
It was a really satisfying read. Loved how many iconic characters were blended into the story.
A great read if i had to say. The way in which the author twisted and added different elements to the world building even though a large amount is from Marvel, it made the story an enjoyable read. Thank you

I finished it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it. I’m curious about future projects.
I have read the story twice now and it’s really a good fanfiction. The power Progression is quite nice and reasonable The only drawback I can name is that the story ends after Thanos dies. With how the story was set up it could have easily gone for a bit longer, but that’s just a small complaint compared to what we got.

There is one small flaw which i've noticed while reading this novel. When Luke met lawyer Matt why didn't he acquire his super human senses this could be definitely useful. Forget about Sharp Nose. He could get Sharp Ears, Sharp Taste, Sarp Sixth Sense, etc. But he didn't. Did the author forget about it.

Wow, this amazed me, here you don't have "misunderstandings" , tunderes, and an open MC that everyone a grudge or a being amazed on. The MC is low-key and he knows how to handle the system and the situation he's in, you don't have extra explanations you don't need and the villains are the same as you know if you read the original, and yea very good ,actually this should be higher on the rank. I recommend it.
Followed this the whole way through, enjoyed it immensely. It even closed up most of its loose threads by the end.
Quite confused by all the positive reviews. It's very obvious that the only thing Author knows about US they learned from action movies and memes. MC is said to be "Detective" and is given the "Super Detective System", but the author has no idea how police or detective work. MC is more of a "Killer, but somehow legal in this world weird cop system". There is no "Detective work" in the entire novel - the cases solve themselves, often accompanied by violence. MC kills indiscriminately, uses scavenged firearms taken freshly from corpses (big no-no) and so on. He would've been better established as a merc, not detective. The translation is sub par, the character are carboard cutouts and stereotypes, the names are often nonsensical etc. It's obvious that the story is not what is "written on the tin". Very disappointed.
All I want to say is Amaaazzziinnggggg. I had so much fun with this book. Take my bow Author!
A great read. This is a book you can buy and read in a hard cover, keeping it for the next person to stumble across
one of the most addictive books ever written , which satisfy all your action , drama , comedy needs/requirements .
(I only read less than 900 chapters) Honestly, beyond the typical Chinese author thing, what I don't like is that the MC has power but doesn't use it, unless he wears the suit, but he was able to at certain times where normal people didn't know, but no, no one can know your abilities, not even an alien, but it doesn't just happen with that, the guy doesn't like to take charge of what he does, like he's the one who cooks, that he's the owner of the company, that he wrote a song, that is, he always makes someone else assume what he does, I'm already tired of these novels where the MC always hides, apart from his ability as a policeman, there is nothing funny about it that, plus don't come to me with that he doesn't sleep with selene because they live together and work the same thing, the guy sleeps with whoever he wants, I'm sure she wouldn't mind, anyway, It is a personal opinion about my tastes and because I am already tired of this type of novels, where the M C only shows 10% of its capabilities.
just love reading it, I'm a fan of alot of tv shows and movies it's fun seeing all of them through the novel. Its what many fans would do. And I only dread that the novel may come to end
Good read with decent translation, the only issue I have is mainly with the main character. He acts like a feminist sometimes, like “She’s a woman of course she needs therapy.” Right after denying therapy himself and laughing about it. He didn’t need to say, She’s a woman, he could have just said “She’s never killed someone before, so it’s probably weighing on her.” And there would be nothing wrong with him seeing a therapist either, it’s weird how they act like an 18 year old killing a bunch of people then feeling nothing is normal. He also has these weird moments where he’s “Admiring Selena’s legs.” Or just staring at her like some creep. It was stated that he wasn’t trying to court her and she viewed him like an older brother, so it’s weird to constantly have these moments where it’s kinda sexual. Like he’s either getting with her or not, just go for it then or state it. No need to lead readers on with their boring ’love life’ in the making, cause your not doing it right. I’d rather he just focus on his system. Even then it’d be kinda useless though, there’s been zero detective work for 65 chapters. Just plot armor helping him solve cases, it’s not like he goes searching a room and finding something. Mostly just, ‘OMG isn’t that the dead woman? Crazy how I ran into her when I was just driving by!’ Anyway it’s entertaining but kinda annoying.

This is a steadily improving MC done right. MC is pretty powerful in terms of skills and ability, and not stupid af compared to other novels I've read.
I have to story is interesting but the thing that interested me most are the action scenes just by reading them you easily imagine the whole scene. other novels action scenes describing is not so good 😕
Pretty classy work. Although, you will find a lot of side stories. Eared amount of "water". Of course, emphasizing that China is a great nation. In general, it is recommended reading, one of the best works of its genre. Question, Selina will become a girl gg? And I'm tired of reading already.

This is one of the Webnovels that you can’t believe are in the same site as the generic slap your enemies MC, reincarnator trash MC, or even the master of everything MC. This story is on a whole other level than anything out there. It stands out with the greats. The only disadvantage is that I know I will never feel the same euphoria that I did when I first read this masterpiece. I have never willingly put down this novel if there were chapters out to read. I’m sad that one day this novel will end and I dread that day.
Will the main character ever go to kamar-taj and learn magic, because he’s learnt chi and magic would be the next logical step in that power sense.

First of All, Trash! Author assumes everything about Western pop Culture and does not have the decency to write Authentically or even write their own characters. In simple words , this is a so called chinese white wash of all famous Western Movies mainly, Second of all if you like marvel characters do not read this novel! It is an insult to the MCU, you will be bleeding your eyes. Plus there is no detective work going on! Only Killing with a foolish System. Plus sexism is pretty much Your Chinese Way... and way too much Racism, way Too Much Bro, I mean chill... Uhh There is so much wrong with this novel, Read at your own risk

From what I have read so far, its decent. The Author gave our character a first and last name unlike most author who Transmigrate their characters to places other than china. He also shed his longing for china as said in the first chapter so that gave me a good impression. The parallel world is not bad overall so I hope this novel keeps me invested. Reviewed at chapter 20.
