Chapitre 19: Submission
It's not like you are forcing us?
Then what does putting a gun on someone's head and asking them to do your bidding called?
Looks like we just have to change the dictionary for the definition of forcing and threatening.
What kind of a sick joke is it?
The serious tension that was built quickly crumbled under Li Qiye's joke of a statement.
They simply couldn't understand Li Qiye. One moment he was all aggressive and in another, he would become a carefree sheep.
Looking at him now, no one could say that this guy just annihilated the Avenger and S.H.I.E.L.D force, together, and twice.
Not only that, but he also made 2 generations of gods kneel before him, and one of them even seemed like a fanboy.
"Y-Yes. You are definitely and surely not forcing us. We are honored to have you here," said Fury with a hard smile.
"Then it's good. Let's take a look at your world,"
"Agent Widow can give you---Hey, Hey, what are you doing."
After today Fury will definitely have heart problems. Just when he thought everything was over, the overpowered menace pointed a finger at one of his 'Elite' soldiers.
"What? Just taking in your world's knowledge," said Li Qiye. He made the soldier float in mid-air as he read his memories. Maybe just maybe this soldier was the first one to start cheering Thor.
Li Qiye had high mastery over memory-related techniques. He could erase, restore, and even fortify memory.
"S.H.I.E.L.D, Hydra, another maid, umm this world indeed is a little fun, after all, " Li Qiye said as he lived and saw all of the soldier's memories, "China, huh."
After getting what he needed, Li Qiye threw the now muddled soldier back to his pack.
Now, Li Qiye had multiple methods to access someone's memories, but he still used one where it damages the mental capacity of its victim.
Anyway, someone who cheers Li Qiye's opponent instead of him, perhaps already suffers from a mental problem.
"Why wou---*sigh*. Whatever. How do you wanna deal with me?" asked fury quite resigned to his fate.
Moreover, what could he even do?
Start fighting him again?
He knew all too well how it will turn out.
"As for you, First of all, kneel," said Li Qiye in a casual voice.
Fury might be an arrogant, one-eyed bastard. But he still had his soldier's complete respect.
Hearing what Li Qiye said, they felt Fury's humiliation for him, getting all riled up to fight till their death.
Fury knew it will be all for naught.
"It's fine," said fury trying to calm them down.
Under the eyes of everyone, Fury started to make his way towards Li Qiye.

One of the earth's greatest spy said to be invisible in hand to hand combat.
Stubborn, bold, and pragmatic.
Fury is a man of great and indomitable will, but today for the first time in his life, he gave up.
He didn't give up when Aliens started treating eath as their backyard.
He didn't give up when real gods started roaming earth.
He didn't give up when bratty rick kids, masked amateurs, and accidents though they can overpower S.H.I.E.L.D.
He fought all his life, lost his innocence, lost his emotions, lost his loved ones, lost everything of value, but he never gave up.
In all honest, Fury thought if there was to come a day when he has to give up, become powerless in a situation he had no way of controlling. He thought he would definitely feel sadness, anger, and all the other negative emotions.
However, when the time came, he didn't feel anger, sadness, or even humiliation, all he felt was...Relief.
It was like he was finally free of the burden, burden that the safety of all humanity was. He could be liberated from all the schemes, manipulations, and planning.
He would be free.
Today, Li Qiye defeated Nick Fury without even touching him once.
The moment Li Qiye saw Fury, he knew. He knew a rough beating won't be enough to make Fury submit.
A one-sided beatdown will only make him more stubborn, more hellbent on defeating him.
Li Qiye knew Fury could be a good pawn if used correctly, but before that, he had to make fury submit.
So, he played with his mind. If it was a normal opponent playing with Fury's mind it would have been ineffective, but how can a mortal ever escape for Li Qiye's manipulation?
He made Nicholas Joseph Fury give up out of his own free will.
Finally, getting in front of Li Qiye's throne, he kneeled.
Nicholas Joseph Fury kneeled before someone without any qualms.
It was at that moment, Fury felt Li Qiye's was shining in golden light.
Showering in that light, he felt like some form of restraint was lifted off his mind, kneeling before him he felt.....Enlightened.
"I just lifted the mortal barrier off your mind. You might have been incompetent, arrogant, and foolish before, but you will no longer be," said Li Qiye as he softly placed his right-hand Fury's head.
As soon as the hand touched Fury's head, he felt like he drowned in the mysteries surrounding the world; depicture of wars that didn't even happen on this planet; massacres so bloody that blood painted the skies, rivers, and even the air red.
Among all these scenes, there was one thing common, Li Qiye.
"Your Excellency, this one was foolish. Please, punish me however you want, but just let this one follow you," said Nick, finally knowing in whose presence he was.
"OK. Serve me well. You should know what to do, right?" said Li Qiye, lifting his hand and smiling at him.
Without saying anything, Fury took out his gun start shooting it towards his Elite soldiers, killing about 10 of them, including the one whose memory Li Qiye read.
Fury felt more clear-headed than he ever had. He could decipher all his past and future problems, standing in the present.
He could make plans for the future so far away that it might not even come to pass.
With just a glance, he could tell who was S.H.I.E.L.D and who was....Hydra.
"Also, I want to meet that little girl, Carol," reminded Li Qiye. Hearing this, Natasha felt jealousy for some reason and pinched his chest.
"Ohh. It hurts. Stop, I just want to talk to her. What do you think I am?" smiled Li Qiye, feigning pain.
It turns out, those soldiers Fury just shot at were actually Hydra agents. The agent whose memories Li Qiye read was also a Hydra agent while collecting S.H.I.E.L.D intel he found about Captain Marvel.
