Chapitre 10: That Mass
The next morning, Arunika started waking up first. She groaned lightly feeling the pressure of something laying on her chest. When she looked down, all she saw was a head a black raven hair buried in between her cleavage. At the sight of this, she couldn't hold her joy in and smiled at this moment. This was a moment she was hoping to enjoy for the rest of her life. Living with a wife who she loved, and one who loved her, and waking up with her every morning while in eachother's embrace. She reached her hand out and starting running her fingers through the short raven hair.
Arunika was rubbing her head as gently as possible so as not to wake her, but it didn't go as planned because the innkeeper came and rapped sharply on the door to let them know breakfast was almost ready. Aoi woke up and rubbed her face back in forth. "Hehehe, stop that Aoi-chan. It tickles!"
"Mmm... I'll give you a tickle. We'll be down for breakfast soon! Give us a minute!"
The innkeeper walked away from the room with a blush because she thought the couple was doing something she shouldn't be hearing. Hearing the innkeeper walk away, Aoi got up and propped herself over Arunika's face with a smile.
"Morning honey, mmm... I'm getting hungry and I see a delicious dish right in front of me."
"I'm not fo-mmph.... mm..."
Arunika was interrupted by Aoi quickly sealing her lips while she propped herself up with an arm and grabbing the side of Arunika's neck from the side and rubbing her thumb on her cheek by her ear.
"Mmm... tasty." Aoi licked her lips. "I kind of want more."
"Hah- hah- hah. Aoi-chan."
The two proceeded to kiss again. This time Aoi was a little more vigorous in her kiss. She started sitting up on her knees while pulling Arunika up to sit up between her thighs. Once they were upright, Aoi started prying open Arunika's mouth open with her lips. Once she got clear passage, she inserted her tongue and lightly roamed around the other's mouth.
"!!!... Mmmm..." Arunika was surprised at first then started enjoying the momentum of their actions. Aoi's tongue explored around lightly massaging her mouth before coming to her own tongue. She wrapped her arms around Aoi's waist and rested her hands around the small of her back while Aoi wrapped hers around Arunika's shoulders. After enjoying their time for a few minutes Aoi ceased the kiss and rested her forehead against her wife's and gave her a few seconds to catch her breath while looking into eachother's eyes. Aoi's royal navy blue eyes pierced into Arunika's emerald ones and she could see the faint sexual desire reflecting back at her.
"As much as I'd like to continue this, I'm going to need actual food or I won't be able to go on."
"Hah- hah- Aoi-chan, I want more."
"En and more you'll have, but not now. We need to eat and check out."
"Kiss me for a few more min- *growl*" Arunika was betrayed by her own stomach growling loudly.
"HAHAHA! Well I guess that settles it." Aoi got up from bed while Arunika was stunned by her own embarrassment and started getting dressed. They picked up some cheap but well-made fitting clothes made from linen. Even though they weren't dyed, they still had charm when worn by Aoi. Aoi especially liked the pants because they were loose fitting and breezy around the legs but hugged her shapely rear end. She loved the idea of being able to show off her main asset to her wife. "Come on! Get up. I'm already ready and you're just watching me with a red face." Aoi turned around showing her back view, "Not that I mind showing you though."
While Arunika got up to get dressed, Aoi sat down on the lone chair in the room by the door and looked on. "This room really comes with the best view. Worth every dollar spent."
Arunika turned to the window behind her. "Eh? But this window only looks out to the alley behind the inn. And what's a dollar?"
"Just a turn of phrase, and who said anything about the view outside?"
Arunika finally understood what Aoi meant. Her already red cheeks become even darker and the blush even reached to her ears and neck. "Pervert." Aoi giggled and said, "You're not wrong there."
The couple went downstairs and ate breakfast, which consisted of a simple millet porridge, freshly baked flat bread covered in butter, and shreds of meat, that tasted similar to pork, on the side to top the porridge with. When they left, Aoi had Arunika leave the innkeeper a tip for her service and as they were leaving Aoi didn't forget to turn around and send a flirtatious wink to the buxom woman.
'That woman... I never knew I could feel attraction to a woman. She's going to break a lot of hearts.'

Aoi and Arunika finally made their way out of town with full bellies and new cloths and rations. People all around were whispering and pointing fingers at the duo, but it didn't dampen their good moods. The merchants seemed to disappear as soon as they got a scent of the 'Devil Negotiator' approaching though. Aoi was particularly sharp about this happening and chuckled.
"What's got you laughing now, Aoi-chan?"
"Fufu, I think all the merchants are afraid of me now. I seem to notice them all missing from their booths as soon as we walk past. Am I really that scary honey?"
"Nonsense, you're awesome! I love my wife the best!" Arunika held Aoi's hand tighter and started putting a skip in her step. They left the village and found a secluded copse of trees about a couple of kilometers away. It was a clearing that was about 30 meters in diameter and had boulders ranging from the size of a basketball to the size of a small car littered around. Just the perfect place for Aoi to test her gravity magic and see whether it's affecting the density and mass of an object or to see if she can create an artificial landscape with stronger or weaker gravitational pull.
"This is perfect Aru-chan. I don't know how this will affect the surroundings so I want you to find the strongest tree and stand by it just in case I create something dangerous. I'm going to test to see if I can create a false gravitational pull in this area."
Arunika pointed to the right of them at a group of trees in the copse. "Alright, I'll go over there and stand in between those." She went up to Aoi and kissed her cheek before running off to the trees.
"OH HEY! ARU-CHAN!"
"YEAH?"
"WHEN I TELL YOU, PLEASE THROW SOME ROCKS OR SOMETHING INSIDE SO I CAN SEE IF IT WORKS!"
Arunika gave her a thumbs up. "OKAY!"
Aoi started focusing on the warm feeling she felt when activating her mana the night before. Shortly after, a black glow with silver streaks started congealing on her body showing that she could now cast her magic. First she imagined the images of the moon landing from her home and started picturing that feeling of weightlessness onto the center of this copse of trees.
"ALRIGHT! TEST IT NOW! THROW SOMETHING!"
Arunika got the ok and throw a fist sized rock into the clearing. The rock thrown in started on a trajectory towards the center but it didn't seem to lose any momentum what-so-ever. It did start falling eventually but was able to sail the full 30 meters across before hitting a tree on the other side and stopping there. Aoi was happy to find this magic didn't rely solely on scientific reality. 'I know Earth's gravity is roughly at the strength of 10 m/s but what would happen if I just imagine increasing that strength to about 30 m/s?'
She did that and called for Arunika to throw another rock. When the rock was launched this time, it didn't even reach a meter in before it started falling sharply to the ground. It hit the ground with a loud thud then proceeded to skim about another third of a meter, leaving a trail dug into the ground, before coming to a stop. 'Let's try increasing the density and mass of that boulder in the center now.'
"Alright, Aru-chan! I want you to stand behind the trees now! Don't leave until I say so because this could get dangerous!"
Arunika replied, "ALRIGHT AOI-CHAN!," before going out of sight behind the trees.
Aoi then imagined the boulder in the center increasing in density and mass. As a couple minutes passed by, she started hearing a rumbling from the surroundings.

Wafflz1988 My brain is officially fried... The time difference in between this release and the next will be shorter because I already have a general outline for it written up on rough, and I still have a few more days off work. Expect the next chapter to be done by Saturday morning.
