Chapitre 25: Awaken part 3
As soon as Kyung closes the door to Rogue's room she goes downstairs to the office her husband made for her, she knows he is waiting for her there. "Darling, make sure you eat. Perry can you please call Mr.Holiday's office and have his schedule cleared for the next week. Anything urgent can be handled by Clark, unless it's an emergency situation please don't bother Mr.Holiday." She cheekily smiles, "Johan, you must eat well and keep your strength up. You have a beautiful talented granddaughter to take care of, ugh, I can already see all the young men trying to get her attention as soon as she is able to go back to school. She'll be very popular with her good look and personality." Johan's scowling face is hilarious, "What are you saying Kyung! No stinking, untalented, disrespectful punk will be getting near her. There's no boyfriend for her, she needs to recuperate well before she can slowly get back to her regular routine."
"But darling, please don't be like that. She's already 18 so it's probably normal for her to start dating." Johan throws a nasty look her way, "she's still too young to be having a boyfriend. She will be too busy trying to catch up on her studies and then she will be going to university. Her schedule will be hectic and full." Johan snaps at Kyung, "what is wrong with you, why are you trying to get me mad?
"Ha, ha ha...I' m just teasing you sweetheart." Kyung leans down and gently kisses Johan. "Have you figured out who planned this whole fiasco? My bet is on either Robert or Caroline. Am I wrong?" Johan sighs: "The driver who hit Rogue committed suicide while in police custody. I'm sure it's not a coincidence, my money is on Caroline. She completely hates Rogue and she is gutsy enough to take a chance to get her hurt or killed. Even though Robert is quite ruthless and the biggest schemer I have ever had the misfortune to meet, he wouldn't kill her, hurt her yes, but not outright murder." Johan frowns as he gets the feeling that he is missing an important clue and that it's right in his face but he has missed it. It's so frustrating!
"Perry, keep investigating the Drakes and the connection to the accident driver. I'm sure that they are connected somehow. Also have Dr.Park and Dr. Howard come to this office immediately after they finish checking out Rogue. We need to make a strategic plan for Rogue's recovery and therapy." Perry nods and very quickly leaves the room to inform the doctors of the meeting. Kyung lovingly smoothed a wrinkle in Johan's shirt, "Johan, I know you want to get revenge on Rogue's enemies but please don't go overboard. It's extremely important to keep everything legal and clean in case of an investigation. You must think about Rogue's future first and then revenge." Johan looks at his beautiful wife and slowly smiles. "Don't worry love. I know that Rogue's safety and happiness is our number one goal but I will hunt down every last person who hurt our baby girl."
