Synopsis
Lu Wu, an aimless video game developer, had been feeling perturbed ever since he found out he was the direct descendant of a king from the underworld. Other than the title, His Excellency, his ancestor hadn't passed down anything else to him. On top of that, all of his ancestor’s subordinates had rebelled against him and completely usurped his inherited territory.
Under the circumstances, Lu Wu built a battle game server with the help of his new mysterious friend and transported gamers from the real world straight to the underworld using virtual reality. They then created the main quest, the character classes, the Instance Dungeon, the storyline, and the non-player characters for the game.
Relying solely on these video gamers’ strengths, Lu Wu began his expedition to reclaim his rightful inheritance. What could possibly go wrong?

Écrire un avisI wasn't sure about this at first, but after reading the first couple of chapters, I got more and more into it. By the end of the chapters, I was super engrossed, to the point that I couldn't stop reading, and when I hit the last translated chapter, I felt immense frustration that there weren't anymore chapters left! I haven't felt this way about at webnovel book in such a long time, honestly I really like this idea, I find it quite unique and interesting. I hope this gets picked up for official translation! It just got to the good part too!! I hope the quality will remain the same, because if it does, this might just rival my favorites.

This story is just god awful. Don't read it. We have an extremely boring plot with an MC who just watches people play a game and a "loli" by his side who the MC decides to kiss and be a pedo. The readers seem to lap it up.
I will give a review. The story is pretty good. it's good to burn time. not too good but not too bad ... 8/10 ....sosjsbsisbsjsizbjxixbxbxizbaiaba
Ok m done with this... The mc literally does nothing.... All the matters are taken care of by little loli... Mc has no presence.... Loli may as well be the mc... He can create a character and try to gain a legacy... No he does nothing.. He just leeches off of the loli.. This novel is a big disappointment... Its like so on so does this does that... And mc just watching doin nothing... Any problem? Loli wil take care if it.. Loli literally says mc is useless.. Still he does nothing abt it... If u want q novel where mc has 0 presence and where mc does nothing and just watches other ppl doing ****... Then this is the novel for u.. Or dont waste ur time on this
Everything about this is aamazing but i only managed to get to chapter 57 before running out of fast passes and coins. Turned premium waaaay too early and the names are confusing at times but easy to get used to. Overall a 10/10. Instantly got me hooked
Literally "boss behind the game" mc does nothing expect depending on some loli character LOL Probably one of the most boring novel in this website
Absolutely love this especially c.58-c.60 where the first mayor arc ends Thank you Hope to see this updated further P.S. The idea of a player transforming into a white puppy also made my day
Spoiler de révélationHonestly, I loved the first 310 or so chapters, translation was good, world building and power system had some good ideas, story was developing and enough to keep me interested. This book really focused on the storylines of different players and how the gaming community would interact with a game like in the book. However, I rated this so low because it went on a long almost year long break with no updates, now it is back and the translation has taken a nosedive in quality, it seems almost machine translated with no proofreading. Recommend first 300 chapters, unless they fix the translation, don’t bother past that
Well, the sypnosis this time isnt that bad, it tells you what the goal and the begin is. So basically a little lolita came before the mc telling him he is the descendant of a devil/demon lord of the underworld. The devil lord was betrayed and killed leaving only two inheritences left for the mc. The little lolita (If you count it as one) Weird device (Mechanics from a game mixed with the reincarnation law) Because the little lolita is weak she really can't do anything combat related, but she was a genius that helped the devil lord with making the weird device. Due mc's opinions they decided to make the weird device into a virtual reality game. (Basically SAO without the life risking sh*t) Thus players join the game obvlious that they are in the underworld. They slay mobs for something called *soul coins* that could be used to buy weapons that were made with soul coins by the lolita. 5 soul coins production cost = 1 weapon Shop: weapon = 10 soul coins. With that the mc gathers a lot of soul coins to built a lot of things in the underworld. (They also use the players to explore sort of?) Translation Quality: Nothing to complain about. - Stability of Updates: Well...... Probably it's okay but for now.. GUYS VOTE FOR IT! - Story development: It's interesting, the new things they keep adding kept it interesting. Such as a war, mansion and other things, plus the interaction of players is also fun to read. - Character design: They are well made, let's hold it on that. - World Background: Isn't much. Because the author focusses on the underworld and real world, while also the video game, the world background isn't really to see because how much the author wants to hide it. But, I still give 5 stars because the author did a pretty good job on the other things. I mean, you need to focus on the game, real life world and underworld. I'm not mad at that.
Great Novel liked the concept , I hope it's quality won't go down..........................................................................................................

for now, I recommend that you read until chapter 312 and then just ignore the next chapters. they seem machine translated and it is almost unreadable.
I'm only at Chapter 80 but here goes: Translation Quality: It's good and mistakes can rarely be found unless one nit picks continuously. Stability Of Updates: Hasn't been updated in a while but it was previously good. Story Developement: Ok I'm in no rush for the mc to become powerful quickly but 80 chapters in, he hasn't changed and while the focus isn't on him alot, I feel like he should have become more powerful than the average human already and he barely does anything, most of the work is done by Bei Li with it starting out as a gag but slowly becoming annoying. Character Design: The character design is really unbalanced, while some have interesting backrounds, others exist for the sake of existing and if they were side characters it would be okay but some areheavily focused on. The worst is the mc, I tried to like him but it's impossible as he is supposedly the descendent of the king of Beiqi but he does NOTHING and relies on Bei Li who is the only really good character. World Backround: The world backround is really interesting as I can't wait for the Underworld Seas to be explored but at the same time, slighlty more focus on the real world as it would be interesting to see the authors take o how humanity developed in 200 odd years. I don't review often but needed to say this. Thank You
Spoiler de révélationI got to about chapter 20. It felt like the MC wasn’t even a main character in the story. I don’t know anything about the MC’s personality because he doesn’t even have one. It just didn’t feel like he did anything for any reason other than he was told to. The pacing was also really fast. It didn’t make it unreadable, but it just made it so that details were completely glossed over. I think there were about 2 enemies in the game up to level 20. The game was also extremely lackluster. It just lacked details and works building. Things were just there, and everyone loved the game, but it was only because of how realistic it was. The game had absolutely nothing else going for it from my perspective. Another thing that bothered me was when he had to make the promotional video. He did it in one try, and he was the main actor. It was also in first person, but he was able to get all of the best shots while fighting in some battle in first person...so he is apparently an amazing actor, fighter, and cameraman. It just really bothered me that it took about 5 paragraphs to create an absolutely amazing promotional video. I might be nitpicking with that one. It just felt like more of an outline for a novel than an actual novel. I liked the ideas, but the execution was a huge disappointment. It also said something about the MC getting stronger from the Soul Coins, and then it wasn’t addressed, that may have been later in the book but I just didn’t like reading about a new person every third chapter and their experience in the game rather than the story about the MC.
Spoiler de révélationShame on the translator on stopping the translation!!Shame on the translator on stopping the translation!!Shame on the translator on stopping the translation!!Shame on the translator on stopping the translation!!Shame on the translator on stopping the translation!!
Awesome book, thought it would be more like gamers of the underworld where I had a lot of expectations for it and end up disappointed by how slow it was, but this book besides the rocky start (really, who tf can make a good start in a book though?) the novel progresses quite nicely and is a good read with my only complaint being how we’re still not sure what the mc’s power level is at all.
This is pretty good this is pretty good this is pretty good this is pretty good this is pretty good this is pretty good this is pretty good this is pretty good. Hope that this will be one of editors choice in this new batch
This is a truly unique novel and as long as the author doesn't give up on the story it may just create a whole new genre of novels that is how good it is.
