The hall was located inside a very secluded estate, as it's a private property owned by Ella, which she just purchased recently and still under renovation planning. 

The Hall was just recently built before she purchased it, so she let it be and was usually booked for events by influential people in the society, which fetched her lots of income.

Except the reporters and those who came with them officially and Leo's people, every other individual at the place was Jerry's men, which means they have enough time and space to fight themselves to their heart's content, without worrying about passerby.
