Chapitre 18: Our Manager
They arrived in the land of pearls, Philippines.
They went straight away in the hotels and eat some breakfast.
"Suho Hyung, bakit kailangan kasama nyo si Death sa kwarto?" Tanong naman ni Kai
"Are you fine Death? Do you want to stay in our room instead?" Xiumin
"I'm fine. Thanks." Death answered
"Are you sure? Those two are dangerous." Luhan said
"I'm more dangerous.." Death answered and smiled.
"Noona.. Please stay in our room instead.." Sehun said and hold her hand then continued "I will protect you."

PROTECT YOU." Death said with smirk in her face.
"Stop it.. Eat and then I'll get my own room. Issue solved." Sabi nya saka tumayo.
Tapos na silang kumain at dumeretso sa kwarto nila Suho si Death
"I thought you will get your own room." Kris asked.
"Mr. Kris Wu, they don't have available room. Fully book so I need to stay here and I will prefer to stay in the couch instead taking the bed." Sabi naman nya saka humiga sa couch.
Suho went out of the rest room and heard everything. "Stand up Ms. Manager. Ngayong gabi ang concert, we need to do some practice."
"Coming.." sabi naman ng dalaga sabay tayo.
- In the venue.
"Who are you?" A staff asked,
"Their Manager", sagot naman nito with a poker face
"Are you kidding? Their manager is a guy? Are you a sasaeng fan?" Sabi pa nito habang naka taas ang kilay.
"She is our substitute manager for now." Sabi naman ni Suho sabay akbay sa dalaga at kinalakadkad papasok ng venue.
He put an ID on her neck showing that she is one of the staff and their manager,
"Wear that and stay on the stage Ms. Manager." Sabi nito saka tumuloy tuloy sa stage.
"I'm really curious? How old are you?" Sabi naman ng isang binata
Tinignan lang sya ni Death and he also stared at her and continued "Since we are friends then I guess you can call me oppa."
"She just smile first and then said Noona will do Mr. Kim Minseok"
"Oh.. so your older than me? Hmmmm... I dont think so. Show me your ID. I'm wondering if you are too minor to be here." Pag bibiro naman nito.
Nag tawanan lamang sila and Mr. Kim Minseok, your next. Sabi naman ng staff.
Xiumin then went to the stage with EXO member and start practicing, she is just giving them water and towel to wipe their sweats.
"Manager, can you wipe my back?" Kai ask with a big smile in his face.
Death just do it since a lot of people is watching and everyone knows that she is their substitute manager
"Can't you do this?" She whispered
"It will be more fun if you do it." Kai said with a flirting smile
"Ah.. okay.. then she start wiping his back and whispering hey, I'm not your maid nor your girlfriend to do this things. "
"But you are our manager for today. And you can always be my girlfriend if you want to." Sabi pa nito
"Tama nga sila, malandi ka nga... - _- " at saka hinagis sa mukha ng binata ang basang towel na ipinamunas nya sya likod nito
Concert time. Death just watching the leaders to give instructions and also some words to each and everyone.
"Manager?" Tawag naman ni Tao
She went to them and said "EXO, hwaiting!!" Then she smile to all of them and also to Baekhyun and said
"Smile for your fans. They need you the most. Show them that what they paid is worth it." And she hold his hand at pinisil lamang ito and then went to Xiumin and said
"Oppa, hwaiting." Ikinagulat naman ito ni Xiumin at ng EXO
"So, I am older than you. She just smiled and Its time."
The leader put his hand in the middle to do their group cheer.
Death is just watching them when Baekhyun grab her hand and put it on the top of their hands. Everyone smiles and Suho starts.
Suho: "We are"
EXO: "ONE!!!"
All of them stared to Death like waiting for her to continue.
"What?" she said in a poker face then Baekhyun whispered to her
Death: "EXO?"
EXO: "SARANGHAJA!!!!"
Everyone then smile before going on stage and pat her hair.
"Baekhyun", tawag naman ni Death sa kanya.
"Hwaiting!!" Sabi nya lang with a smile then wave to each other
Baekhyun smiles to her and wave her while going on stage.
Concert finish after 2 hours and they are all back in the hotel already.
"Death, mag shower ka na. Tapos na kami." Kris said
She entered the rest room and all EXO members entered the room.
"Why are you here? Hindi pa ba kayo pagod." Sabi lang ni Suho.
"Si Noona? Si Professor? Ano ginawa nyo sa kanya." Sunod sunod na tanong naman ng mga ito.
"What are you doing here?" A girl said palabas ng banyo habang pinupunasan ang buhok.
"Mag silayas kayo dito, gusto ko na mag pahinga." Sabi naman nito at tuloy tuloy pumunta ng couch at naupo.
"She's Dangerous.." sabi naman ni Yixing
"I told you already, I am dangerous." Sabi lamang nito
"Noona, dito na lang kami matutulog, this will be our first to be together. We want to know more about our Manager." Sabi lamang nila
"I'm just a substitute manager and we will go back tomorrow" sagot naman ni Death
They have all sad faces na palabas na sana ng pinto when she said "Order some pizza and chicken then, let's eat before we go back in Korea tomorrow. Your CEO is calling me every now and then."
Umorder na si Kris dahil sya lang naman ang fluent mag salita ng english.
"Professor Death", Tawag naman ni Yixing dito
"Remember the Rabbit made of Pottery, I am really curious about it." dagdag pa nito
Death just stared at him and to them like saying that they are curious too.
"It was a tragic story of a girl who love a person unknowingly, she love him without even saying it to that person and that person died and when that happen she just realize that he really love that person and she break down without knowing how to stand up.
'Why couldn't I say it?' The pottery said She paused and sadness is all over her face
She knew that he wanted so badly to hear it. The pottery couldn't tell him that she already loved her. She never thought that those feelings were love. She thought that she was just grateful. It was love. He waited for too long but even on the last breath of the man, the pottery was never able to tell him how she feels about him."
"She was able to go on with life again by her saying that she won't never love again.. never again...never..." Death said and take a sip of her drinks
"Why not? Just like you said Professor Death, people stay and go but they always stay in our hearts. Maybe he is not the person meant for you." Kyungsoo said
"You said before to used your mind and heart together they can make a perfect love story" Xiumin said
"Just like the time you said that we wont know when love will hit us, it will just come like a fairytale" Chen added
"You guys did really learn a lot from me even though you were just there to do your photoshoot." Death answered
"And who said I was the pottery.." She paused and continued "I was the man.. then they all laugh.."
"Is this the reason why you cannot answer our questions directly, you are more afraid of yourself Death?" Baekhyun said
Death just smiled at him and said, "Where you able to fill those blanks already Mr. Byun Baekhyun. Its been 2 weeks since you have those quiz I gave you."
"Noona, you gave him a quiz? Why?" Sehun asked
"Wow, you have then a private tutor Baekhyun." Chanyeol said
"Can you give me multiple choose?" Sabi lamang ni Baekhyun.
"Death?" Kris called him
"Can I talk to you privately?" Dagdag pa nito
"Can we sleep now and talk tomorrow?" Death asked and stand up.
"She went to her couch and said Good night boys.. Let's see each other tomorrow."
They all left except Kris and Suho who is in the same room with Death
"Death?" Kris call her again
Death sit from lying down. She just stared at him.
"I'm afraid of my Team. I don't want the same thing happen to us in the future. I wish you understand what I mean. Death do you know that I like you too. You're the most intelligent person I ever met and I respect you a lot." Kris said
"Kris, what are you saying?" Suho asked
"You like her too Suho" Kris seriously asked
Suho was not able to say anything and just went back to his bed
Kris then just lay down and said "Death, I adore you. I really do. I'm really grateful you came to our lives.."
Silence all over the room and Death is still up and suddenly whispered
"What is the definition of Friendship and love?"
"Friendship is notoriously difficult to define, its a virtue which is 'most necessary with a view to living ... for without friends no one would choose to live though he had all other goods. If friendship is hard to define, love is even more so, not least because there are several types of love."
"Friendship is not different from love, but the best kind of love."
"And if we can be friends with someone we are attracted to, then so much the better—so long as it works for, and not against, the friendship."
Suho who is still awake sat in his bed and said, "we are not just friends but brothers, a family"
She then answered
"A brother shares childhood memories and grown-up dreams just like you guys, you grow with your dreams together."
"Brothers that doesn't need to necessarily say anything to each other – they can sit in a room and be together and just completely be comfortable with each other.."
"Brothers knows each other as always, know each other's hearts, sharing private family jokes, remembering family feuds and secrets, family griefs and joys and live outside the touch of time."
Suho stared at her and said "Thank you Manager Death, I learn a lot from you again today. I will not be lost. I am a leader and I will always take care of them as my brothers."
Nahiga na si Death and Suho too
Before she close her eyes she then uttered this words
"Even if we will not be together until the very end, I am really glad that you guys were a part of my life."
"Good night Leader Suho. Good night Leader Kris."
"Good night...." Kris said and fall a sleep
"Good Night Manager Death, Good night Professor Death". Suho answered
