Chapitre 33: Setting up a business
2k words chapter instead of 2 releases, could be more than 2k probably not more than 3k, don't want to post 3k if I only write 2k my stockpile wouldn't last if I did that.

Ronan woke up the next day, not knowing what to do, he had made a rough plan on what to do with the money but it wasn't 100%, he planned on setting up a business and hiring 3-4 people to help with the coding, the company wouldn't have a physical location as of yet, instead they would communicate via webcam and microphone when needed, they would also use text chat, depending on their preferences.
Each person would get $40,000 per year, and all the money would have to be transferred, he can't keep everything in his personal bank account, he'll have to open a new bank account so he can keep his funds separate, he'll also have to transfer the money made from the app from his bank account to the companies, that and all the expenses as well.
Ronan first had to come up with a name for his company, Ronan spent a lot of time struggling to find a name for his company, he just couldn't find the right name until he came across Code Crypt, he had searched many different websites on how to create a business name, he even consulted several friends and they all replied the same, whatever you think sounds good, it wasn't about what other people thought, it was all about how Ronan thought about it.
Finding a name wasn't the easiest or the hardest part, the hardest part was getting a logo, he didn't know how to design graphics so he had to pay someone else to make it, the logo is supposed to look like code turning into building blocks falling into place, which happens to be building a crypt, but Ronan was told it would take a couple of days to create, meanwhile he was getting help making a website, he needed to have somewhere where he could give out information about his company and a website was practically the only way without a physical office building.
Next was the people he wanted to hire, he put an advertisement on several job sites, he even created an advertisement for his app just so he could attract people from there if they were interested, he also offered his current coders the opportunity to work full time after they finished college, no one took the job offer though, as they could earn more working for a more renowned company in their speciality, instead of just doing coding, they could do part-time coding and get paid with experience and some money, but they didn't want to go full time after because they could get higher paying offers, what Ronan offered was in the middle of the pay scale.
After a logo was all the technical parts, he would have to fill in various forms, send them to the corresponding government department and then wait for the paperwork to be sent back with a confirmation and any extra information he needed, he would then have to get an accountant which he already had, that would save him a lot of time and money, he also has to get a lawyer to go over all the documents to make sure they're right so he doesn't end up making a mistake, which he also already had making it even better.
He then had to give himself all the shares, as he was setting up a limited company, he would also have to give the government a list of all the large shareholders and people with voting rights, which for now only consisted of Ronan.
All of that just to make a company, Ronan would have to wait several days until everything was completed, the paperwork alone would take 4 days for everything to be complete, then there's finding the company employees, that would probably take 2-4 weeks, as Ronan wasn't offering top dollar for the positions, then he would need to wait for the paperwork to be sent back which would be around the middle of the second week, the website design will take 1-2 days, with the logo being added after it was finished, he then had to create several social media pages, for his apps and the company, he only had 3 social media accounts for his apps so far, which was far behind what the larger companies were using, after all this he also had to find something to code, writing expansions can't be the only thing that the company does, eventually the game will lose its steam and will need to be shut down.

2 Weeks later and Ronan had finally established a company, he had invited out several people, Jake, Steve, Rasheed and Andrew.
They had agreed to meet at Steve's office since everyone knew where that was, the time that they would meet is 6 PM, currently, it was 6 AM, Ronan had just woken up and he knew what he was going to do today, he was going to go shopping, he hadn't been shopping in a while, he wasn't sure what he wanted to get, but he just wanted to look around, it was relaxing for once, instead of constantly writing code for the next update, he set his A.I. to fixing bugs instead of polishing off the observation mode, which was already in Beta, before stepping out the door and getting a taxi.

An hour later and he was getting out of his taxi.
It was busy as always, people walking in both directions, some crossing the road without watching, only to almost get hit by a car.
Ronan walked into the nearest clothing store, he wasn't looking for anything particular.
Inside there were several tens of people, the shop itself was fairly large, it could probably fit several hundreds of people if you added all the floors together.
Ronan walked towards the male section, he was particularly interested in t-shirts, he didn't have many, although he had enough but they were getting worn, Ronan didn't really mind, but he thought he should at least have relatively new t-shirt in his wardrobe, in case anything came up, especially if he was to conduct the interviews, he would need to decide between formal and informal, if he went formal he had a suit, but informal wouldn't look good if he came in a worn-out t-shirt.
While looking around he noticed that some of the sales assistants were looking at him weirdly, he assumed that he had something on his face, but he couldn't care less, he didn't come out that often and he didn't really care about what people said about him so he just went on looking around.
25 minutes later and Ronan had picked out a few t-shirts, they were all block colours, nothing fancy, black, white, orange, light blue, dark blue, purple and grey, each t-shirt was roughly $20 each, which he would probably never think about buying if it was before he got the $3 Mil, but now he didn't really care, he had the money and he needed the clothes.
When walking up the counter he could see the same sales assistants looking at him, he walked up the counter and put his clothes on it.
"Would you like a bag?" Instead of the cashier asking one of the sales assistants came over and changed with the cashier.
"Sure?" Ronan wanted a bag but he said it in a way which made it sound like a question, it was because he was confused as to why a sales assistant could just take over the cashier's position.
"You can buy use the till right?" Ronan was concerned that he would have to stay there until this sales assistant had finished with whatever he was doing.
"Obviously, I wouldn't be able to take over if I wasn't." The sales assistant spoke in a disparaging way as if Ronan was an idiot.
"Ok." Ronan went to pay for his items before walking out the door.

5 minutes after Ronan left that sales assistant picked up his phone and dialed a number, it was with his boss and his boss just happened to be Jake.
"Hello, the man that you previously mentioned has stopped by." The sales assistant said.
"Oh, what did he buy?" Jake asked.
"Just a couple of t-shirts, what do you see in this person anyway? you've never been interested in anyone, even with Steve you weren't that interested, but with this person, you seem to have lost all reasoning." The sales assistant boldly replied, to which Jakes tone got colder.
"It's none of your business, if you have enough time to gossip then maybe you should take on more responsibility, I've got several positions available if you want to take them." Jake replied, although he sounded angry the sales assistant could tell that he was making a genuine offer because the sales assistant is one of Jake's best friends, he like Jake, was born into a famous and wealthy family, they went to high school together, it was easy for them to hit it off, because they were both rich kids who went to public school compared to other rich kids who all went to private school, where they could do pretty much whatever they wanted and have no responsibility.

Ronan took a quick look around the shops before heading home, in total Ronan had bought 7 t-shirts, he had plenty of trousers, so he didn't feel the need to buy any, that and they weren't worn out.

After arriving home the first thing Ronan did was check his A.I. before the A.I. had registerd a total of 139 bugs that needed to be fixed, all small, so Ronan had assumed that it would finish most of them within the time he spent out, which was roughly 4 hours, but he didn't expect it to complete all the bug fixes after he came back, it had also gone back to coding the observation update which would be coming out of beta soon.
Ronan was looking at the progress bar for the observation when he noticed that the A.I. was nearing level 10, based on what he knew from level 5, he assumed that something would happen at level 10.
He didn't know how long it would take, but the higher the level the longer the levelling takes, there also the max level, it wasn't provided to Ronan so he had no idea how long even 1/10 of the bar would take.
After he finished observing his A.I. he went to check his emails, although he had his business set up he failed to get anyone who wants to work for him, he was even considering upping the wage that they would get.
Ronan spent a couple of hours coding, he was improving the UI for his game, he made it easier to use, some buttons were made bigger and smaller, while others were moved about, some were removed altogether.
By the time he finished coding the app he noticed it was time to prepare, it was 4:30 PM and he was set to meet up with Jake and the others at 6 PM, so he stopped coding and prepared to leave.
