Chapitre 748: Just Good Friends?

Dylan walked up to Darren's bed with slow but heavy steps. He kept rubbing his hands against the side of his jeans. And his eyes were fixed on the floor as if there was nothing more interesting than the floor in this whole world right now. 

Even though he was very touched by Francesca's words, he still couldn't look at his best friend. Biting his lip, he finally lifted his eyes to look at Darren. Darren's head was wrapped up after the surgery, his face was wan. Then he noticed the gauze around his arm as well and felt even more pain in his heart.

This wasn't his first time seeing Darren like this. Years ago, when Darren had gotten into the accident, he had been with him all along. But he never thought he'd see the same scene again. 

"Dazi..." his voice sounded raspy. "I'm sorry!" Looking at his face, his tears couldn't help falling again. "I'm sorry for coming so late."
