Dark, realistic, slow-paced, immersive, emotional, psychological, philosophical and has made me introspective by it's meaning. If you can't handle being hurt by the things happening in it's setting and time of feudal ancient japan warring state's period, it isn't for you. Japanese history buffs, those who played warring states games like dynasty/samurai warriors or strategy, nobunaga fans, kingdom and army building finders, mature picky readers, time travel cause-effect enthusiasts, realism seekers, suspenseful drama lovers, vengeful satisfaction guilty-readers, I welcome you to try and read it.

Author stands shoulders above other authors On this platform. TheIr writing skill is enough you get transported to this worLd and empathsize with all the characters. The imagery sucks your 5 senses in too. I was not expecting that. Likewise if you are a sucker for transmigration, war/strategy/ Etc then you will like this novel. GIVE A TRY!

First time reading a novel that presents this time period of Japan's history from the other side of the coin. I'm a huge fan of this genre: Nobunaga stories (Sengoku Komachi...; Nobunaga No Chef; Sengoku Stray Dogs, etc.) Our dear Author is taking us on an emotional rollercoaster ride as a modern genius gets thrown here and transforms into someone he didn't plan, to protect those he comes to love and build a new world. Get ready for a rough ride. 💎
it's a really great book I definitely recommend you to read it. it's a little slow at the beginning but it get better at ett crazier. I cant wait to read nore.
Read till the end of free chapter +1 I can't review grammar because Im too bad at it. anyways, no cultivation, sysyem or other huge cheat so far. Except that MC seem to have huge math ability and memory. its hard to write a review without spoil and my english skills. So let's just say I find it great. World and character are good. Pacing us good. I didn't catch up to the end of the books yet so can't review updating stability. but anyways its a big 4.7/5 -> 5/5 for me !

Characters are well written and developed and the world building itself is nice ,the plot is logical and the growth of each character just warms my heart don't listen to some other reviews since those are the rope of people who like quick action and shitty plot development.
So many problems with this story in just the first few chapters. The mentality of the characters and the world portrayed is like modern people are cosplaying rather than feeling like the past. There is a lot of post enlightenment thinking and actions like openly disrespecting your nobles which is insanely abnormal for ancient times. Also sadly some other things that are forgivable to not be historically accurate but kind of weird for the time period like women's rights. The pacing is too fast paced and is pretty rushed. I see some hope for character design but the character design used doesn't fit at all with the time period. I just can't recommend this story it's painful to read once you notice these problems. Nowhere near enough thought was put into the setting and world building. I still hope the author continues so they can get better though as I see some potential. I wish them the best on their next story.

Entertaining novel with one huge problem - romanticism. Feudal Japan has been romanticised to such extent that historical realism has been utterly gutted. The setting simply didn't feel appropriate for the Sengoku period of Japan - from the relationship between vassal and lord, filial piety, religion, to nuances of Japanese culture during the period. It's all been heavily simplified. Still, as long as the reader doesn't expect any historical realism, and simply projects upon the MC it's an entertaining novel.
¨HOLY SHIT. This mother****er is actually crazy. I'm on chapter 106, and from what I can tell as a novice fanfic writer is that this man has an awesome story to tell. Even if its creating an army and having big battles or just simply living an earnest life as a farmer, this author MAKES you emotionally invested in his story. And I may as well ad that this is the first story I have ever read that made me pay 5 bucks for more coins just so I could unlock chapters to read. Staying up to early morning just to read another chapter as my addiction grows and becomes an unhealthy obsession 10/10 best story i have ever read in my 1 year reading on this site

Well This novel is very good. It is exciting read for a kingdom building fanatic like me. I have read till 178 chapters until he goes to monk which is shitty arc i dont know when it ends but that arc sucked balls cause he is the lord of territory and he get ass kicked by the monk. Otherwise it is good read i enjoyed it really well. Something i didnt like is that author focused on character development for a 40 year old MC. So you can understand 40 year old mc is a child through and through which sucks pretty bad. Why make him 40 years old if you are going to focus on character development? Where is the common sense? 40 years old should have been through a lot in life.
