Ingredients:
5 Eggs
2 Cans Alpine White Milk Evap
2 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar
How To Do:
1. Mix the eggs with the whisk in a bowl until it is beaten up and creates some bubbles.
2. Mix the 2 cans of Alpine Evap Milk in a bowl with the eggs.
3. Make sure you mix the eggs and the milk very well. You may add brown sugar to taste. And then set aside,
4. Add 2 tbsp of brown sugar on a small baking pan (lanyera), And put it on the stove. Make sure that the brown sugar is melted into a syrup when it is heated on the medium heated fire.
5. After caramelizing the brown sugar set it aside. Take the mixed egg and milk and pour it on the baking pan (lanyera).
6. Put these mixtures on the steamer for 20 - 30 mins. And then, it would be cooked.
