as he left the shop, he was high in spirit and came back to his house, 'i only need a while for Bruce to be in the mansion since i already gave him the keys' Akira thought.
he took a shower and sat on the sofa to watch TV its been quite a while since he watched the news, he then saw that there was a monster in the police station, and the reporter was talking about how the heroes are late.
at that time Akira heard his phone ring and he picked it up "hello?"
"ah yes hello sir Godspeed, its me the police man you saved yesterday" the policeman said in a hurried way
"yeah i remember, how are your wounds?" Akira asked casually.
"they are better thanks to you sir, i know this is inappropriate but can you help me with something?" he had a pleading tone.
"tell me what is the request first"
"my friends over at the police station are being attacked and the hero association refuses to send help" the police officer said while choking on his tears.
"I'm free now so i will lend a hand" Akira said then he stopped time and stood up, changed his clothes and put on a mask then moved towards the police station.
*inside the police station*
10 minutes before Akira received a call.
Saitama was sitting in front of a police officer with a mustache and he was talking to him about the attacks on the police in the night.
"last night a great man fell to the attack and he was quite a good guy if it wasn't for an anonymous hero saving him he would have lost him" he clenched his hands and said to the bald man who had a blank look.
after some time there was a loud noise and a food delivery man transformed into a monster then started punching the walls and people in the station.
Saitama and the officer stood up and looked at the monster.
then time froze, Akira walked in from the door and looked at the monster then resumed time while being close to Saitama and the officer.
he looked at the bald head in front of him and resisted the urge to slap it then said "Saitama was it? nice to meet you again", the officer got jump scared and Saitama turned his head around and had a surprised look.
"hello speed man" he said with a straight face.
Akira just smiled then looked around and said, "why are heroes so late, there was enough time for them to be here considering how many of them are here in the city."
the officer had a defeated look and said "sir Godspeed, we called them but i was put on hold"
Akira looked weirdly at him and called the association, "hello"
"hello mister Godspeed how may i help you?" he heard from the other side.
"can i connect with McCoy?" Akira said in a indifferent tone.
"he might be busy right now" the staff said unnaturally
"if he doesn't answer i will come and help him with his business" Akira said scoffing.
"wait a minute sir"
*Beep*
"hello Akira this is McCoy what is your business"
"I'm in the police station under attack and i don't see you sending any heroes here"
"they are dispatched elsewhere right now they might be available in a bit" he replied without a change of tone.
"looks like the association needs a wake up call" Akira said and hung up, and under the surprised look from the officer and Saitama he stopped time and walked to the monster smashing the ground the monster was 3 meters but to Akira who destroyed a meteor and a spaceship this was nothing.
he wanted to test something he took position of the flowing water he learned from Bang and punched the monster in the stomach, he repeated it multiple times and wanted to see all the impact happening at once.
he then came back to his previous position and got ready to watch the show.
as he unfreezed time he saw the monster's waist explode and the rest of its body went flying at an unbelievable speed.
"looks like i took care of it, now time to go deal with the association, it started becoming annoying" Akira disappeared after saying his piece.
Saitama looked at the place Akira was in and thought 'he is strong i didn't even feel him move' he started growing curious.
Akira moved to the side of the HQ city and brought his sword down at the east part of it, after that there was a huge destruction and even the ground gave way and deep craters showed, he then flashed again inside the HQ building, and walked to the elevator and went up to find that there was red lights everywhere and people running around while some heroes were looking ready to fight with a monster.
Akira didn't care and moved directly to the top office and barged in without even asking for permission.
he saw McCoy standing up and having a furious look "you did that didn't you"
"i don't know what are you talking about, I'm here for another reason"
"i want to leave the association I'm tired of being a part of this dumb gathering" Akira said with a straight face.
McCoy knew he can't prove Akira wrong with no evidence so he gritted his teeth and said "here it is you can sign this and leave, i don't welcome you here" he was angry but he couldn't do anything without the power of the heroes.
Akira smiled and signed then left as he was going he said in a cheery tone "i better not see the association or Bofoi spying on me".
as he left he heard some noise in the office, it was McCoy throwing documents on the wall, and flipping his desk.
