Chapitre 42: Couple Therapy

Louis and Agatha left the hotel together, hand in hand and got into the car waiting at the entrance.

None of them bothered to be seen by paparazzi, since they were in a relationship and even if they weren't, no one would publish a news story about Louis Dunkelheit Brienne without his permission, after all, the Dunkelheit family owned several media outlets.

When the couple got into the car, a bodyguard handed them two cups of hot chocolate with marshmallows and closed the door.

"Your people are very well trained! I'm impressed they even remembered the chocolate, it has a woolen blanket and the temperature inside the car is perfect!" Agatha exclaimed, amazed at the efficiency of the employees.

"Well, my maternal family tends to train employees with a lot of dedication." Louis looked away, not wanting to talk about it.

All of his employees who were trained by the Dunkelheit family were more than bodyguards, drivers, servants or assistants. Everyone had great fighting power and their number one priority was to protect Louis.

"Tell me, how did you start your career." Louis asked wanting to divert the subject.

Agatha obviously understood that he was uncomfortable and started to tell about his career. It was not a secret in any way.

"I started when I was 16, after I received a modest inheritance from my grandfather. It was only a few hundred million, so I built a jewelry store, hired the best jewelers and looked for the best gems, I wanted a high level jewelry and after that the brand was popular with the high society circle, and I made some investments with the rest of the money. The jewelry shop worked, the investments paid off and I started Starlight Entertainment, then I started Spring Publishing and finally, I started Royal Garden Real Estates but, the apple of my eye is the jewelry store. "

"I knew you ran the Royal Garden real estates, since I have some investments in real estate, I didn't know about the others."

"It is normal, I should announce the creation of a conglomerate, perhaps."

"It looks like you worked really hard."

Most people who hear about Agatha's life say she was lucky and forget the hard work that went into it. Louis was the first to attribute her success more to work than luck and Agatha was delighted to hear that.

"Yes. There have been many sleepless nights and a lot of luck too." Agatha said lightly.

"Luck is important, but not everything. If you are lucky but you don't have the skills, you would be broke." Louis said firmly.

"Louis Brienne, I'm starting to think that dating you may have been a wonderful idea." Agatha sighed in contentment.

He could see her effort and it made her happier than anything.

Shortly thereafter, the car entered an area of upscale villages in the east of the city.

The villa of Agatha was in exactly the same area and, the path to their villa was almost the same, it differed that at a certain intersection, they should turn right and follow a few more meters, but the car continued forward, entering the area more expensive and noble neighborhood.

About five minutes later, they stopped in front of a large three-story villa.

The garden should be exquisitely tended, but there was white snow everywhere. Cherry and plum trees planted near a small pond with carp and lotus flowers, and a Roman style tea pavilion with arches, planters and a dome.

The whole village was built in blue-gray stone and cream marble, with a romantic design.

"Too bad it's winter. In the spring, the flowers make the environment more beautiful." Louis sighed when he saw Agatha watching the garden with interest.

"You live here?"

It was an almost rhetorical question considering the rigidity of security.

"Yes. I like the environment."

Agatha was surprised. Did Louis like peaceful and romantic environments?

Yes. He liked it a lot.

Growing up in Dunkelheit Shine, Louis always preferred similar environments, since they made him feel more comfortable, but he himself felt that Dunkelheit Shine's opulence was sometimes exaggerated but, considering the large family, it was acceptable, however, himself I would never live in a place as big as Dunkelheit Shine alone. It looks very lonely.

Entering the village, a maid quickly prepared a pair of soft, warm cashmere-lined slippers.

After changing his shoes and washing his hands, Louis guided Agatha into a large hall with dark wood floors and a large fireplace.

A black piano, some black leather sofas with gray cashmere blankets and fluffy pillows, and other dark wood furniture decorated the room with simplicity and elegance.

And the most interesting thing about the room was the shelves full of books.

"Your library?"

"Yes. Do you want to drink something?" Louis asked kindly.

"Black tea with lemon and honey, please."

"I will want the same." Louis said looking at the maid who was standing at the door.

"Yes sir." The maid answered cuts and left the room.

"I Can?" Asked Agatha, pointing to the bookshelves.

"Sure. Books on laws are on that shelf, there are books on politics, history and economics, there are books on music and fine arts and there are novels and literature." Louis pointed out the location of the books based on the subjects with ease.

He walked over to the piano and began to gently play a Tchaikovsky piece, Waltz of the Flowers.

Music flowed beautifully across the room, and Louis's long fingers gently stroked the piano keys.

The gently falling snow was visible through the window, and the sun illuminated the handsome man who played the piano.

Every image was beautiful.

Agatha, who was originally watching Louis' book collection, was watching the handsome man closely.

Everyone was mysterious and harmonious with the atmosphere of the room and the beautiful piano music. The joy seemed to float in the music.

Halfway through the piece, the maid returned with a cart carrying tea, madeleines and other delicate sweets and small sandwiches. She went in and out quickly without making a sound, as if she feared that even her steps might disturb the beautiful symphony played by her master.

When he finally finished, Louis got up from the piano and sat on the sofa, helping himself to a cup of tea.

"You played beautifully."

"Thank you. I'm glad you liked it."

"Why did you play so suddenly?"

"Inspiration. "Waltz of the Flowers" suits you."

"Seriously?"

"Sure. You're like the mysterious and seductive fairy." Louis smirked and chuckled.

"It doesn't make much sense. This song looks lively, elegant, not at all seductive."

"In fact, have you ever stopped to think that there is a lot of beauty in mysterious things and is it important to show us joy?"

"Poetic."

"Fine, how about I play another song? How about "The Four Seasons" by Vivaldi?"

"Thank you. I like this piece, especially "L'estate" and "L'inverno". Do you have any other musical instruments? To play Vivaldi we need a violin too. It looks better."

"I have. Violin, cello, guitar, guitar and flute. I really like music and books."

"It sounds like fun! I can play guitar, violin and piano."

"Then we play together later."

They drank tea and talked about some classics and their assessments of contemporary music.

Soon, Louis asked the maid to bring a violin stored in the music room.

The two positioned themselves. She playing the violin and he playing the piano, and then they started playing Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons' together. La Primavera (Spring) I Allegro, L'estate (summer) III Presto, L'autonno (Autumn) I Allegro, L'inverno (winter) III Allegro.

Everything is so beautiful and nostalgic.

And they spent the afternoon talking about books, music and the arts.

In the late afternoon, Louis suddenly thought of something and asked about Agatha's preferences for food.

"Do you have any food taboo?"

"Pork and green grapes. I'm allergic. And I don't like bitter flavors. I also don't like excess salt, I have a certain fragility in that."

"Can you cook?"

"I know and I consider myself quite good at it." Agatha was proud of her cooking skills.

"So let's make dinner together! What do you think?"

"Good."

The two got up from the couch and went into the kitchen.

They had good teamwork and could understand each other's thoughts with a few words.

After a simple and healthy dinner, Agatha thought about the day's events.

Cook together, read novels by the fireplace and play a song together.

Didn't that really look like a couple therapy?

Well, that was a really fun day. They managed to get to know each other better and deepen their feelings towards each other. So they were quite happy about it.

L’AVIS DES CRÉATEURS
Amaterasu_N Amaterasu_N

I've been busy with my work for the past few days, so sorry for not updating.

Well, things are going well for this couple, I'm happy!

I would like to meet a man like Louis. Calm, firm, responsible and kind.

Don't make men like that anymore and if you find one like that, capture it!

It's a rare Pokémon!

I believe that in another 3 or 5 chapter we can start the second part of the story where Diana's maternal family will arrive.

I hope everyone is healthy!

Thanks for your support!
