"What's going on ?"
Mr. Hudson swayed his glass full of champagne in a careless manner.
"I don't know why she changed her mind ?"
Eduardo replied and drank another shot in a single gulp.
"I'm tellin' you boy we're busted !"
The old man took another sip and turned the gaze of his red eyes towards Eduardo.
"Yes sure all because of your stupid plan SIR !"
He bumped his head onto the table and hissed the sarcasm.
"Oh shut that.
I did all for my daughter."
He waved his hand and sat straight facing Ed.
The bar manager came across them and Mr. Hudson stared at her from head to waist as it was all that he'd see from the other side of that huge slab.
"Am I at fault you tell me ?"
He questioned her out of blue.
"I planned something for my daughter's happiness but it all went wrong. Am I to blame ?"
He kept his eyes glued to her face as he was waiting for her answer.
"Nn-not at all sir. You did all for your daughter's happiness. Even if it went wrong you're not to blame."
She stuttered at first but then held his hand and replied warmly.
"See even she's with me."
Mr. Hudson yelled at Eduardo. Who was perhaps dozing because of excessive drinking.
The old man wrenched his silhouette which caused him to snap open his eyes.
"Wwhat ?"
He cried rubbing his eyes.
"What are we gonna do now, use your brain cells & do something."
Mr. Hudson questioned him again. Though drunk he still was worried about his daughter.
"How would I know ?"
Eduardo shrugged and drank the remaining shot.
And then raked fingers through hair.
"She wants to marry me but she's already married to me. The problem is she don't know she's already married to me, the real me."
He was seriously talking but the effects of wine was strong which caused his sentence structure to be lousy.
"Hmph !
I think we'd tell her this now. "
The old man stated after thinking for some seconds.
"Yeah and you think she'll forgive us for toying with her feelings. And at the end hug us both specially me !"
Again he growled & threw the words at him venomously.
"Then you tell me what should we do ? She wants to divorce you in order to marry you !"
Mr Hudson rose his voice in anger upon his behaviour.
"I don't know how she'll react but we must tell her the truth now."
Eduardo lifted the glass and gulped the complete shot in a single turn.
"Humph. Okey "
"Let's go now."
Eduardo stood and wore his jacket stumbling.
"Where to ?"
The old man was still sitting on the stool confused.
Eduardo smirked.
"Into the lioness' den !"
"Oh right we've to face the music now."
He nodded in yes and both crept out of the bar stumbling onto each step.
[TIME PASSES]
CAMILLA POV:
The main door banged I thought someone barged in but how was that possible despite of high security.
I turned over to see Ed but he wasn't there.
"Where'd he go ?"
The first thing clicked into my mind was that perhaps he was downstairs.
But then that 'someone' broke something which caused me to jump in my place.
"Who could it be at this hour ?"
Whispering to myself I crept out of my bed slowly. Gripped on my night gown tightly I took small steps towards the staircase.
At the end of the lobby I saw....
I held the broom tightly and carefully with pin drop silence walked down towards the lounge.
Everything was calm n normal but then I saw the vase broken into thousands of pieces in the lobby which led towards the main door of the house.
I was still wondering & was in the middle of processing the information when heard some voices.
Two different but familiar voices !

No you tell her it was you who started
Oh no I'm not, you're also my partner
I just supported you to have my love back
Oh yeah that's what I did to have my daughter back
Daughter !
She was the lioness you created. It was me who saved the woman within her.
Whatever.
But still I'm not explaining it to her.
I knew whatsoever they're talking or I'd say quarrelling.
I barged into the lounge and raised my voice with expressing fake anger. Which stunned both men.
"What's there to explain me ? And why you both are fighting in the middle of night ?"
They both kept quiet and blank they stared at each other. I knew they weren't expecting me to be there.
"Tell me ?"
It was Eduardo to speak first in hesitating tone.
"My love actually it's...it's nothing we just went out and drank a little."
With childish expressions he held his fingers to show me how little he drank. But his swaying body was showing everything.
"Okey. Is that it ?"
I raised my brow.
"No it isn't sweety."
Father added.
"What's more ?"
I was still standing folding my arms. When he reached me and dragged towards the couch.
"Actually we both want to tell you something.
Right Ed ?
He glanced back at him.
"What is it ? Tell me what are you both hiding ?"
Ed came and sat down on the floor while father held my hand and sighed deeply.
"Camilla sweetheart actually we.....we've lied to you. A little lie."
Dad started in a serious tone. Which made me giggle in heart. It was fun to listen from two drunk men.
"What kinda lie ?"
But I sounded stern & angry.
"Actually it all started on the day we met Camilla. Your father's heart attack and the.....how we met it was all planned."
Eduardo carried it further. They both were speaking and sounding guilty. Somehow I pitied both but it wasn't the time to fell soft.
"What ?
But why ?"
I faked to be shocked.
"Honey you want to marry that billionaire Eduardo Diego ? You're already married to him."
Father took the chat to the main point.
"What are you talking about dad ? How's that possible ? "
"This man here..."
He patted on Ed' shoulder. And then faced me with serious expressions. Though both men were drunk and were speaking truth they were serious about every single word they uttered.
"Here.....is your husband and that billionaire. He's no ordinary guy honey. He's Eduardo Diego, your perfect match !"
I glanced at Ed who was waiting for my answer. But at that time I wanted some answers too.
"What !
But why you both hid this from me ?"
"Sweetheart actually I'm the one to blame. It was me who planned this n we both know we've hurt you a lot. Even being your father I've hurt you since childhood."
Tears began to pool into his eyes.
"I knew you loved him since childhood. Remember that blue diary you used to write accidentally I read that one day n came to know about this. But believe me honey I didn't want you to suffer in love. That's why I met this young man after your school n requested him to...I know I was the one who separated you both. But__as a father honey you were my only child how'd I let you be in pain. You were my only successor. And were in pain I've seen it in your eyes. Though you placed a strong guard around your feelings but I felt it. I wanted you to be with him again so arranged that marriage but you rejected that proposal. I knew you're hurt but I was aware that you still loved him. To bring you two close I faked that attack & planned your meet up with him."
He stopped speaking and tears began to puddle in my eyes. My father knew all along and moreover he's the one who asked Eduardo to leave me. This was too hurtful.
After listening to his narration I wanted to hear the other side too.
"I'm sorry honey I know we both have hurt you very much. It's normal for you to be angry at us. But I swear Camilla I did all that because your father requested me but swearing to God I loved you since childhood. Everything you saw at that time was just to repell you. To keep you away from me as your father wanted me to do. Nothing was truth I only loved you & never cheated. And then I was happy when my father told me about your proposal that finally I was about to marry my love but you rejected. Mr Hudson personally visited me again to bring his daughter back to him. I knew you hated me alot n won't stand me but I really wanted to have you back so hid my identity. I'm sorry Camilla. I'm really sorry. I love you dearly."
Eduardo finished.
The both men were ashamed of what they did. But .....
It wasn't their fault. No one of then was at wrong. They both did everything for my happiness which unfortunately caused me pain. I loved them both. My sudden instincts forgave them. And I wiped my tears off whispering merrily.
"I LOVE YOU BOTH."
And they both hugged me immediately. I adored them both despite of what they did. I was still overwhelmed by emotions when heard their snoring !
They both dozed off on the couch !
I stood up and kissed them both on forehead. Glanced back at them, smiled and walked upstairs towards my room.
Though I forgave them I still wanted to tease them a little. With a light heart I closed my eyes and soon was visiting the dream valley, dancing n laughing.
