Chapitre 72: Calvis the God of War (part 2)

Calvis deciding it was time to take the initiative locked down space by destroying any overlapping dimensions in the area. Calvis injected a quadrat of pure Chaotic energy into the space that surrounded him. With a thought pure red energy released from him causing some of the Vahkir peasants 100,000 of miles away to die outright. Calvis managed to destroy the dimensional pocket space within his vicinity, causing Parthians that had hidden from the destruction of their planet to fall into space and be killed by the same eruption of Chaotic force.

Calvis knew that making sure his opponents would not leave was necessary but still felt sad for all the beings that had died in those pocket dimensional space the Parthians had kept them. Calvis predicted that they were likely in the millions.

Calvis looked at his opponents and realized that he was outnumbered 1 to 50,000, but they were far outmatched. Calvis wasn't aware of how powerful some of his attacks had become but did not neglect to shield the Garde and Jake from his chaotic burst. Hendric looked at Calvis and thanked him telepathically before flying to his side.

Meanwhile, in the chariot, internal conflict had already started. It was not difficult for the Vahkir Minor noble named Jalile to hear the telepathic communications of the Parthians soldiers say that they were dimensionally locked. It was hard to ignore it because it was like 50,000 voice screaming all at the same time.

Cutting off telepathic communications, he looked at his information officer and asked what the casualties were. "Lord Vahkir, there have been over 500 deaths reported with people that lost control of the creative energy in their surroundings and had their heads exploded. Over a thousand have been injured by sudden bursts of Chaotic energy released by the winged Parthian." To troubled by the loss of their troops Jalile forgot to make the communications officer call him Sir Vahkir his father, after all, was Lord Vahkir

Jalile looked at the man name Kallor of the Ibex family. Jalile was beyond angry when he first received the news of the Capital world sudden implosion he had believed impossible. Their Capital world that they had held for millions of interstellar years had been destroyed in seconds apparent by a winged Parthian. Jalile mobilized his troops and told his men while preparing his war chariot while reviewing the telepathically sent messages the Parthians that had escaped the cataclysm.

Jalile did not have to look long to realize that the son of his hated rival was the one that had destroyed his world. Jalile was more than a little confused by the result he had found. Lord Ibex's son was of a minor nobility bloodline just like his father how could he possibly destroy a God World. God Worlds are called that for a reason.

God Worlds were creative energy reinforced structures. They were things meant to last for all time. With their shielding, artificially controlled climate, and geological activity strictly regulated, the God Worlds are a paradise. Even when they were damaged, they could regenerate in as short as an interstellar year because they were impossible to destroy unless you destroyed every single piece all at once it was hard to even for Major nobility to destroy such worlds.

Jalile saw the effect Calvis had on his troops. He knew he was dealing with someone that had a very pure Major Nobility bloodline at the very least. Jalile angrily shouted at Kallor, "Why didn't you tell me Major nobility was already in your family. You enlisted our help to take over your family because you believed that your bloodline would be better suited to the throne. You even got some of your wife's family to help your child inherit the title of Lord Ibex."

Kallor looked impassive his deep voice had a hint of anger in it, "What are you getting so scared about the battle has barely begun and we outnumber him by the thousands. My Nephew Calvis was always a sweet boy, but if he is willing to destroy a planet all in the name of my cruel brother, then he is no better than him." Kallor knew that if he wanted things done that he had to do them himself.

Kallor was a man of few words. When he did speak, he always followed it up with action. Kallor using his creative energy to pass through the dome shield that surrounded to Chariot and flew into space. Kallor had come prepared. When he had enlisted his parent's inlaw help, they had gifted him with a cavorite battle armor set and Channel blade. Kallor summoned his Cavorite armor above his clothes, instantly giving him a golden gleam. A two-edged sword appeared on his back. It had a serrated edge along with a split down the middle of the blade where creative energy could project.

Kallor did not know what had happened to Calvis, but he was sure that his armor and weapons could make up the difference between him and a major Nobel. Kallor cried out telepathically, which woke the Vahkir peasants from their stupor. Kallor's voice seemed to howl telepathically in every peasant's head, 'Are you the scourge of Vahkir scared of a boy Parthian just out of his diapers. Follow me and kill our enemy.'

The peasants had always been called the scourge in Vahkir space after they joined the military. Listening to the man yell reminded them of their duty and his Cavorite incrusted armor gave them confidence. This made the Peasants who had been prepared to run decided to stand steadfast and ready for battle.

Jalile was annoyed at his men following his enemy family instead of him. Still, he did not have the cavorite armor or Channel weapon that Kallor did and so remained in his Chariot, believing he was hidden from view.

Calvis decided to begin his attack and flew in the direction of the Vahkir troops until he was his Uncle clad in golden Cavorite armor rallying his army to fight Calvis. Calvis still angry at his uncle's betrayal after seeing him so blatantly show himself shouted at the top of his lungs once again, "I will kill you, Uncle Kallor, for your betrayal!"

Calvis doubled his speed leaving the Parthian Garde behind, and the Vahkir peasant forces began to rush at him to adding to importance to their presence by enshrouding themselves in their aura. Peasant troops crowded him as he made it into their vicinity only for a slaughter to occur. Calvis began the battle with a whip he created, saving his new Channel blade for now. Calvis formed a whip that was made from pure chaotic energy and was able to bypass the shields conjured for themselves.

Calvis knew that the only full-proof way to kill a Parthian was to take their head and so he began to behead ten peasants at a time using a single whip strike. Over 100 soldiers died fight Calvis before a second passed. While calvis was engaging the bulk of the forces, Jake and the Garde had made it to the battlefield letting free spears made of creation and waves of pure creative energy. While the Peasants were thining, Kallor floated behind his troops waiting for Calvis to attack him.

Calvis was stalled for a time by the sheer number of peasants attacking him. He was beginning to get annoyed when he was about to kill a peasant soldier with red eyes and was hit with a thousand different energy blasts at the same time. It was tough fighting 50,000 god-like beings at the same time. Realizing his flow had been interrupted, Calvis put up a shield to protect him from the thousands of attacks heading for him.

The shield easily held those attacks back, but just as Calvis let down his guard to release a burst of energy to give himself some space, a stray attack managed to leave a cut on his right wing similar to a paper cut.

Calvis eyes became a very vibrant red after seeing his golden ichor drip out. He released his frustration in a burst through his wings so powerful it took out over 10 thousand Parthians making their forms evaporate into nothingness. The blast also managed to displace over forty-thousand Parthians thirty thousand miles away from him. The wave of Calvis energy passed over everyone on the battlefield, including the Garde and Jake, who were caught somewhat unprepared.

Calvis notice Kallor's form shortly after because he was the only one that had remained unaffected. Calvis reached out with a copper construct he had created toward Kallor's shape, but to his surprise, Kallor reached behind his back and used his double-edged sword to cut through the construct. Calvis had not put much energy into the construct, but it should have been enough for his uncle, who was only a minor noble.

Calvis and his uncle stood opposite each other while the battle still raged on around them. Calvis opened up a mental channel to his uncle, who accepted the connection. Calvis knew that psychic warfare was how Parthians managed to kill each other outside of the battlefield and so set restrictions on the channel, separating it from his consciousness. Calvis demanded an answer from his uncle, " Uncle why have you rebelled"

Kallor looked at his nephew with an impassive expression, but inside, he was filled with emotional turmoil, 'you dare ask that after what you and your father have done.'

'what do you mean...'

Calvis did not manage to finish before the psychic connection broke, and his uncle attacked at the same time.

Calvis knew that this couldn't be resolved peacefully became serious, taking out his Channel weapon and surprising his uncle with an attack that came too fast for him to react. Calvis knew he outmatched his uncle by a lot and so decided to end the battle quickly. Calvis's attack arrived instantly, but instead of vaporizing his uncle as he expected, it just shot him in the direction of this solar system's sun.

Calvis was surprised by the density of Cavorite armor, but what he didn't realize was that even with armor protecting him, his Uncle was out cold.

Calvis moved at the speed of light to catch his uncle before he fell into the sun. Calvis reached out, and this time caught his uncle with a hand construct. Calvis brought his uncle's body to himself. Calvis was told his uncle rebelled because his uncle had a son of a superior bloodline, but Calvis could tell there was something more to this story and so he reached out to touch and touched his uncle.

What Calvis found seemed to make his eyes age a million intergalactic years.
