Chapitre 63: Time
Calvis still floating curled in his wings had just had an epiphany. It had already been three interstellar years (100 years) since the beginning of his meditation, and yet he remained unchanged. Calvis had been pondering the mysterious connection between Chaos and order he had found in himself, and he realized what the relationship was it was time. Time would turn any situation from chaos to order and to chaos back again.
With this realization, Calvis seemed to awaken his blood-red eyes seemed to shine with a depth absent before. Calvis's wings unfurled, and he tucked them behind his back, changing their size to become smaller. Calvis realized it was time to go. Calling to his blood, Jake appeared before him.
Jake took up a subservient pose that would have shocked the Xuhan that had come to call him Ancestor over the years. When Thomas had first become king, the Xuhan had still been somewhat hesitant, and so Jake had shown his true form and demonstrated his power. The Xuhan people were not stupid; they would not do something that would lead to their deaths, and so many decided to accept their new religion fully.
Jake was treated like a god for three interstellar years. Now he bowed like a servant before his master.
"Jake, it's time for me to begin my conquest. You know your jobs as I begin my conquest right. You, along with Talsia, will manage my conquests."
Jake knew what he must do. Calvis was powerful, but he had no interest in ruling, which is why he had decided to make a pantheon in the first place. He would need god-like beings to manage his galaxy for him.
Jake had prepared for the long trip he no longer had any emotional attachments to this Technoworld and was ready to set out on a new adventure. When his friends from his old life recognized him, they cut all ties with him even Tuja his unrequited love seemed to be scared of him now.
Calvis sent out Talsia from his dimensional space that once again had grown significantly. Talisa greeted Jake with a nod of her head before she too bowed before Calvis.
Calvis closed his eyes and then said in a neutral tone, "before we leave to conquer this Galaxy, we have to do two things. Find out where the Emerit race of this Galaxy is, and I have to return home to check on my father perhaps he will spare some troops for my conquest. Jake you will come with me to see father and Talsia you will investigate this Galaxy for this hidden Emerit race."
Calvis then disappeared along with Jake and Talsia went shortly after.
Tailor sat on his thrown, looking at this scene with the Planetary defense system. He had a neutral expression, but some excitement seemed to show on his face.
