Chapitre 5: Translator?
"Hmm.. First stop, considering how much money I left.... ugghhh it's impossible to even mention having hair treatment and buy make up"
Suddenly Julia missed her make up collections in her past life.
She slumped onto her bed as she was already back in her humble apartment...
She looked at the wall clock and noticed it was already 5:00 PM.
Earlier on she looked around her apartment to look for something valuable but she found not thing...only:
1. Dull clothes
2. Daily necessities
3. Cooking ingredients
4. Notebooks, papers, pens and books
And nothing more... she didn't even have a laptop or a tv... just a phone.
Really... what a minimalist.
Now back to the present....
Right now, Julia is busy typing nonstop on her phone.
As what she is doing you ask?
Well, because she's kinda broke right now, she is translating some manuscripts online.
Good thing in her past life, because she was addicted to romance series like romance animes, korean dramas, chinese dramas, thai dramas, and of course american romance series, she got interested in their languages so she knew japanese, chinese and korean well. Although a little bit sad when she transmigrated here, she was still learning thai.
In summary, she became a translator as this was the most fastest job she could ever find considering her situation right now.
'But, oh well, at least learning those languages helped me earn money now' she thought to herself while taking a break after translating half of the chinese book .
"Let's see... the author is thankful and oh! He wants to transfer the money tomorrow as a result of my hard work. Oh! Ain't that talent, my dear?"
What a confident woman!
But really, thanks to this hobby/interest of Julia in her past life, it was put into use now somehow and it saved her from hunger and living off in the streets.
She really is one heck of a woman.
After finishing a bottle of water Julia cracked her fingers - one habit that she can't seem to shake off still.
"Now then, let's get back translating."
She resumed translating the whole evening up to 2:00 in the morning.
She finally got some sleep probably around 2:30 AM
Really, can't sure if I can call her a worrisome or perilous woman?
