Seeing Avery stop, all turned to him.
Avery realized it gave the wrong meaning, "No, no, no... June isn't pregnant. Our relationship never went to that stage as Mum didn't know about us. I meant to say we started dating. I promise, other than kissing I didn't do anything."
Avery didn't want his mother to misunderstand him who trusts him wholeheartedly so he told off and bit his tongue instantly.
Sky and others didn't want to laugh during the serious discussion but they didn't give a face to Avery and June as they laughed continuously.
Avery whined, "Mum" while June covered her face in shyness. She was still scared of how Jai would react for hiding from him.
Sky turned to Jai, "Brother Jai, now tell me, who is best? Me or your daughter."
Whenever she asked Jai in the past years, it was always Sky.
All were speechless but Jai replied seriously, "Little sister, you are best among all these. Let's go on a drive. I can't sit here anymore."
