Chapitre 11: #10 Beast awakened
------TIME SKIP, 1 YEAR------
For this past year Ren with fire in his eyes trained like never before, he was searching for all strong Danger beasts he could fight with so he could get used to his strength and abilities. All day and night he was fighting and meditating.
His training and hunting paid off...his control over Wind already break through to Expert level and his Water control was on border between Expert and Master but he needed final push to break through. Ren wasn't discouraged because he knew he needed some fateful encounter.
Today was 3 weeks before actual canon and Ren decided to go even deeper to forest than before. Only reason for his actions was that he already exterminated all Danger beasts all nearby his base.
As always he sent Shadow to scout region and find some suitable opponents, but he still didn't know that soon he would regret this decision.
After waiting for Shadow around 2 hours, Ren and Shell started to worry.
'He never took more than hour to scout region' Shell slowly started to panic. Although Shadow and Shell liked to quarrel a lot, they still were great friends.
Ren didn't say anything and simply waited for Shadow to return. After another 30 minutes bloody figure of bird fell near him and passed out.
'Shadow!!!' Shell immediately run to him and started slowly treating his injuries
Ren was looking all cool with emotionless face while staring into direction from where Shadow came. If someone saw Ren they would think that Shadow was total stranger to Ren and not partner he was with for 8 years. But Shell could feel his emotions.
'Go back to base and heal him' Ren said calmly but he started to unconsciously release enormous amount of killing intent. Every Danger beast under Class 1 pissed themselves and those at Class 1 avoided his location. Shell herself was surprised and immediately did as she was told, she didn't have courage to argue with this Ren.
'Someone awakened real beast. Although you harmed my friend I will still pray for your well being, you will need it.' Shell thought to herself and left while carrying Shadow on her back
After Shell left Ren started to walk towards direction Shadow came from. After walking around 1 hour he arrived near cave where he left dangerous presence. He instantly released his killing intent and soon enough enraged High-Special Class beast came from cave. It was extremely long snake.
"So it was you huh?" Ren mumbled
Snake didn't wait for Ren's first move and immediately attacked him with it's tail in super fast speed. Ren didn't expect it to have such speed and was caught off guard. He didn't have time to evade blow so he coated his saber with water energy and tried to parry blow. Unfortunately this blow wasn't of rough power but all speed, therefore he flew away and only after hitting through 5 trees he stopped. He almost instantly got up and mumbled to himself "I WILL KILL YOU, I WILL SLAUGHTER YOU, I WILL MAKE MINCEMEAT OUT OF YOU". The killing intent he was releasing immediately increased but no one knows reason, perhaps because Shadow was toyed with by this beast's speed or maybe because Ren himself was injured by this beast. One thing was certain if someone saw Ren's appearance they would rather cross paths with grim reaper than Ren.
Ren started sending Wind blades out of his saber but was only able to make few scratches on it's scales. He was once again attacked by it's tail but now he was prepared and activated slowed time, now it was easier for his eyes to follow it's movement and avoided attack while trying to attack it with saber coated in Death energy but was only able to make shallow wound.
After few exchanges both were wounded and bled a lot except Ren he could stop his blood from coming out and his wounds were being slowly healed. Unfortunately Ren now couldn't use his left hand because of acid Snake spit when he was in careless moment. Both of them were getting tired but Ren's hatred burned even more so he didn't feel any pain or fatigue.
Snake was slowly retreating and tried to escape since it saw that this fight was only getting it injured while second party was slowly healing. But how could Ren just watch it retreat? He created his Eternal mist and threw few Death spears at it's eyes and also few in random to predict it's movement. Snake couldn't see anything but still could feel danger and immediately avoided spears aimed at it but it didn't expect Ren to throw few spears in random direction and caught 3 spears in it's body and 1 in the eye.
"*Roar*" It started roaring in pain and it didn't pay mind to anything else but it's escape. Of course Ren wouldn't let it escape and started attacking. In the end he focused on 1 place on it's neck and bombarded it with attacks coated in Death energy and cut off it's head.
*heavy breathing* "Finally...*panting* killed it"
Ren threw last look at Snake's dead body that by now looked like hedgehog and slowly crawled back to his base. Due to him having few broken bones and damaged organs that needed rest, it took him 3 hours of avoiding any Danger beasts before he came back.
Shell was treating Shadow's injuries for few hours and started to get worried about Ren. She knew that he was strong but anything could happen. Just when she was thinking of her next moves she noticed a bloody human figure walking towards her and Shadow.
'Oh my god is that you Ren? Are you ok?' Shell asked worriedly
'I am fine, just need little rest' Ren responded and saw that Shadow didn't bleed anymore so he decided to just lay down and started to think about that feeling when he saw injured Shadow 'What was that?'
Next day when Shadow regained consciousness he immediately asked Ren about his injuries.
'Nothing happened' Ren coldly answered
'Oh, why not say that you went on rampage when you saw Shadow' Shell slyly said
'....' Ren didn't say anything and played it cool but he unconsciously blushed a little, unfortunately no one saw it or their jaw would drop to the ground.
Shadow on other side didn't say anything too but he felt warm inside.
After 3 weeks Shadow and Ren were completely healed and Ren was preparing for his journey to Capital since today is day Tatsumi, Leyasu and Sayo leave their village for Capital.
Ren was wearing his white robe that went well with his hair and made him even more handsome. He was already 15 years old and tall with refined body. Belt was attached to his waist with numerous daggers. He was ready to go.
On the road he was thinking if he should save Leyasu and Sayo but he threw that thought away. He didn't have to plan everything and could just improvise.
After few days he arrived to Capital.

aadw I tried to make EPIC fight but I am not really well versed in this so I hope you will find it to be good at least.
I myself think that it is not bad for my first try.
QUESTION:
1. Should Ren save Leyasu and Sayo?
2. Save just 1 so Tatsumi and X have bigger hatred towards Empire.
3. Save both but after torture.
