Jason's day began the same as usual, but he was waiting for a call from Clara, as he expected she is a tough woman, even though he is in her mind she still can keep him off the bay.

He said and got out of the house and decided to ride towards the hideout to continue his last game.

Jason doesn't have much to plan to expect his trip to another continent, he needs to talk to Derry about this, he needs an international passport.

The Passport he has can only let him travel around South Cobia, he didn't think much about it before but now he needs to concur the world and he needs a better one.

He soon arrives at the hideout and finds Derry smiling at his phone.

'He is at it again'

Jason thinks and approaches him.

"Brother, you are here?"

Derry seems worried.

Jason, before he leaves South Cobia he has to finish a few of his business and one month is what he might need or fewer.

"Get the tickets for the next month, I have to finish my business here in Freyton before I leave"

Derry said and continued.

Jason nodded and sat down on his chair and launched the game.

He started to play his game when he suddenly received a call.

"Fuck, now who could it be?"

He asked and took out his phone and saw the number on it.

"Oh looks like my partner just called, looks like the gift has been prepared"

Jason said and picked up the call.

"Hello partner, so why do I owe this call from you?"

Jason asked.

"Well, how can I let my precious partner wait, I have arranged for the mana stones, I just need you to tell a place where the exchange will be done, then I will tell you the date and time of the exchange"

"I like this, the faster the better, the exchange, hmm, let's do it on the north-east of Freyton, I will send the exact coordinates to you"

"I see, so who is going to pick up the stones? will you come or will you sent one of your men again"

"Darling you know I won't come but I can make a deal, if you come I will come as well, we will meet each other and have dinner and talk about the future"

Jason said and chuckled as well.

The talk ended and Jason smiled, he wanted to meet this woman because he could tell she is unique and with their partnership on their hand, he would like to her and firm his deal, one thing Jason knows is that no matter what he does he needs someone to rely on and it has to be a supernatural being, someone who holds power.

Jason knows his partner holds power as she has someone like Charles under her.

"Brother, are you really going to meet this woman?"

"If she decides to come then of course, sometimes you have to take risk Derry, even though I might not trust her, I have to start somewhere, let her build her trust in me and I would do the same for her, from what I can tell she is a cunning woman and would expect the same thing she is giving to me, no matter what it is"

"Sometimes I really don't understand you"

Derry sighs.

"When have to ever understood what I am doing?"

Jason laughs and asks.

"Indeed, you are an anomaly"

Derry said and laughed as well.

Chapitre 154: New Lover

"Well this went well, now its time for Clara to break the silence as well, she should be breaking by now"

Jason said and continued playing but before he could log in he reived another call, he looked at his phone to see who this caller is and to his surprise it is Clara.

"Sooner than expected but at least she called, let's see what she has to say"

He said and picked up the call.

"We need to meet"

"When?"

"Today, pick me up"

He gets out of his seat and walks out of the server room/the basement, as he walks out he looks at a few of his minions and beckoned them.

"You lot come here"

His minions turned around and rushed towards him.

"Arrange a dinner table for two at a grand five-star restaurant tonight"

"We will look into it boss"

They said and dispatched, they do their work quickly so that they won't disappoint their boss.

Time passed and it was about time for Jason to pick up Clara from her house, he got into the black sports car of Derry and rode towards Clara's mansion.

Once he arrived there he already saw Clara waiting outside, seeing her wearing a black dress made her look very ravishing.

Jason said and got out of his car, Clara walked towards him and took his hand.

They got the table on the highest floor of the restaurant, they eat, talked laughed, flirted, just like a couple would do.

Jason asked.

"I never liked him, he is just a pig I was forced to marry, I regret ever listening to my brother"

"Why did your brother agreed to this marriage"

"Ofcrouse for power, he didn't want to lose his position, my husband's father held a lot of power and he could easily rival my brother's position, so he decided to marry me to his family and stop that old man, luckily he died and my husband cannot control me without his father"

"So why didn't you divorce him?"
