Chapitre 148: Dinner Date

Jason didn't have to wait long because his target arrived alone, she is wearing a white short pant and a pink top with long sleeves, and her red hair is tied up in a ponytail.

Jason's eyes go over her whole body and he nods.

'That Clark is really the unluckiest man I have ever met, he has such a beautiful wife, but he can't even make love to her, poor guy'

Jason sighed and walked towards the area where Clara mostly plays.

His minions have kept an eye on her 24/7 to know her every habit.

Jason started to swing his club around and waited for Clara to come by, as she came to the area where Jason is playing, she looked around and saw Jason, she looked at him for few seconds and started to set up her shot.

Suddenly she heard a crisp shot, she looked up as saw a golf ball flying through the air and landed very close to the hole.

"Shit, I missed"

Jason said.

"Nice shot"

Clara said and smiled, she was impressed by how straight the ball went, she was impressed by Jason's skills.

"Well thank you"

Jason said and stood by the said and let her take a shot then.

Clara did a few test swings and then hit the ball and sent it flying, surprisingly her ball landed right, next to Jason's ball.

"Oh, that's a really big coincidence"

Jason said with a smirk.

"So you are saying my shot was a fluke?"

Clara said with a little annoying voice.

"Wait, I didn't say that, I meant what's the chance of our balls being right next to each other"

Jason said.

"You can see that far? Are you sure?"

Clara asked as she is surprised, she knows that her shot is very close to Jason's but what Jason saying is their shot is right next to each other.

"Of course, why don't we go and check it"

Jason smiled and walked towards his ball, Clara followed behind him and they soon appeared in front of their ball and to Clara's surprise, it is as Jason said, their balls are next to each other.

"Oh my god, you did tell the truth"

Clara exclaimed.

"Of course, why would I lie to such a beautiful lady"

Jason said and smiled.

Soon they started playing along, it is going as Jason had planned, he is able to grab Clara's attention by playing her favorite game with her.

Now its time for the next move.

"What do you say, Miss Clara, let's have a competition"

Jason said and smiled.

"Interesting, what is the consequence of losing this so-called competition of ours?"

She asked.

"If I will, you will be the host of our dinner, and if I lose I will do the exact same"

Jason said and smiled.

"Hehe, I knew I can't trust men, but Mr. Jason you seem different so I agree to your request, but when you lose don't back away from your words because I like to spend a lot for my dinner"

Clara said and giggled.

Jason never went all out during his time with Clara, because he waited for this moment, he could easily get a hole in one for every shot he takes but he didn't, he didn't want to show off too much or it would be very clear to Clara that Jason is trying to impress her.

As she is a married woman she might block him, and Jason whole fun and play will be over.

Soon their little competition started and Jason won every round which caused Clara to get a little frustrated and she looked at Jason with annoyed eyes.

"Looks like I won Miss Clara, you owe me a dinner tonight"

"You cheated?"

"How did I cheat?"

"Of course, you didn't tell me you were this good at Golf, so you could trap me in this stupid bet of yours"

Clara said.

"Well, to be honest, I did as you said, but who would want to miss having a lovely dinner with such a fine lady, if you want I can be the host for tonight's dinner"

Jason said and bowed a little.

"You don't need to, I promised so I will be the host, you just have to pick me up and chose the place to eat"

Clara said and walked away with her golf kit.

"Wait, Miss Clara, I need your number and address or I won't be able to call or pick you up"

Jason said and smiled

Clara got embarrassed a little and turned around and gave Jason her number and the address which he already knew but he still needed to ask as it would be creepy to appear in front of her house even though she didn't give him her address.

"Bye Miss Clara, I hope our dinner date will be great"

Jason said.

"It's not a date, its just a formal dinner between us two"

Clara said.

"As you wish, Miss Clara"

Jason said and walked away, leaving Clara behind all alone.

Clara looked at Jason's back as her heart seems to be pounding a little faster than usual.

"What is happening to me, calm down Clara, he is just a friend I made today and we are just having a friendly dinner"

Clara said to herself and walked away as well as she needs to get dressed properly for their dinner.

Chapitre 149: Date Night

Clara returned back to her mansion and headed to her room, she is really surprised by her actions today, she won't ever talk to a stranger and even if she did she won't get friendly with them, but with Jason she felt different, she felt attracted to him but she is a strong woman so she didn't show it on her face.

Not only she made acquaintance to Jason but also agreed to have dinner with him, even though she specified its not a date, she knows its a date, because two complete strangers who just met a few hours ago will be having dinner together, it's not what new friends of the opposite gender do.

"Clara, calm down, he is handsome and very sexy but I have to maintain my presence and not fall back"

Clara said to herself as he looked at the mirror and looked at her figure.

'Hope he likes me'

A thought came out of nowhere in her mind.

"Why am I even thinking that? its just a normal first date, that's it"

She said and opened her closet to see what dress she should wear, she looked at her expensive branded clothes one after the other till she found the one.

A red long pencil dress with a side cut, that reveals one leg, Clara looked at the dress for a while and pictured her wearing it standing next to Jason.

'God, he is stuck in my brain, well he is someone that is hard to forget, what should I wear with this?'

She soon started to go through her ornaments and jewelry.

While Clara is busy getting ready, Jason also has to get ready, he cannot just go pick her up with what he is wearing or it would look like he is not interested in her at all.

Luckily his goons have already prepared everything he needs, from branded suits to shoes, they got all covered.

Jason now just has to choose what he should wear.

He has few of Derry's cars parked in the garage, he had asked Derry to leave the keys behind, Derry didn't mind because he has tons of expensive cars with him.

Jason soon picked an all-black dress as black always appealed to him the most.

After getting ready, he got into a matt black super car (Like a Ford GT 2019 model) and drove off for a ride across the city to get a feeling of this car he is driving, he likes the black color but its still too flash for him.

But he has to ride it today because he doesn't have his own car because it was destroyed by Victor who is now dead.

He was impressed by this car, it is much better than the one he is riding for these few days.

Riding this car grabbed many people's attention which Jason didn't expect.

'Why are they looking at me like that?'

He thought and then he realized that they are not looking at him but his car.

'Is this car rare or something, that I don't know about?'

He thought and messaged Derry to ask about the car and as he suspected he is driving a limited edition car and there are only 1000 of these cars around the world.

'That fucking idiot, form where did he get this car?'

He thought and continued his way towards Clara's mansion as it is about time for him to pick her up, his goons have already booked a table for them at an expensive 5-star restaurant.

Its 7 PM and Jason has arrived right outside Clark's and Clara's mansion.

'That fat idiot's father really left a huge fortune behind for him, too bad he doesn't even know his wife will be with me while he is busy at the police station'

Jason though and parked the car in front of the mansion gate, he looked around and saw there are two guards outside the gate.

Seeing this very expensive car the two guards looked at each other, they knew it is one of their madam's guest as their master is a useless fool who cannot have a connection like this.

Jason got out of the car and looked at the two guards and took out two 100 Gs bills and gave it to them.

"Go and call Clara, tell her Jason has come to get her"

The guards took the money happily and nodded respectfully at Jason and one of them walked in to inform Clara.

Jason waited outside for a while and soon his wait is over as he saw a beautiful woman with red hair and red long dress walked towards him, her right leg could be seen outside her dress as her hips swung left and right, the tight-fitting of her dress displayed her beautiful and attractive figure.

She wore very little makeup but she still looked beautiful, her red lips has a small smiled plastered on them as she looks at her handsome date.

She wore matching jewelry that went well with her red dress.

She stood in front of Jason and allowed him to get a good look at her.

"Wow, you are stunning"

Jason said and went for a hug since its just a hug Clara didn't mind and hugged him.

As she did she felt a little hot and she blushed a little.

Jason smiled and opened the car's door for her.

Seeing the car she is surprised but she didn't ask much and took his hand and went into the car, Jason then went to the other side and sat down and closed the door.

"Are you comfortable?"

He asked

"Yes very much"

Clara answered and smiled.

"Then let's go"

Jason said and started the engine and rode off.
