"You're still alive?!" I cried out of surprised. Good thing I was mute
"Uhhh.. Strong one spare me! If I die now, my Siblings will.. They'll be very sad!" said so by the Dragon pleadimg for his life. What do you think? I asks.
'Its for you to decide' She said. Yup, who I ask was this Goddess. From the looks of it. This Goddess is an abnormal Goddess.
'Meannie'. yup I mean it. I mean, do Gods didnt work? arent they watching over people of this world?. 'Yes and No, it was my job to watch over you. As for others, thats confidential'. Again, with her selfish remarks.
That aside..
"Im not the kind who killed without any reason so go! But remember, once you guys(dragons) harmed one of my beloved, I'll annihilate you all!" I said with a little bit of wrath. Only a little bit okay?
"I'm sorry.. Then, I as one of a Dragon King is true to my word. I and We didnt bring harm to your beloved!...eh?" As the dragon said, his body returned to its original state in a flash. He did something but failed so he confused for a second there.
"Pfff! Hahaha, sorry, I mean, I dont have 'blood'."
"So thats why I couldnt read your memory! and my Oath... Ehem.. Strong one.. What is your name?"
"Fortune" I replied.
"Sir Fortune, thanks for not killing me. My oath is already activated. Though it became 'One sided' oath in the end."
*Wings Flapping*
"I'll tell Sir Fortune's greatness to others! Goodbye and Thank you again.." He said so like an excuse to flee for his life and disappear out of my sight.
Then, my 'other' puppet came with full of energy. I mean with my magic property. I made it came here if by chance I cant win against that Dragon but.. Did I underestimated myself? or I overrate that dragon?
'fufufu' She laugh again as if what I said was all joke. Oh well..
Minutes later, Hiiro, Eiyuu and Ysfrid came. I already absorbed my other puppet's magical property that time and created another Core and put it inside me, like a heart. For now I won't consume what's inside of this.
"Master's aura changed just like an old days!"
"A warmth aura of our master. I missed it!"
"So mighty"
As Hiiro, Eiyuu and Ysfrid exclaimed after they sensed my aura.
Okay? This is creepy. Even this two, this is the first time they commented about my aura. I'll ask them later. For now, lets conceal it.
After that, they snapped out from their imagination, really, what is their problem.
"I forgot to ask that Dragon why he collaborate to attack us along with black clothed."
THUMP—
Before finishing my sentenced, Ysfrid threw something in front of me. I mean it was one of the black clothed.
"Thats why I was wondering why you want to annihilate them instead than to interrogate them. Good thing I—" before Yafrid finished his sentence
BOOOM—!
"I told you, to kill them all or else were doomed right?" I said as I shielded them during explosion. I too shielded myself. Maybe as a former human I defended because of instinct and defense mechanism? Even though I know it cant harm me even it exploded in pointblank I still defended.
"I...Im sorry" Ysfrid dejectedly said. As if he flip out he followed up "By the way... As I thought. You're wood type Sage right? Amazing!"
Pfft—
Hiiro and Eiyuu restrained themself from laugh.
"What?" Ysfrid said and followed up "I mean, magic user didnt just shoot out their own magic right?—". Like that he explained about magics for the current world. Really? I was amazed. Here's the what he said...
Of course as a people of this world, there's no job or class or what not such as 'Magician'. why? Because 'Magic Core' in short 'Mana', if you ask me is like a 'Bullet' which is being consumed everytime you shoot, in other term, mana are like stamina. High or Low, not anyone stupid enough to fire off their own magic right? thats why they instead imbued it to their weapon to preserve their 'mana'. If one was genius enough, he can distribute it to his own body. Though, one can regenerate mana. People here isnt some kind of cultivator which they can absorb natural energy just by sitting and concentrating, but instead mana will regenerate in a period of time or in a form of eating, especially beast meat, ofcourse an edible one. As for what I did? They called it 'Sage' and not magician. A supergenius are called Sage, who can change natural elements such as earth, wind, fire or water by imbuing their magic to said element and control and bend it.
Sage is what they called. Though it looks like you can learn it if you know the basics, it is not. Afterall, unlike some anime, manga, novel or other O.P characters, its not simple for the people of this world. But, If the one they called 'rejected Hero' have this knowledge and by chance he/she learned how to control it.. It was a disaster! this world is in peril.
Of course Sword knowledge are fundamental, even if you're a King, Peasant, Adventurer, a Sage or whatnot. It was necessary for the people of this world to fightback. Afterall, rules of the jungle apply to every world. And Beasts are everywhere.

After I learned it all, I can't utter a word. God. Why did you forsak— no wait, wrong monologue. I mean what is that memory you hammered through me?!
'What I showed you was the memories of past 'Mistletein'. She said. Then the world I just saw back then isnt what the current world?
'Many changes since then, but what you learned is all true' Again with only a hint. Did I called that Hint? or another kind of Puzzle to solve?
Now that I think about it. What happened to the past mistletein? I asks her.
—This time, we already move outside the dragon territory and now returning back to the nearest city—
'Mistletien, huh'. Thats it? I asks.
'Nope? Im still thinking if I have to tell you his story or not— nevermind' She said like she didnt want to tell it from the very start. Then I didnt even heard her voice after that. They really are Selfish. These Gods, I mean.
