You would question how a Kingdom with a flat monthly income could possibly afford to give free food to over 400 people? Well, let me clarify your confusion if there is any to be spoken off. Gaster Kingdom doesn't have a flat income anymore, they are in business.
Zar, the King of Pameres Kingdom struck a deal with the Zamerians all the way to another Continent! Hey that's a desperate move but where else would he try to negotiate a deal considering that Gaster Kingdom has no income and every other domain in Ignis wants to see King Zar and his domain crumble?
