Chapitre 25: Training and Incentive
After the test that Rias, Gohan and Azazel had made the others go through they had begun to make their way towards Rias's family home. While walking towards the massive structure, Azazel had let everyone know that he would see them later on for dinner and to let them all know what would be happening for the whole time they would be spent in the underworld.
As the group finally made it to Rias's home, the ones that had not seen their masters home before were in awe at the sheer size of the place, "HOLY CRAP!" Issei shouted much to the nods of Xenovia, Asia and Gasper who were in agreement to Issei's sudden outburst. Gohan chuckled to himself at the faces of his friends.
"Welcome everyone to the Gremory family home..." Everyone heard the recognizable voice and looked towards the giant doors in front of them to see the silver-haired beauty that was Grayfia. The group then began walking in and as Gohan passed Grayfia he gave her his usual family grin which caused the usual stoic maid to return a small smile. "Oh wow!" Asia spoke up this time as they all saw a line of butlers one side and a line of maids on the other. Gohan at the back was just smiling to butlers causing them to smile and do a slight bow in reply to him, Gohan also gave the maids a little wave with a smile too which caused them to curtsy and chuckle at the boy's antics.
As the group continued to follow Grayfia and Rias they were soon interrupted by a small red-haired boy running towards them all, "RIAS, RIAS… You're finally back, I've missed you so much!" The boy shouted as he ran straight to Rias and gave her a tight hug.
Rias smiled at the small boy latching onto her, "Wow Millicus, look at how much you have grown since I last saw you!" Gohan in the background smiled at the scene as he already knew just who this boy was.
Issei being the first one to ask out loud "Who's the kid?" Rias then turns to her peerage, "For those of you that don't know this is Millicus and he is my Nephew and is Sirzechs son" Rias then looked back at said boy, "Introduce yourself to everyone Millicus..." The young red-haired boy then let go of Rias and stood before the group, "It's nice to meet you, everyone, my name is Millicus Gremory. It's nice to finally meet you Issei, Asia, Xenovia and Gasper..."
As Millicus looked at each of them he suddenly noticed a particular spiky-haired person at the back of the group and couldn't contain his excitement, Millicus bolted past everyone and jumped up at Gohan, luckily Gohan knowing this might happen was prepared and caught the boy. "BIG BROTHER!" Millicus shouted in excitement as Rias, her peerage, Grayfia and all the maids and butlers covered their ears from the loud shriek. "Hey, Kiddo! You been a good boy for your Mum and Dad?" Gohan asked while slightly wishing he could have covered his own very sensitive ears but smiled all the same at seeing Millicus. Millicus finally releasing his grip around Gohan's neck looked at him, "Of course I have big brother" he replied assertively. "Are you sure..." Gohan smiled back and gives him a cheeky look that Millicus knew all too well, Gohan started tickling the boy all over causing him to giggle uncontrollably. Rias, her peerage along with Grayfia and the many butlers and maids all watched on each with a smile at the scene that was happening in front of them all. Gohan stopped the attack on the young devil and picked him and placed him on his shoulders much to Millicus pleasure, "Right kiddo, let's go!" Grayfia then got everyone's attention, "If you would all continue to follow me please"
With Millicus enjoying his ride on top of Gohan's shoulders they all followed Grayfia into a large room. Upon entering the room, Issei, Asia, Xenovia and Gasper see a beautiful young looking woman waiting for them, she had short flaxen hair and violet coloured eyes. "Wow she's...beautiful" Issei muttered out loud not realising that everyone had heard him. Rias along with those who knew who this woman was all chuckled at Issei's reaction. Rias then moved forward and turned to face her peerage, "Everyone I would like you to meet...my Mother" As soon as Rias had said that the beautiful young-looking woman in front of them all was her mother Issei, Asia, Xenovia all seem to drop their jaws in awe, "Seriously! This lady is your Mother… I thought it was your sister or something" Issei blurted out causing Rias's mother to chuckle at the boy.
"Hello everyone, my name is Venalena Gremory and yes Red Dragon Emperor I am indeed Rias's mother" Venalena laughed silently. At this point, Gohan had put down Millicus and the young boy had run over to his Grandmother and hugged her too. "It is nice to finally meet you Issei Hyoudou, I must say you were exceptional in the rating game between Rias and Riser Phoenix and I thank you for helping in rid my daughter of her burden due to others, Asia Argento, I have heard of your story from both my children and I am very glad that you are by Rias's side too. The same goes for you Xenovia Quarta you are both very welcome to come to me if you ever need to talk about something that is burdening you." All three of them were somewhat taken aback by the kind words they had received from Rias's mother so they just bowed and thanked the lady. Venalena then turned to the others, "It is always good to see you again Akeno, I'm so happy that my Rias always has you with her keeping her in check..." Akeno smiled and did her usual devilish chuckle, "It is always my pleasure Lady Gremory".
"Hello again Kiba, Koneko. I do hope Rias has been treating you well too." Venalena gave both of them a joint hug as she had come to see them as her own children due to her knowing all about the pairs hard pasts. "Yes as always Lady Gremory" Kiba answered after the hug and bowed slightly. "Yes she has fed me well too" Koneko coyly replied causing Venalena to smile at Koneko particular charm. Venalena then looked towards Gasper who was trying his best not to hide behind Koneko, "Ohhh Gasper, it is so good to know that you have finally joined Rias properly and come out of your hideout" she smiled to the boy and gently stroked the top of his head causing the small boy to relax more but stayed quiet.
Venalena then notices Gohan and immediately gives the young Saiyan a tight hug, "Gohan, It is so good to see you and thank you so much for helping Rias with everything!" Gohan smiled and returned the hug. "I do hope that she has been treating you well seeing as you are now together especially!" This caused both Rias and Gohan to slightly flush which didn't go unnoticed by Akeno who chuckled slightly at the pair. Unfortunately for both Gohan and Rias, the teasing didn't end there, "After all if you and Rias are to become Husband and Wife, she must treat you with all the love and respect..." "MOTHER!" Rias shouted causing the older lady to laugh at her daughter's innocence. Venalena noticed the others laughing, "You all may laugh but I have also heard about you Akeno, falling in love with Gohan too" This caused Akeno to suddenly stop laughing, "And don't think you Issei and Asia are out of the woods either" She smiled cheekily at the pair also causing them to suddenly stop laughing and become a bit flustered. "Okay mother that's enough fun and games," Rias said with a look of authority causing the older lady to laugh.
"Very well spoil my fun, Grayfia, Rias if you would can you take everyone to the main dining hall as I'm sure everyone especially Gohan must be hungry after the journey you've all had and I'm sure your father will be along too soon," Venalena informed everyone. Grayfia and Rias both nodded and began leaving everyone but Venalena and Millicus towards the main dining hall.
Once Grayfia had lead everyone into the dining hall, they soon found themselves being seated around a very large and long table. After a few minutes of waiting and chatting amongst themselves, Venalena along with Millicus came walking in and sat down at the table and just after them another man came in with a striking resemblance to Sirzechs, "Hello everyone, it's nice to see you again Rias, Gohan, Akeno, Kiba and Koneko. It's also nice to finally meet you Issei, Asia, Xenovia and Gasper… I'm glad to see that my daughter has managed to acquire some new friends and family members for her peerage!" "My name is Zeoticus Gremory and I am Rias's Father..."
Issei, Asia, Xenovia and Gasper all had the same thought, better not mess this up and be disrespectful… Soon enough the food came out and there was a huge feast prepared for all of them. Rias then noticed that Issei and co were trying their best to be on their best behaviours but were getting confused about why there were so many cutlery and what each one was for, Rias was just about to say something to them when Issei, Asia, Xenovia and Gasper all just looked over at Gohan. The young hybrid was being anything but near considerate to his surroundings now that food had been placed in front of him, Gohan had been seated at the other end of the table mainly so that the butlers and maids bringing out food had plenty of places to put it down without losing an arm in the process of Gohan's gorging out by accident. Everyone at the table had noticed Gohan and it just seemed to help Issei and co as it made them feel like they were back at home as per usual. Rias and her peerage along with Venalena, Zeoticus and Millicus began to laugh to themselves as they looked on at Gohan, that was until a certain silver-haired maid came up behind of Gohan with a particular weapon of choice in hand… BOOONNGGGG… "OWW, Grayfia what was that for!?" Gohan cries out. "Gohan, what did I teach you before you went off to meet Lady Rias and everyone..."
As the scene between Grayfia and Gohan played out before everyone else in the room including the now very tired out butlers and maids that had been bringing the never-ending supply of food for Gohan, everyone couldn't help but begin to laugh out loud starting with both Zeoticus and Venalena which seemed to break the tension that all the newcomers had been feeling the entire time. Both Gohan and Grayfia who had suddenly realised that everyone was laughing at the pair, Grayfia holding Gohan in a headlock while Gohan had a nice big bit of caveman style meat in his hand and mouth stopped what they were doing. "Why is everyone laughing?" Gohan asks Grayfia. Grayfia being the quicker of the two on the uptake, "They are laughing at us it would seem..."
"Oh you two, sometimes I think you are mother and child..." Venalena reveals to the pair and everyone else is nodding in agreement. Finally, after they had all calmed down a bit and Gohan stopped rubbing his now very sore spot on his head courtesy of Grayfia, everyone began to enjoy their meals.
"Everyone please think of this place as your home away from home, you are all apart of our family now anyway so this is your home just as much as the one in the Human realm" Zeoticus announced to the group, he then turned to look towards Gohan, "Gohan I have been meaning to ask you, have you had much contact from your Father recently?" Zeoticus asks the young hybrid.
"Yes, we managed to speak for a little while not too long ago thankfully as I needed his guidance on something" Gohan replied happily. "Oh, and what guidance did you need from him?" The head Gremory enquired intrigued by the news. "Well I had been stuck in a rut with my training and could feel a new power inside of me for a while but I couldn't quite grasp how I could bring it out and in typical Dad fashion, he gave me only a piece of guidance to bring it out… It did work out in the end though so I do now have a new form you haven't seen yet" Gohan smiled, those around the table smiled too thinking of said new form of Gohan's while Zeoticus, Venalena, Millicus, Grayfia and the other maids and butlers were all intrigued after seeing the faces of Rias and her peerage.
"Can we see it, big brother!" Millicus blurted out in excitement.
"I am interested myself now after you showed me your other two transformations when you first arrived here," Zeoticus said as he stroked his chin in wonder.
"Before you go doing it in here Gohan, I think maybe we should go somewhere more open and NOT in my garden!" Venalena quickly said before any damage could happen to the house or her flowers again. Gohan laughed sheepishly at this.
"Okay sure but yes let's go somewhere else first..." With that Gohan, Rias and their friends decided to go somewhere where he causes to much damage. Zeoticus, Venalena, Millicus and Grayfia all followed along with the many butlers and maids that were interested in Gohan's otherworldly powers.
"Can I ask first, can you all put up a barrier around you and just layer it on top of each other..." Gohan made clear to everyone, Rias and her peerage immediately did as asked and after seeing them do it, everyone else did too.
Gohan then began rising his power until he turned Super Saiyan first, then not long after he went into his ascended form, Super Saiyan 2… but then as he kept increasing his power again, the usual thunderstorm began crashing around him, lighting sparking over and around Gohan's body causing the onlookers to shield their eyes. Some of the barriers that had been formed around the onlookers had cracked and shattered and now the only barriers covering everyone was Rias's, Zeoticus and Grayfia's. Soon enough after one last push from Gohan, he transformed into his Super Saiyan 3 form. Once the cloud dust had gone and the barriers had been brought down around the group, those that had not seen it was just in awe at the change in Gohan's look and also his demeanour.
"Gohan..." Venalena with mouth agape just couldn't believe the change and feeling she was getting from the boy she had come to look to as a son.
"WOW BIG BROTHER, YOU LOOK AWESOME!" Millicus shouted with stars in his eyes.
Zeoticus at this point was just amazed and more than anything thankful… thankful that Gohan was such a nice boy and that when they first met he hadn't made the boy into an enemy.
"Gohan you didn't need to show off with all the flashy light show, you could have done it easily now without all that..." Issei said out loud much to others agreement.
"I was mainly doing it for Millicus but I thought it would be fun anyway" Gohan smiled as he began to bring his power down and go back to his normal state.
After Gohan's little show, they began going back inside and sat down back at the table for a little while as Gohan gave Zeoticus the information about his transformation and how he managed to do it in the end. Zeoticus spoke more with Issei, Asia, Xenovia and the others.
"By the way Rias, what is this I hear of Akeno now joining yours and Gohan's relationship?" He questioned his daughter. Both Gohan and Akeno suddenly went quite too waiting to here Rias's answer but before she could, "Oh honey behave, I have already questioned them on it and you know as well as I do that you agree with it as much as me..." Venalena interrupts.
"Akeno, you are just as much our daughter as Rias is and we are both happy that you've found someone you care about too" Zeoticus smiles to the girl who in return smiles being thankful to be apart of this great family.
"Gohan, please take care of Rias and Akeno… I believe I don't need to remind you what will happen if they are hurt by you at all do I..." Venalena cackles venomously as Gohan suddenly feels a very ominous and aggressive aura coming from both Venalena and Zeoticus, "You may be the most powerful being through Hell, Heaven and Earth but nothing will save you from us parents..." Gohan suddenly having visions of Zeoticus, Venalana and all the maids and butlers holding frying pans of doom, "YES SIR/MAM!" he shrieks much to the amusement of Issei and the others.
After many conversations that night, everyone is shown to their rooms and once Gohan was in his room he immediately got changed into his shorts that he slept in and crashed out on the bed tired from all that had happened today. It didn't take him long to realise though that something wasn't quite right. "Huh… without them two here with me in bed it just doesn't feel quite right… AHHH I sound just like Master Roshi now" Gohan shakes his head after picturing both his girlfriends naked next to him like they always seem to be when he's in bed. Gohan then thinks back to the test from earlier that had happened, "Each of them does need to work on not just the complex stuff but the basics again..." as he ponders over it all he then remembers just how bad Koneko was during the test. "Usually she is level headed when going into fights but today was so out of character for her..."
Knock...Knock… Gohan hearing that someone is at his door he soon realises who it is as he senses them… "Come in Xenovia" Gohan shouts loud enough for her to hear. Slowly the door opens revealing Xenovia in nothing but a pair of shorts and a vest top which unfortunately for Gohan after his earlier thinking of Rias and Akeno seems to send his mind racing again as Xenovia's assets barely seem contained in the top. As Gohan tries to hide his blush he asks, "What brings you here Xenovia?"
"I was struggling in trying to get to sleep in such a huge room and bed if I'm honest, it just felt a bit too much for me. Asia was the same but she went into Issei's room and I didn't want to intrude on them..." Xenovia squirmed a little as she kept trying to keep her eyes from glazing over Gohan's muscular body.
"Well, I don't know when Rias and Akeno are coming back so you're more than welcome to join me for now, like you said these beds are big enough so you can have one side while I am on the other..." Gohan didn't want to be mean to her and send her back to her room all alone but in the back of his mind, he suddenly knew he was going to regret this later…
Eventually, they both managed to drift off to sleep for a while, however, Gohan is awoken by an odd feeling upon his body. As he opens his eyes he suddenly realises that he is now in a very bad place, and to make matters worse he can sense that both Rias and Akeno are about to walk into the room. "How the hell did she end up on top of me upside down all of a sudden!" Soon enough both Rias and Akeno walk into the room so Gohan knowing now he is stuck does the next best thing he can think off… Must...pretend… to be...asleep…
"I wonder how they ended up like that?" Rias asks Akeno while giggling.
"Well, I'm just surprised she has the nerve to stay like that in front of us" Akeno replies with her usual devilish cackle. Both girls who are now nude then move Xenovia back into bed the correct way up. As both girls then begin to get into bed Rias notices a particular rosy-cheeked Gohan, Rias silently catches Akeno's attention and points towards Gohan's very rosy cheeks. They both then get into bed either side of Gohan and whisper into his ears, "Pervert Gohan..." Both girls laugh and cuddle up to Gohan who is now very red, Why me…
The next day, once everyone had woken up and gotten themselves ready, they all met downstairs for breakfast. Azazel had finally shown himself at breakfast after being missing the night before for reasons he wouldn't tell the others. Gohan was still feeling tired after the mishap that had occurred the night before with Xenovia, Akeno and Rias.
After breakfast, Azazel along with Gohan lead the rest of the group out into the back gardens. Azazel and Gohan stood in front of Rias and her peerage showing that they would be the overseers of all of their training.
"Right everyone, today we will be starting each of you with your training regiment" Azazel announced sternly to the group, he knew that this group of young devils had high potential in each of them but at the moment none of them was as close as he would like them to be.
Each member of Rias's peerage were all nervous in their own ways, especially considering how badly they got beaten down by Tanine. Gohan, who was wearing his father's traditional Gi as he already knew what was happening today looked at each member thinking of ways he could help them but once he got to Koneko he knew this training would be most difficult for her because of how she had been acting recently.
"We will start with you, Issei…" Azazel then looked to the young devil as said boy gulped worried about what was to come, "Issei you will be mainly training in the mountains with...Tanine"
Just after Azazel mentioned the powerful Dragon's name, a huge gust of wind came as Tanine appeared out of the clouds above them all and landed just behind Azazel and Gohan.
Gohan then steps forward holding a large bag, "Before you go Issei, you will be joined by me at times for some of your training but also you as well as everyone else here will all be wearing these while doing your training..." Gohan gently puts the bag down, opens it and starts pulling out weighted Gi's for each of them and places them in front of each of his friends. "This time, you are all going to be wearing these Gi's and you will not be allowed to take them off until I and Azazel say so… yes, this time even while you sleep you will not be allowed to take them off, the only time you can is when you bathe or shower and even then you will only be allowed to have fifteen minutes of shower or bath time..."
"Now that is just mean especially on us girls who enjoy our long soaks in the baths" Rias moaned while pouting towards Gohan who simply chuckled at his girlfriend's antics.
Azazel then spoke up again, "These are the reason I wasn't back for dinner last night, I went to see an old friend and asked him to make you all these… they are indestructible so all the training you will be going through will not damage the clothing but you will still feel the effects of both how much they weigh and any damage you yourselves take"
Issei then went to pick up the top part of the Gi, he noticed that the all the boys clothing were all very similar to what they had worn before with the same red and black colours however this time he noticed that each of the Gi's had a symbol on the front and back of the shirts "What is this logo?" he asks out loud.
"The one on the front is the Gremory family logo seeing as we are all apart of Rias's peerage it only seems fitting, however, the one on the back is the same as mine..." Gohan explains as he turns around to show them all the logo that was on the back of his own Gi. "This is the logo that my father has on his Gi and it was his Master's logo, you will all be wearing that logo on your backs because I will be training each one of you at some point and Azazel agreed with me that it could be apart of the clothing… simple really" Gohan laughed and smiled to them.
"Let's move on, Issei as we said you will be training in the mountain area with Tanine, you will also be training with Gohan in the gravity room that Gohan used while he was here at some parts but Tanine here will be your main training partner so be prepared for a world of pain as he not as forgiving as Gohan..." Azazel smiled devilishly.
How can he be worse than Gohan, Gohan is a true demon when it comes to training… Issei gulped at what was to come.
"Once you put on the clothing the weight magic and gravity magic will be locked in so that the only people able to undo it will be me or Gohan…" Azazel reveals, he then turns to Tanine, "You can take him now"
Just as Issei picks up his clothes, Tanine suddenly grabs him with one of his very large and scaly feet and begins to fly off with him, "AHHHHHH DAMN IT!" is all anyone can hear as the pair disappear into the clouds.
Asia looks up with her hands in a praying motion, "Good luck Issei" she says.
"Next up is Rias, as much as you love all your peerage and show your affection to them just as the Gremory household has for years now, you need to be smarter and at times harder on them whether you like it or not..." Azazel says sternly.
Before Rias can say anything to defend herself surprisingly Gohan cuts in, "Rias, Azazel is right, we all know you love everyone and care for them deeply but you can't keep babying them forever just as you did with Issei at first and Gasper" Rias looks surprised at her boyfriends words but deep down within herself she knows that he and Azazel are right. "I know it's hard to hear but it's better that you hear all this now before something bad happens..." Gohan expressed knowing that she had to hear it and it would be better if it came from him rather than Azazel or anyone else.
Rias looks to her love and the fallen angel, "As much as I hate to admit to those sorts of things… you are both right..." Rias declares which shocks Akeno mainly as she knows more than anyone just how much this sort of thing upsets and affects Rias at times.
"Good, well for your training Rias just like everyone else, you will be wearing the weighted clothing but you will first be spending time in the library to revise multiple things which will be lead by Grayfia" Azazel reveals to the red-haired girl. Grayfia then appears from behind the group waiting for Rias to come with her. Before Rias does go anywhere though she gives a hug to Gohan and whispers in his ear, "Thank you..." Gohan smiles glad that she isn't upset or angry at him. With that Rias wishes good luck to her peerage and follows Grayfia back into the mansion.
"Akeno for your training, things will be a little different..." Azazel begins to explain.
"How so?" Akeno questions pondering what the man means.
"Similar to Rias, you need to come to terms with who and what you are whether you like it or not because this is what is hindering your growth in both strength and as a Queen for Rias's ever-growing peerage..." Azazel at this point slightly raised his voice to the girl as he knew this could become difficult and it needed to be said to the girl. Gohan who knew that this would be coming was watching Akeno very carefully as he knew she may do something once he arrived… She may hate me for this but I'm sorry Akeno… it must be done…
"And what exactly do you mean by that" Akeno now slightly pissed by the man's words spoke up.
Kiba, Koneko, Gasper, Xenovia and Asia slowly moved away from Akeno as they too were concerned about what may suddenly happen.
"Akeno, you will be training in a secluded area with this man..." Azazel then moves to his side as another man suddenly reveals himself.
"Hello, Akeno… it is good to see you again" A middle-aged man with black neat looking hair with a matching beard and muscular body build walked towards Akeno. At this point, Akeno was now very pissed.
"Hello Father..." she seethes in reply.
Gohan then stands between both Akeno and her father, he looks first towards Akeno, "Akeno listen to me, I know you're not happy about this but if you want to be mad at anyone right now you should be mad with me..." Akeno confused by what her boyfriend is saying looks into his onyx coloured eyes, "What do you mean?"
Gohan sighs not looking forward to this, "It was my idea not Azazel's for your father to come and be the one to train you..." Gohan reveals to her. Akeno takes a step back in surprise because of this revelation.
"The reason I did this is that it's time you come to terms with everything so that you can move on in your life and start using all of your power to help Rias, me and everyone you care about. I know that you say you hate being part fallen angel but I think deep down that's not true..." As Gohan began to explain his reasoning behind why he had done what he did, Akeno who was both hurt at what he had done behind her back also understand in some way why he had done it. "If you had used all the power you have at your disposal against Yubelluna in the rating game against Riser, I know for a fact that you would have won and then in our fight against Kokabiel you may not have beaten him then but in time you will become even stronger than him, so stop holding back because if you do continue to do so you will only be hurting those around you that you could have helped or saved..." Gohan's words struck deep in Akeno after hearing that as she contemplated his words.
So this is the boy everyone has spoken about and is also Akeno's love… he is definitely wise with his words for someone so young and I can tell that he truly cares for our daughter… Shuri… Baraqiel looked on at the scene.
The remainder of the group listened closely to Gohan's words but none more so than Koneko who like Akeno had the same issues with using other powers that they had been born with.
"You're right Gohan, I guess after seeing how Issei hated fallen angels so much because of what happened with Asia and me seeing it for myself I had begun to hate that part of me more so than I was already..." Akeno revealed to everyone while she looked at the ground in sadness, I'm sorry to you as well mother, I promise I will try and make you proud of me and try to mend my relationship with father…
Gohan hugged Akeno to reassure her and also apologized for not telling her about her father coming and his plan. Akeno returned the hug and with her usual cackle she whispered to her boyfriend, "I will have payback pervert Gohan..." Gohan suddenly felt a shiver up his spine, Oh crap, I'm so going to regret this later…
Soon after both Akeno and Baraqiel said their good-bye's and left.
This time Gohan stepped in front of those that remained, "Kiba for your training, you need to improve your swordsmanship especially with that new sword of yours which is why you will be having a surprise partner to help both you and also..." Gohan then turns to Xenovia, "You as well Xenovia will be joining Kiba and this surprise training partner but that's not all you will be doing..." Gohan reveals while chuckling to himself.
"All of you will be learning hand-to-hand combat because each of you needs some training in it. Kiba and Xenovia, yes you fight with swords, however, there may come a time when you have no sword or cannot use it for some reason and you will be powerless..." Gohan then looks to Asia.
"Asia, you need it more than anyone else at this point. You may be the healer of the group but you need to be able to defend yourself especially if you're alone and don't have anyone to help back you up" Asia nods her head in understanding as Gohan then looks to Gasper.
"Gasper you may have your own unique powers but at times they won't always work so you need to have some kind of back up which is why along with Asia you too will also be needing to learn some basics and nail them down" Gasper nods nervously at one of his older brother figures.
"And finally Koneko, you may already have your own fighting style but you know just as good as anyone that everyone needs to practice more and perfect the basics before even thinking about the harder more expert-level moves and techniques" Koneko gave a silent nod to Gohan in understanding.
"Gasper for your training it is very simple… you must go into crowded area's and try and stay there for as long as you can but each time you into one you must last longer than the previous time, even if it is only by one second..." Azazel explains to the now very nervous Vampire boy.
"I...I will try my best!" Gasper shouts with a hint of nervousness at the thought.
"It will help you overcome your fear of people and your shyness" Gohan smiles to the boy.
With that Kiba and Xenovia are taken to the gravity room by one of the butlers to begin their training as Gasper heads of on his own towards one of the devil cities that is close by.
"Asia, you will be training with me and Grayfia will also be helping you too. We want you to be able to gain your balance breaker by the end of all of this and also increase your magical power so that you will be able to heal the injured from further away and fight back when needed too" Azazel explained to the blonde petite girl.
"Do you really think I can do it?" Asia asks pondering if she was strong enough to be able too.
"Asia, we know you can but you have to be the one to convince yourself that you can..." Gohan smiles to the girl trying to reassure her.
"Thank you Gohan, I will do my best just as Issei and everyone else is!"
"Last but not least, Koneko… I will leave you with Gohan as he will go over what you will be going through…" Azazel then motions Asia to follow him as they go back into the mansion themselves leaving Gohan and Koneko alone.
"Koneko, I will be training you for most of the time… the reason for this is because you need to stop rushing straight into a fight. The fight yesterday being a prime example of that, without a thought or plan you rushed head-on at an opponent that could have killed you easily..." Gohan didn't want to scold Koneko but she just like Rias and Akeno needed to hear the harsh reality of their mistakes. Koneko had kept silent the whole time waiting for Gohan to finish.
"I will be pushing you more than anyone Koneko because you need it right now more than anyone, I'm doing this because myself as well as everyone else care about you deeply and after seeing how badly you were hurt yesterday made me realise that you need more training than anyone else right now and that none of us wants to see you hurt badly again..." Gohan at this point put his hand on her head so she looked up at him and he just smiled to her, "I'm always here to help you Koneko..."
Koneko nodded in understanding and gave her a small smile in acceptance to what Gohan was saying. With that, they went off towards the gravity room where Kiba and Xenovia were also waiting.
Over the next few weeks, Gohan and the rest of the group went through their training rigorously.
"THIS SUCKS!" A male bellowed through the vast mountains as he was running away from a very large dragon shooting fireballs at him while also having to dodge Ki blasts from a Super Saiyan too.
"Come on Issei, if you want to get stronger you've got to predict the attacks that are incoming and think of a way to counter-attack them!" A rather annoyed Gohan shouted at his friend. Soon enough though Issei got hit by one of Tanine's fireballs causing the boy to collapse from exhaustion.
"The boy has improved in these last few weeks and we have increased the weighted clothing on him so I am somewhat surprised he could run away let alone dodge some of our attacks Gohan" Tanine stated to the Saiyan hybrid.
"He has done well but I feel like there is so much more to Issei and that he could become the real powerhouse of the peerage..." Gohan replied to the large behemoth.
"Well anyway, Gohan I will see you tomorrow for more" Tanine then flew off into the distance leaving Gohan to contemplate some things. Gohan then landed down beside the now heavily panting Issei and returned to his base form.
"Damn...Gohan…" Issei muttered through his panting.
"I told you Issei, this training will be a lot harder than before. If you think its best for you just be glad you're not Koneko..." Gohan replied stoically.
Once Issei had calmed himself down a bit he asked his friend and mentor, "What do you mean? Just how bad have you been with Koneko?"
"Well let's just say that..." Before Gohan could finish what he was saying to Issei he suddenly felt a very strong presence nearby causing him to stop and look in the direction that he could feel the person watching him and Issei from afar.
Issei seeing that Gohan was being alerted of something in the direction he was looking stayed quite and tried to sense the person out himself with a little help. Hey Ddraig… Can you sense what Gohan can?… Issei asks his resident inside of his right arm mentally.
Issei, be ready that is all I'm saying…
"You can come out now, I know you're there!" Gohan shouted towards what seemed like nobody and nothingness.
Soon enough in the direction, both boys were looking a shadow of someone could be seen walking towards them. As the person got closer they realised that it was a tall young man with black hair and violet coloured eyes. Gohan noticed soon enough that the power radiating from this person showed in how muscular his build was, it showed that he had done some very serious training.
"Damn and here I was thinking that I was concealing myself well enough for even you not to sense me but I suppose I should have known better than that..." The young man scratched the back of his head and laughed slightly.
"And who might you be then friend?" Gohan questions still trying to get a read on the young man before him and Issei. That's weird… it's obvious that he is a Devil but for some reason, I don't feel the same kind of power from him as if something's off about him…
"Sorry I guess I should introduce myself but I will save that for later, I heard someone training out here and came to take a look at who it was and found myself watching the Red Dragon Emperor running from the famous golden fighter that beat Riser and also recently beat Kokabiel…" the young man before them announced.
Golden fighter… they couldn't think of anything better… Gohan's mind wondering to the silly nicknames that he seems to pick up.
"I have to say though… I'm not impressed by you Issei Hyoudou"
Issei still feeling the effects of his training tried to stand and defend himself but couldn't due to his body being exhausted. Gohan smirks and turns his back on the young man extending a hand out to Issei which he goes to take, however, before Issei can grab at Gohan's hand the stranger throws a very quick punch towards Gohan. Gohan, however, knew it was coming grabbed Issei's hand and disappears from the stranger's view, Gohan reappears next to boulder not too far away puts Issei down gently then disappears from Issei's sight and reappears behind the stranger.
"Well that was rude of you trying to hit someone with their back turned..."
The stranger smiled to himself as he then turned quickly throwing another punch straight at Gohan's face, this time, however, Gohan catches the punch with ease.
"Not bad I can see how you were able to beat both Riser and Kokabiel with ease but this isn't the power you used against them is it..." The young man mutters with a smile on his face.
Gohan still holding the stranger's fist tightened his grip on it slightly to see if the persons face would show any signs of pain because of his action but instead, he got more of a smile but soon enough he let go.
"Not bad yourself, no it is nowhere near but I also feel you are holding a lot back yourself..." Gohan replies with a chuckle.
"I shall see you both soon I imagine" With that, the stranger walked away. Gohan then went back towards Issei to pick him and take him back to the Gremory household.
"Issei, we are upping your training to Koneko's level so be prepared" Gohan smiled somewhat devilishly making Issei shiver from the sudden thought of how much worse it could become for him.
While Issei had been put through the wringer by Gohan ever since there meet with the stranger, the rest of the peerage continued with their own training regiments. Kiba and Xenovia had met their mystery training instructor which turned out to be a member of Sirzechs own peerage, a man named Souji Okita who was Sirzechs Knight. The man was known as possibly being the best swordsman throughout Heaven, Hell and Earth so for Kiba and Xenovia, he was the perfect teacher for them to enhance their skills.
Rias spent most of her own time either in the massive Gremory Library studying strategies that could be used in rating games, she watched and read about battles that her family members had when in rating games and also during the great war. When she wasn't in the library she would be training with Grayfia to better control her Power of Destruction and also be taught some martial arts after Gohan had told her that it was something that not only her but, all members of her peerage needed training in so they could be more clever and powerful in fights.
Akeno had been very difficult to train at first for her father Baraqiel. She still could not let go of her past and blamed her father for many things, however, Gohan hearing that she was still being somewhat against the idea of being trained by her father, he decided to visit her and had her let out all her pent up rage and anger against him in a fight. Gohan didn't fight back but after a barrage of attacks against him by Akeno, she finally collapsed and broke down in tears as all her emotions had come out. Baraqiel had watched on from afar as not to disturb Akeno and Gohan decided that he too needed to change for his daughter. Once Akeno broke down, Baraqiel jumped in before Gohan could and apologised to her repeatedly for everything that had happened with Akeno's mother. Thankfully, Akeno finally forgave her father and their training began picking up speed as Akeno became stronger than she imagined thanks to both her Father's training and Gohan's guidance.
Gasper had struggled a lot with his training and it took him a good few weeks before he could step out in front of a crowd and stay there for as long as he could, once Azazel was happy with Gasper's progress, he soon joined Azazel's training with Asia as they both could learn how to use more magic and control their powers more thoroughly. Gasper did also join Gohan from time to time just so that Gohan could teach him some self-defence moves and toughen him up more.
Koneko probably had the toughest training out of everyone, mainly due to how hard Gohan was pushing her. Rias and Akeno had popped by to see how they were getting on once and were livid with Gohan for how badly beaten Koneko was. What surprised the girls most was that Koneko told them this is how she wanted it. Gohan who was in his Super Saiyan 2 form was doing something similar to what he once went through with his father. Gohan knew Koneko was sealing some power within herself as she seemed afraid to use it much like how he was when he was younger, so for her to break through her fears of it and what the consequences would be, he decided to try and push her into having to use it. After a few weeks of this plus other training ideas thought up by Azazel, Koneko finally began to tap into her powers of Senjutsu and Youjutsu and thanks to this she could finally go on the offensive more at Gohan when they sparred. Gohan was still too quick and powerful for her but because of Koneko's increase in strength, speed, defence and enhanced senses, even Gohan's Saiyan blood was pumping and he enjoyed their sparring sessions.
As for Asia, before Gasper joined in with her training, Azazel wanted her to be able to produce her twilight healing not just from her hands but from her entire body so that she could heal quicker or even more fatal injuries. She would end up using her power of healing more and more to the point where it would exhaust her in hopes that this would build up her magic reserves. Grayfia would also be helping her learn more control and even taught her a few offensive spells just in case they were needed. Gohan had also been teaching her some basic martial arts so that she could defend herself if she ever got into a pickle.
After several gruelling weeks for Rias and her peerage, they all finally met up again with one another especially after Issei and Akeno had been away in secluded training.
"Asia! I've missed you so much!" Issei cried after seeing his blonde-haired girlfriend, he immediately ran to her and started hugging her making the others chuckle at the boy.
Akeno then came walking in followed by Gohan, Akeno did her usual cackle upon seeing Issei clutching to Asia before she could say anything though Gohan somehow knew what she was about to say out loud, "Akeno you've already squeezed me enough with your hugs I would like to keep my ribs intact please" He pleaded with his girlfriend quietly.
"Well it's nice to see everyone back and in one piece at least" Azazel made himself known to the group as he sat down in his chair and put his arms above his head.
"I can tell just by looking at all of you that you have grown stronger thanks to your training" The Fallen Angel stated after looking at each of them.
Gohan then walked around to beside Azazel and nodded in agreement, "Each of you has done well considering how hard we were pushing you all" The boy smiled to his friends as they all were looking at both the Saiyan hybrid and Fallen Angel leader.
"Now onto other business, tonight there will be a gathering of representatives from various clans coming here for a formal party of sorts and all of you will be there as extra security and also mingle with others like you" Azazel revealed to the group.
"We are invited to such an event?" asked Asia surprised that she would be allowed to such things in the Devil Realm.
"Yes and as much as I would like to stay here and find out how well each of you have done in your training, that will have to wait for the time being as I need to head to this gathering first" Azazel began making his way to the exit, he turned back just before leaving, "Gohan, Rias I leave the rest to you two, have everyone ready and I'll have someone come get you when ready..." With that, the Fallen Angel leader left the group to wonder about that night.
"My brother has us attending as guards for a VIP mainly but it is also for young devil leaders to deepen their relationships with one another..." Rias stated to her peerage.
Gohan then began to piece things together and realised that the stranger that he and Issei met must be someone that would be at this gathering tonight, he then shut his eyes and began to concentrate on all the strong energy's that he could make out. He felt the usual ones that were around the Gremory household but then found just who he was looking for and smiled inwardly, Found you…
As Gohan was doing this, Rias continued explaining the meaning behind the gathering tonight to the rest of the group and just as the hybrid boy came back to his senses and surroundings he continued listening in.
"As devils under the president and being named guards by Sirzechs himself, we can't do anything that would embarrass either of them" Kiba mentioned while looking at Issei, the rest of the group also looked at the Red Dragon Emperor.
"Wait! Why are you looking at me!?" Issei shrieked as the group laughed at his outburst.
After Rias made some other points to the group they all began to go back to their rooms to get ready for the gathering. Gohan, however, was heading to see Grayfia and Sirzechs as a few days ago after hearing about the gathering from Azazel, he had requested the couple to do something for him.
FLASHBACK
"Hello Grayfia, I was hoping to ask you a favour"
"And what might this favour be Gohan, I have to go and check up on Asia soon so I have a little time" Grayfia replied with a slight smile on her face.
Before Gohan could ask, however, Sirzechs and come into the room, "Ah hello Gohan, what are you asking of my wife this time?" the devil king chuckled.
"Well, Azazel told me all about this gathering that will be happening in the next few days and I was wondering if maybe I could have a different outfit made for me and no before you ask it will not be like my usual Gi's that are like my fathers… it is something more towards my Saiyan heritage but also ties into the me of Rias's peerage..." Gohan then pulled out a drawing he had made and showed the two devils.
"This is a very interesting design Gohan, are you just wanting one of these outfits or multiple..." Sirzechs was looking at the drawing and explanations about each part that Gohan had written down and had to say that he would certainly stand out at the gathering but in a good way.
Grayfia looked at the drawing in details and could see what Gohan was wanting from the outfit, "I can do this but I will only be able to make one in time for the gathering is that okay with you Gohan?"
"That is fine, I was thinking that I would only like one of these for now but if it ever gets severely damaged then it could just be repaired by your magic" Gohan smiled upon hearing that the silver-haired maid could do it for him.
"Come find me on the day of the gathering and I will give it to you then" Grayfia announced causing the young man to thank her and disappear back off to training.
FLASHBACK END
A few hours later, Rias who was wearing a beautiful crimson red gown, golden earrings and necklace to match while having her hair in a bun with a ponytail style led her peerage towards the gathering. Issei, Kiba, Asia, Xenovia, Gasper and Koneko were all wearing their school uniform while Akeno is wearing a black Kimono with her hair in its usual bun but also flowing all the way down her back. A lot of the male's eyes were on both Rias and Akeno but they both ignored them as everyone suddenly realised they were missing someone.
"Where is Gohan by the way?" Issei said as he looked around for his friend and mentor.
"Gohan will be here in a moment, apparently Grayfia was giving him something to wear for tonight that he had asked to be made for him" Rias revealed to the group.
"I've never seen so many Satan-class devils gathered all in one place before," Kiba says as he looks up and sees Sirzechs along with Ajuka making conversation with two other devils.
"Yes, it is an extraordinary sight to see..." Xenovia too was looking at them and at everyone else who was dressed up in the room.
"Just make sure you don't be rude to anyone… that goes double for you Issei" Rias turned and looked towards her pawn.
"Yes, president!" He blurted out in fear.
"Wow, who is that!"
"He looks different but somehow amazing!"
Rias and her peerage could hear the random murmurs of other devils but as they all looked towards what the devils were looking at they were all shocked at what they were seeing.
Gohan followed by Grayfia just behind him, walked into the room that was filled with devils and could hear the comments that were being made about him, Maybe I should have just stuck with my usual Gi's or with the school uniform…
Gohan was wearing the same kind of Saiyan armour that he wore while in the hyperbolic time chamber with Goku however there were some differences to it compared to the one he wore back then. Instead of the blue skin-tight suit, it was all black.
As for the chest piece, it was mostly crimson red, the same colour as the Gremory household is mainly known for. It also had parts of it that were black but it also had some yellow/golden stitching to go with it that looked the same colour as when Gohan would transform.
The yellow/golden colour stitching could also be seen on the tips of Gohan's boots, they too were mainly the crimson red but also had black on them covering the toes part. Gohan's gloves were also completely crimson red too. What was a big difference to the clothing was the two logos that Gohan was now showing, the first one on his front right breastplate of the armour was Rias's magic circle signifying that he was apart of her peerage. The second one was a symbol on his back, Gohan had decided to have Piccolo's symbol upon his back due to him being his first master and the meaning behind the symbol seemed perfect for what he was now apart off, demon or devil.
Everyone including the Satan class devils were looking at Gohan, Sirzechs chuckled lightly to himself as he had seen the finished product before now. Ajuka looked towards the boy and smiled slightly as Gohan looked towards him and gave a slight wave.
"I will leave you to join Lady Rias and your friends now Gohan..." Grayfia spoke softly as she bowed slightly.
"Thank you again Grayfia, you did a better job than I originally anticipated!" Gohan gave her his usual son smile as she then nodded and walked towards her King.
"Damn Gohan, that outfit's a little different from what you usually wear" Issei stated with rest of the group just nodding in agreement as they all looked Gohan over.
"I asked Grayfia to make this a few days ago once I knew about this gathering and figured that maybe I shouldn't wear my usual Gi's..." Gohan looked over his outfit again and smiled, If Vegeta could see me right now, he would probably have a field day… "A friend of mine made similar outfits like these for a few of us not long before I came to this dimension I just asked Grayfia for a few adjustments..."
Akeno walked over to Gohan and whispered seductively in his ear, "If we didn't have to be at this gathering I would be making some adjustments to that outfit of my own..." she then grabbed at Gohan's rear making the Saiyan jump in surprise.
Rias quickly grabbed Akeno and pulled her back as she did her cackle laugh as poor Gohan was now as red as his girlfriend's hair. "Behave Akeno, we can tease Gohan later..." Rias spoke silently to her best friend/girlfriend.
"Nice to see that you are all enjoying yourselves..." a soft voice made itself known as the group then saw Sona, Tsubaki and Saji approaching them all.
"Good evening Sona, how is your training camp going?" Rias asked while smiling at her long-time friend.
"It's going okay..." Sona replied with a slight shrug.
"Hey Issei, Gohan been putting you through the wringer then?" the blonde-haired boy asked.
"Like you wouldn't believe..." Issei sighed, "He and Azazel only let us take off out weighted clothing earlier this morning but my body still feels rough because of wearing it all the time..."
Saji laughed at Issei's moans, rather you than me Issei…
"Sona!" a loud shout could be heard by the group and a few of the surrounding people.
"Oh no..." Sona sighed knowing just who it was shouting her as all of a sudden she was hugged from behind by her sister, Serafall.
"It's good to see you again everyone!" The excited voice of the high ranking devil could be heard by all as she finally let go of Sona.
Gohan saw Sirzechs and Grayfia wonder over to Azazel and decided to join them for the moment, "Everything okay you guys?" he asked politely.
"Ah! I'm glad you are here Gohan, I need to ask you a favour..." Sirzechs looked to young man, "Keep this to yourself for the time being but can you just keep your senses about you in case of any hostility that may arrive..."
Gohan realising that Sirzechs knew something he didn't, nodded to the devil king. Gohan closed his eyes so that he could concentrate on everything and all those around him, So he is here too just like I thought... Gohan could suddenly feel some very high powers closing in on their location but could feel that one of them was Baraqiel. "I do feel several higher than average powers coming towards us but I'm guessing that they are not hostile seeing as Baraqiel is with them..."
"Yes that is right, I had Baraqiel escort, Odin, here..." Azazel revealed to the others. This somewhat surprised Sirzechs.
"Baraqiel is guarding Odin?"
"Just as a precaution… I'm sure you are well aware that many of the Norse Gods do not approve of the alliance between Odin and the Devil's..."
Sirzechs sighed at this bit of news, "Well I guess it is to be expected after all there are always those that go against the leaders..." Sirzechs smiled as he looked towards Azazel somewhat hinting causing the fallen angel to snigger in agreement.
"The biggest problem is that the Chaos Brigade is recruiting those people which in turn is making them more formidable to deal with..." Azazel revealed causing Gohan to ponder if all the Norse Gods he had read about when his mother crammed his head full of books were all real in this dimension, Ha… I wonder if I will meet Thor…
Sirzechs then turned back to Gohan, "Gohan I would like you to just stick with Rias and her peerage for now if anything should happen your main priority should be to help your friends as I'm sure that is what you would do anyway..." The devil king smiled to the boy, "If anything does occur then do what you must..."
Gohan nodded in understanding and began walking back to Rias and company.
"Michael should be here soon, Azazel will you make sure final preparations are all sorted for his and Odin's arrivals," Sirzechs asked the Fallen Angel leader.
"As you wish..."
Just as Gohan returned to Rias and the rest of the gang, both Sona and Rias began to lead to the group towards a room where the rest of the young devils were all waiting.
"We are to wait in this room up ahead until the ceremony begins..." Sona informed the group.
"I just hope nothing bad happens with so many of us gathered in one place" Rias sighed remembering what had happened last time. Two young devils had gotten into an argument previously and it didn't end well for both young devils but also their families either.
"I hope you are listening Saji..." Tsubaki turned to give the pawn a rather ominous look as if to say, do not embarrass Lady Sona...or else…
Saji just nodded in understanding as Issei chuckled next to him, unfortunately, Rias noticed this and gave him the same sort of look.
As they were walking towards the room, Gohan sensed some sort of animosity coming from one of the rooms which he gathered is where they were heading, but, he also then felt familiar energy, so you are one of them…
BOOOOM…. The group had to cover their faces from the smoke and debris that had come after an explosion occurred, blowing the door of its hinges and cracking part of the wall.
"It seems you really do want to die early don't you, Zephyrdor..." A female voice could be heard saying.
"You stink of virginity! What's wrong… can't get any you shitty bitch..." A loud obnoxious male voice replied.
As Rias and Sona walked into the room along with the rest of the group they all saw two people facing off against each other in a war of words.
"Should have known this would happen..." Rias sighed as she rubbed her temples feeling a headache coming on.
"What's going on?" Xenovia asks as she looks at both the male and female looking ready to kill each other.
"When young devils gather, this type of thing tends to happen..." A familiar voice to Issei and Gohan spoke up as the person in question made themselves known from near a pillar.
"Hey! it's you!" Issei blurted out causing the others to wonder just who this person was.
"Nice to see you again Red Dragon Emperor..." He then turns towards Gohan, "and you Gohan..."
"I see you came too Sairaorg..." Rias smiles.
"Let's save the greetings for later shall we..." The young man then begins to walk towards the two devils currently about to blow the rest of the room away, however, just as he is about to walk towards them and try and calm the situation down, Gohan had appeared between said devils, ha… he beat me to it…
Gohan's sudden appearance between the two devils surprises everyone in the room. "Who the hell are you!" The male shouted in anger at Gohan.
"I'm simply just someone who wishes to calm down this fight before it ends up disrupting what is going on elsewhere..." Gohan smiles slightly as he looks at the male devil.
"President, just who are these two?" Issei asks as he looks at the pair.
"The girl is Seigvaira, she is the Princess of the Agares family…. The loud one over there is known as the problem child of the Glasya-Labolas family, Zephyrdor" Rias informs her pawn. Issei simply nods as he continues to look around the room at the other devils here, one in particular though catches Issei's eyes… not in a good way though, as he looks towards a young man with dark green hair, squinted eyes, wearing what he believed to be some expensive-looking clothing. The thing that was bugging Issei was that he seemed to be looking at Asia and had a slight smile on his face. Instinctively, Issei pulled Asia closer to him surprising his girlfriend as she was to busy looking at Gohan and what was going on.
"Issei, what's wrong?" Asia asked in her usual sweet voice.
Issei looked at Asia, "Oh just thought I would keep you close just in case something happens" he smiled reassuring her as he then looked back towards where the strange young man was but he had simply gone from where he once stood. Issei shrugged it off and looked back towards Gohan.
"My name is Gohan, I am a member of Rias Gremory's peerage..." When Gohan revealed this to the room, there was a lot of whispers between devils as Gohan was now a celebrity of the devil world for all he had done recently.
"Ah so you are the one who fluked his way beating Lord Riser, I watched the fight and you weren't so impressive..." Surprisingly this came from Seigvaira.
"Yeah… all this crap about you being the one to beat Riser and then that Kokabiel… what a bunch of bullshit!" Zephyrdor laughed.
"I see so you are followers of the fried chicken..." Gohan didn't want to rile them up and cause a scene but… his Saiyan pride was telling him to put these two in their place.
After Gohan's remark, the whole room went deadly quiet for what seemed like hours until…
"PWHAHAHAHAHA!" Sairaorg burst out laughing surprising everyone.
"You bastard!" Zephyrdor then rushed at Gohan going to throw a punch at him, unfortunately for Zephyrdor though Gohan caught the punch with ease. Gohan then tightens his hand around Zephyrdor's fist causing the devil to yell suddenly in pain and drop to one knee.
"I think you should take a nap for a bit..." Gohan then chops the young devil on the back of his neck causing Zephyrdor to go unconscious instantly.
Gohan then puts the now sleeping devil against the wall and walks back to Rias and the group leaving Seigvaira to suddenly realise it's best not to get into a fight with Gohan.
After the little show and everyone had calmed down after the show from Gohan, Sairaorg finally introduced himself properly to Issei, Gohan and everyone else who didn't know who he was yet.
"My name is Sairaorg Bael, I am the current head of the Bael family and am also Rias's cousin..." the young man introduced himself.
"Well, it's nice to finally know just who you really are..." Issei chuckles while scratching the back of his head.
"I do apologise to you Issei and you Gohan for my actions earlier, I was maybe a bit too mean on my comments about you Issei" Sairaorg then put his hand out in front of Issei who shook it, "It's fine, I'm just amazed that you are Rias's cousin..."
After this everyone seemed to break off into there own little groups and began talking to all sorts of people, after Issei's odd sensation about the dark green haired devil from earlier he stayed with Asia in close proximity for most of the night.
Kiba was stood talking to Tsubaki for most of the night much to the amusement of Gohan and Issei who kept giggling as they looked over, unfortunately for the pair though they got a sudden smack via the demon frying pan courtesy of Rias.
Akeno stayed with her queen for most of the time as Rias talked to some old acquaintances.
Xenovia had been speaking to Sona for a lot of the time as did Asia as they wished to know more about her in general and how Sona and Rias were growing up.
Gasper was hiding in the corner as he didn't have his box to hide inside but Koneko stayed close by to keep him company.
"We meet again, Red Dragon Emperor..." A cute voice spoke up from behind Issei.
Issei turned around to see none other than Riser Pheonix's sister who he had faced during the rating game. "Oh hey, you're the fried chicken's sister right?" he asked rudely causing the girl to be somewhat annoyed.
"Yes I am but I would rather you didn't call me by such a name… my name is Ravel Pheonix and no before you ask my brother isn't here as he is still dealing with some… mental issues that he has due to his fight with Gohan..." Ravel stated firmly.
"I see… Gohan can have that effect on his enemies after they anger him" Issei couldn't help but chuckle to himself at the news.
"It was about time somebody knocked him off his peg so it will do him good..." Ravel crossed her arms as she remembered the way she saw her brother after the so-called fight with Gohan.
"Wow, you're tough on your brother aren't you?" Issei states while trying to keep a straight face and not laugh.
"Well I have moved into my Mother's family afterwards so now technically I am a free Bishop..." Ravel begins fidgeting where she stands while slightly flushed in the face as glances at Issei and then back at the floor.
"Here take this..." Ravel then hands Issei something with the Pheonix clan symbol on it.
"What is it?" a confused Issei asks.
"It is a sign of our friendship, it has some Pheonix tears inside so if you ever become severely injured or someone else does you can use this to help them… just remember to think of me when you do..." Ravel explains while saying the last part silently.
"Wow, thanks, Ravel!" Issei smiles to the girl as he puts the gift into his inside jacket pocket.
As this is going on between Issei and Ravel, Gohan who had been watching and listening to the exchange of words smiled while looking at his friend, Issei I think Ravel seems to like you more than you think…
Gohan then looks around the room searching for Rias and Akeno so he can spend a little time with the pair, as he finds them and begins walking towards them, something catches his eye. Koneko who was stood by the exit seemed to have a look of distress and worry on her face before she suddenly ran off towards the elevators.
"Koneko..." Gohan quietly speaks. He then looks back towards Rias and Akeno who both noticed the same thing he did and come over to him quickly.
"Gohan where did Koneko go?" Rias asks worried for her rook.
"I don't know, I saw that she seemed to be unsettled about something then she bottled it towards the elevators, what do you want me to do?"
"Akeno I want you to stay here and gather everyone up and meet us down in the reception area while me and Gohan follow after Koneko and see what's happened..." Rias ordered.
"I shall, both of you be careful… I had some plans for tonight" Akeno cackled as she smiled at the pair.
Gohan and Rias then rushed off out the room and made their way to the elevators, "Can you sense where she is heading Gohan?"
Gohan concentrated on Koneko's energy until he found it, "She's heading off into the woods outback… but wait..." Gohan then realises just why Koneko has runoff. "There is someone else out in the woods that has a similar energy to Koneko but more potent..."
After hearing this, Rias summoned her familiar, "I need you to go to my brother and tell him that we may have some uninvited visitors coming from the woods..."
The elevator doors open as the pair walk out, "Who is this person Rias?" Gohan asks after seeing his girlfriend now worried about the news he told her.
"Koneko's big sister...Kuroka"
Meanwhile, further ahead with Koneko, I know that sensation I just hope I'm wrong…
Koneko came into a large clearing with only one huge tree on view. "I wondered when you'd get here Shirone..." A seductive soft voice could be heard above Koneko.
"Big sister Kuroka..."
