Chapitre 22: Where are we?
"Trust me Fall.. Let's jump" She said with her soft eyes That made me remember a heartbreaking tragedy She held my hands tightly and signaled me to jump I did we jumped and i fell on the water that was down below my body hurts so bad I forgot that i was only wearing the
hospital gown that they gave me and told me to wear while i was asleep oops..
Then we got out of the water swimming far away from that place.. I got up on the water and i helped aspen We rushed through the back exit of the hospital
Aspen was guiding me where to go since im sure she memorized every single small areas in this hospital.. We ran through the small area while aspen was still holding my hands not even trying to let go of me.. my eyebrows furrowed when i heard a gun shot through our direction it was on purpose i suddenly stopped and my eyebrows furrowed more when my vision suddenly went blurry
It was all dark.. My eyes opened when there was light flashing brighty making me open my eyes irritatedly my eye brows furrowed when I saw that this place was so damn familiar? Have I been here before?
"Oh The Princess is awake" a familiar voice said
then my eyes flashed on the familiar person that said that.. i-is this real?
"R-river? " I mouthed but my lips were suddenly burning its painful So that became a whisper
I didn't know why when i try to talk my lips were painful
"Where am I?!" I yelled at him and that made him flinch at the sudden yell that I gave him
"Old school? Dont you remember? The school where cole bullied me? " He said and i saw that his eyes were full of hatred sorrow and pain
"i-I thought you and cole were good friends way back then?" I asked making my eyebrows furrow
"Cole is a jerk he doesn't even care about his so called friends. " he said while chuckling i hope you choke while youre chuckling , he can't do anything like this naaahh its just a prank?
but there was something about his aura it was dark but i saw pain all over his eyes I saw hatred sorrow hugging him..
"But weren't you the one that left us?" I said confusingly .. What is he pointing out right now? wasnt he the one who left us alone "Yeah I had to leave the country to escape from the lansky family" He said while he was trying to control his anger I looked at him with my furrowed eyebrows He nodded and he knew what exactly what I want to say
"You don't know?.. My parents were captured by the lansky family.. Why? Because my parents worked for the lansky but my father asked for a loan on cole's family so I could study but my father couldn't pay the loan he begged and begged.. but there was one thing to do so we can pay.. It was to give my mother to sacrifice her making her the lansky's slave !!!!" He yelled with a tear dropping on his bare face
It wasn't making my heart soft But I was just confused of everything so all this time they all lied to me?!!
"I thought that you left us because you were studying abroad??!" I said while biting my lips until I taste some sweet blood with my tongue
"Caught in a lie" He said but my whole body froze..
"REAPER!!!!!!!!REAPER!!!! WHERE ARE YOU ?!!!" A loud voice coming near us said
"Oh look your prince is here" River said while smirking..
"Reaper there you are!" I looked at cole he was coming closer but he saw the reflection in my eyes
A loud sound echoed through my ears
Cole fell on the ground while holding his arms that was injured..
He stood up bravely not even caring about his injured arms
"STOPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed while tears started to fall from my eyes..
"Don't come near me Cole.. " I said while my cheeks were wet from my tears
"Please don't.." I whispered
