"We have no clue when they are planning to blast the bomb. It could be literally seconds from now on."

Indeed it could be true. They had no clue where the bomb was kept and at what time they would set it off.

"They didn't detonate it when the conference was going on. Maybe they are waiting for it to get over. The dinner is going on, but they still haven't set it off. They must be timing it when everyone would start leaving the premises."
