Chapitre 13: Chapter 12: Epiphany

I couldn't tell what he was thinking as he held onto my arms, not letting me escape from his embrace. All I knew was I would never be the same. I had found my other half. I know it sounds pathetic but, my soul-mate was standing before me. It didn't matter to me that he was a vampire, no vampire was alike another. Nor did it matter that he was royalty. Ok, maybe that did matter a little bit, but I was determined to make everyone see that I was worthy to stand by his side til the end of time. I stood there staring into his eyes, for what seemed like hours. I don't know how much time passed nor did I honestly care. All I knew was I was in love and determined not to let him get away. I knew deep in my heart I would never love another.
