Chapitre 4: Chapter 3: Bandit's Cave (1)
I don't know where I'm going, I thought I have been abandoned by fate since those creatures attack the village where I was born and lived before. They killed my friends, my family, leaving me alone hopelessly to death when they made me into their plaything. That time, if only I wasn't saved by father, I would have become the food of the beasts and demons. And now, in order to return the debt 10 years ago I will fight in your name and bring glory to the family who brought me back from the abyss of despairs.

It's been two days since we march to Breyn in order to back up the main reinforcement army. Since our departure, our journey hadn't met any danger nor trouble at all. No, at this moment I could said that this is too smooth, to the point it gives me chills thinking what hardship will we encounter later. Unfortunately, my fear is right. When we arrived to a village on our way, we heard that a new demon beast has built its own nest in the hill near the village, moreover from the reports apparently there's a group of bandits who have made their base near the nest and plundering peddlers by threatening them using the demon beast name.
It's frustrating, but we can't pause our march to deal with them. But I never said that we won't deal with them, didn't I? Along with 7 knights under my command, I would go to the bandit's headquarter. According to the villagers, the bandit's base is located near the summit of the hills, around 50 to 70 meters from the demon beast nest which is located on the summit.
Because our armor will hinder our movement and stealth, we left them in the caravan and go with our inner armor and gauntlets only.
"Unmm... captain will we be okay with only our inner armor on and leaves everything else with the caravan?"
"It's okay, don't worry about it too much. Unless you want to fight the bandits head on"
"Ugh... I definitely didn't want that. But, isn't easier to bring more people and eradicate it with our force?"
"You have a point there, but fighting with large force will be our disadvantage if they use a cave as their base. Well, we will still in disadvantage if we were surrounded inside the cave though"
As I answered it so casually like it was nothing, their face grows pale like there's no more left in this world. Well, I guess it's natural since they were just appointed under my knight's command and will face their first war, and now they will need to face a group of bandits with unknown number with nothing but their inner armor and their respective weapons. When they're on the verge of disbelief and resignation, one knight walks to them and tap their shoulder.
"Don't worry, if you're with captain everything will be okay. Worst case, you'll only lose one or two of your limbs"
"You know, that's only worsen their condition. Oh well, I leave the prince and the army to you then, Fralz"
"Yes ma'am!"
"Everyone continues your journey and the 7 people assigned come with me!!!"
With that command the army continue their journey to Breyn, while we went to the hills to resolve the bandit's problem.
Ahh... I hope there'll be no problem with the demon beast living in the summit. Damn... don't jinx it, me...
