Chapitre 507: I still do my work

Jeremy entered the office behind his father. He watched as his father took his seat on the comfortable thick leather chair behind the mahagony table. Jeremy took his seat on the opposite chair and waited obediently for the next session of the nag.

"How many days have you taken off?" Mr. Long asked with a cock of an eyebrow. He crossed his arms and stared at his son.

"Even though I took days off but I still do my work at night," Jeremy pointed out.

"So you're saying that you don't have to the office to work?"

Jeremy stood up and excuse himself before he quickly logged into his email and showed the display to his father. "The only emails I haven't checked are the ones sent when I learned about the meeting." 

Mr. Long frowned as he read. He also clicked the sent section and read what Jeremy replied back.

Jeremy turned around and gestured for Jacob to come closer. 

"Where are the files you've given me this morning?" He asked.
