Li Chuntao turned to face him and scooted closer to his side. Her eyes lowered as she hooked her arm on his while Shen Zichen's gaze softened on her. When he came back to his office, he didn't see her there, but Su Ling who was just outside the door told him that she hadn't come back with Yu Lou yet. 

He glanced at the clock and he saw that he was just in time as the clock turned five. At least he wasn't late this time, but the woman who said she'd wait for him was missing. 

Shen Zichen then left his office after thanking Su Ling and tried to call Li Chuntao's phone but she wasn't answering. As soon as he reached the level below his floor, he spotted Li Chuntao from afar confronting Lin Meirong. 

He also saw Mu Jianyu making his way towards the two women after Lin Meirong spilled the drink Li Chuntao was holding in her hand. Of course, he knew what his witch was up to and Lin Meirong was just unfortunate that she crossed paths with Li Chuntao today.
