Meaning all their contracted demonic beasts are of that race. It's not the most efficient but... like they all say, recluses are fucking weird.' Naturally, even the demonic beasts under contracts get decent treatment at Yaodu though perhaps not as well as the ones deemed as their protectors.

"Vampiric Bats this time? It's been a bunch of troublesome insects one after another since we entered here. Is there really anything of worth here in this place?" Many were still agitated from the Devil's Cradle formation and were trying to find ways to vent. 

This wouldn't be a big problem usually, but there were a lot of people that had yet to reach Gold Core level.
