As the liquid swished on the other side of her mouth, she was able to taste some vegetables like broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, radishes, and arugula. Lu Xinyi cast aside the flavors she already knew and focused on this unknown flavor. She was perfectly sure that it wasn't a vegetable. Could it be a fruit instead?

Fresh cranberries were both sour and bitter. It had less than four percent sugar. If one ever tasted a fresh cranberry or tried to drink a pure cranberry juice, one would know that it's hardly palatable.
