Try this synopsis. "Do you believe in ghosts, in spirits? If you believe in a soul then maybe you should believe in those as well. Just because you can’t see it, doesn’t mean it's not there. Rick Jones, a homicide detective with his partner, Sam Wright, received a dispatch call to investigate a mass-murder in a hotel room. The investigation led them to something that went beyond logic, something that involved supernatural beings. An amnesiac, mysterious girl. How was she connected to a mass murderer? Who was she? Could she really talk to ghosts and spirits?"

Some readers will definitely criticize you for grammar, I've been there as well. Don't bother unless they are giving you good suggestions, but it would be great though if you could improve that way you'll have more readers. You have a great idea, keep up the good work. Though in time you'd have to offer something more to the story and not just pure crime solving stuff, because at the end of the day your readers will get bored of it. I'm pretty sure as the story unfolds there will be. Anyways these are just my opinions you could totally ignore it... Good luck and God bless.
