On the vast wizard continent, railways extended in all directions. In the center of the railway network was the central area of the continent, where the city of wizards and wizard towers stood. The Magic Crystal System Reform Research Conference was held there, and wizards travelled to the city on aircraft and locomotives from everywhere on the continent and even from other continents.

All kinds of wizards in wizard robes walked down from the dock. The North Train Station was filled with crowds. Elemental wizards in white robes and official wizards could be seen everywhere. This conference had attracted most of the elite upper-class in the Wizard Alliance.

The ground level of the wizard tower was converted into a spacious conference hall. It was an important room where wizards discussed issues and communicated with each other when the Wizard Alliance held important meetings.
