Chapitre 130: The Matchmaker

Aya was already done giving Jiro a quick bath and helped him go to sleep. She was really tired with all the job interviews she had earlier. She went to their family room and turned on her television, making sure to turn down the volume so Jiro wouldn't wake up from the noise.

She was watching a rerun of Supernatural, and she was eating popcorn while wondering if she had made the right choice resigning from her part-time job at Jiro and Skyler's school. Her phone rung from the side table. Aya picked it up wondering who could have called her at this late hour.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Aya. It's Ginny."

"Hey. What's up?" She put aside the bowl of her snack and wiped her fingers with clean wipes.

"Just calling if you gave a thought to my offer."

"What offer?" Aya frowned. Was she forgetting something?

"You know. The assistant job for my brother Lawrence?"

"Oh." She really forgot about that. She thought Ginny and Sara were joking the last time they talked about it.
