Have you ever tried to listen without sound or look without opening your eyes,?
I have and after much trying I have succeeded, but it is not like I see the faces of people or colors, what I see and hear is not like other people see and hear
I can see the electromagnetic fields of everything around me, I can hear people's thoughts because the small electrical discharges that the brain uses to think, move a muscle or speak, I can feel, read and understand, if that is how I listen.
I still don't know if this is my power or just a part of it, but it doesn't matter now,
Because in this way I can read people's thoughts, I am trying to control them, if I can do that, I can escape from this place.

Time skip ( 1 month later)
In an office full of heroes, one man stands before them all to tell them the reason why they are gathered here.
"Because we are gathered here today Mr. Smith? ... I hope it's important, my hero agency was on duty and I'm skipping patrol ....".
One hero of the group told the person who gathered them here, Police Chief Allan Smith.

The room is filled with noise and sounds of the voices of the heroes who are perplexed to know this.

"I have already checked that the information is correct, I have located all the laboratories and I want to ask for your help to stop those responsible for their creation, to destroy the laboratories and to save the people they are holding in captivity there."
"This will be a coordinated mission, a blow at the same time on the 4 objectives, we cannot allow what these horrible actions continue to happen in our city under our noses,"
The room is filled with the supportive voices of the heroes who are willing to help.

After the meeting is over, Police Captain Smith enters his office, closes the door, closes the windows and in the corner of the room a young man in a white coat watches him.
Mr. Smith approaches the young man cautiously and begins to speak.
"....l- ready, I've done what you asked, they will destroy the laboratories, and they will release all the kidnap victims,... so...please release my son...."
The young man in the white coat looks at him for a moment and answers.

After saying those last words the man in the white coat falls to the ground like a puppet whose strings have been cut.
Seeing this, Mr. Smith runs to his aid.
"Son! ....."
Mr. Smith takes the young man in his arms and the young man says to his father Mr. Smith.
"I'm sorry father, he did it again, I can't do anything about it,..."
Mr. Smith tries to help his son with words.
"Don't worry, Damien, it will soon be over. I will keep my part of the bargain and he will set you free.
"Don't worry, Dad will take care of everything, just hang in there a little longer.
Both men stay on the floor in a warm and reassuring embrace, only these moments keep them calm, the moments when HE leaves.
