yeah but then most of them got under 1000km, plus that is the ball literally moving mac 6-7 so 7× speed of sound, the only limiting factor of it was energy which is why it got that score and not infinite and to get that it had to get that far which would take at least half an hour, if we were being realistic. I just assumed that they 'cut out' the waiting for it to land time in the og and said he result as if t were immediate out of convenience tbh

nah Denki's original quirk was simply electricity generation. he couldn't control it in any other way than to generate then release it. At least that was what his quirk was described as. This means the awakening gives him control over the electricity which he is only using in ways that electricity can affect other things around it but later he will discover that he can literally control electricity itself in base form e.g. lightning and all that fun stuff. would be op as hell to start off with all that though as by that point he can pretty much start to completely break established laws of physics so wanted to build up to it
yeah I have been alluding to the idea but basically his Gandpa is rich so you know, Denki been living that rich young master type of life haha
Denki had been using a special type of microscope that used beams of electrons to see even more detail and at a much smaller scale than any light microscope could, to observe his dna.

I think it was around a minute or two. The idea is that the set up for using railgun takes a bit of time but the pay off means he can easily make up for it

Things didn't go like the original. A tragic event in Denki's childhood has transformed him into a new and improved future hero. he won't be the lazy, dumb bum he was before. Now, using his newfound capabilities, he'll become a true powerhouse of class 1.A! this is a rewrite of a fic I started ages ago on another acc I lost access to. I've decided to try and improve upon what I made before with a more realistic rise to power. I've still tried my best to root his abilities in somewhat real to life science, several based off of real world animals and insects that use electricity in interesting ways. But not all of his techniques will be perfectly realistic. His stronger ones will definitely stretch that very thin line at best.
